my problems is this when it comes to child support every state city town county parish needs to be on the same page on vistions i have 3 boys living with their mother in marksville la age range is 8 10 11 havent seen them in over 3 years i spoke with my case worker she told me they are a collection agency and do not get involed with visitions so that i would have to go get an attoney pay x amount of dollas attoney fees are not cheap and pay child support that i can barley afford that why vistion needs to be in every child support order from every state city county parish now when u are behind in child support payments u will be locked up license revoked etc keep in mind every state city county parish is on the same page when it comes to thatREPORT COMMENTS

Childsupport should be taxed and counted as income for the mother. Also, why should the father not get a tax break fpr paying childsupport. We get taxed like single men with no bills while she gets child support based off of our gross income and not our take home after tax income. We pay double tax for being the father. I admit I'm far behind on my support but trying i recently went to a hearing for contempt of court i had my kids for over a year while ther dope head mom od but was still charged support i now have to pay my current support to the mom and 25 a week to the court i was layed off 3 weeks befir christmas so now i missed 1payment and they wanna put me in jailREPORT COMMENTS

I am sick of women sitting on their butts and collecting a check AND a welfare check all because of not wanting to work. Why doesn't the state cut the welfare check off and make an ABLE woman work her butt off just as much as the other parent does. The system is totally screwed up. These onerous child support orders put middle and lower wager earning NCPs at near poverty levels. The kids see Dad living in a shack unable to spend any $ on them after the divorce and think he's a loser. That's if he is even able to take visitation with his kids after having to move far away to the ghetto and work 60-80 hours a week to keep up with CS. If she's been a SAHM, the CP can sit on her pathetic rear for 10, 15, even up to 25 years until the kids age out and never be compelled to get a real job and contribute financially to her children. All the better if she can find a rich man to marry her and pay for her kids. Not to mention the big tax refunds she gets every year - for what exactly? That refund would seem to cover ALL and then some of her pathetic 15% financial contribution to her children. The icing on the cake is when she is allowed to move your children thousands of miles away and place all burden of travel expenses on you, knowing full well you will never be able to afford it. After so long you are nothing more than a distant uncle to your kids. And God help you if you get in arrears. They will take everything you have, including your driver's license, business and occupational licenses, hunting and fishing licenses, put levies on your bank accounts, liens on your property, and throw you in jail! Debtor's prisons are alive and well! And you can be sure that Mom will make sure the kids know how much of a deadbeat you are. However, nothing happens when she decides to interfere with your visitation. A lot of these women are vindictive and downright mental and get off on the games they pull with your kids and $$$. The DES has a broken system .. My Case : I make $2000 a month I get $600 taken a month from child support one child. Wife made a bunch of lies in court won full custody. I want 50/50 . After taxes i take home $1000 to live on a month. Monthly expensese for me Rent $500 Gas $120 food $100 phone bill$55 credit cards have to make minimum payments . can afford health insurance dont qualify for food stamp or medical assistance. X-wife remarried with guy she secretly talked to behind my back on facebook while married to me. He household income is $5300 + $600 child support= $5900 a month for her. I have many letters where she says im a good father while she is living alone. Once she starts living with new husband im a terrible father , drunk , drug addict , and have a terrible relationship with my family. I have letters her stating im a good father. some how judge disregarded my letters to the court and claimed ex parte communication. She is to provide medical insurance to my son . She uses her Ex husbands insurance who legally has no responsibility to provide him insurance to reduce her out of pocket expenses. Being remmarried oppose to being single she pays she should be resposible for half bills no longer full bills. So her expenses are less now then they were before. She didnt show up to our divorce/child custody hearing. She has her new husband and all of sudden I the worst person in the world and i dont deserve my child. I get screwed in the deal and DES wants to seize the little i have left with. THEREFORE IN MY ARGUEMENT THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN... The DES has a broken system .. Please include Fair Child Support Reforms for the Island of Puerto Rico. Being that this island is a colony of the United States, they should abide by the laws that govern them. But in the case of child support, they calculate everything before taxes are taken out. In other words, they are not following the disposable income rules. Another thing, because of ASUME (CSED), they are taking out money from my military retirement as well as my weekly paycheck. After speaking with an attorney and the CSED (ASUME) representative, he basically said ASUME is taking the right amount of money from my paycheck. They do not see money being taken out of retirement. So, I am overpaying my child support by $550 a month. I am supposed to pay $1100.00 for one child. But instead, I am paying $1650.00 monthly. I am 40% disabled vet who honorably served in the US Armed Forces for 21 years. My ex hides my little girl from me and restricts her communications. There is a court order that she is violating. I have an interesting case. I fought and won custody of my son from 2010-2011, I was court ordered to pay child support even thought the mother seen my son every other weekend. The judge on my case was later indicted on 4 felonies. I need help pursuing justice and filing welfare fraud against his mother. Child support is a billion dollar industry that trades those who are imprisoned on the stock exchange, fifty million per inmate. A percentage is deducted from the fifty million then multiplied by three-hundred percent creating the incentive to excel with a mens rea evolving in an actus reus. Strict liability rests with the bankers offshore, courts here in the provinces of the ten square miled americas. How deep shall the lies go, do I have to mention every clue to expose the truth? To do such a task would be like introducing Obamacare, thousands of pages to say nothing. I will leave the investigative process to you, as I have done mine; what I want to know is what benefits come from the deadbeat system? The benefits are surely not social nor economically sound for a free and vibrant society. The father is treated as the enemy of the family from which he carries in his sperm, women have periods to release a dead non-living egg or shell of a being. Men carry life, we determine the sex of the child, we are the head, do not get it twisted and think this is not another attack on the family to generationally degrade and conquer humanity. The father still has to provide support outside the system for the child but that is considered a gift, anything not contained within is a gift? We have a father who is paid $350 a week, the world dominating idealistic uncle sam wants $50 and what is left is $300. Out of that $300 child support wants $150-$160, now the father is left with $140-$150 to take care of his expenses. How? What if rent is on the low side at $400 a month now he has to save $100 a week consistently to maintain a dwelling; we still have not factored in his food, personal needs, personal bills like a cell phone or cable. Oh wait cable is a luxury I almost forgot, and lets not forget household bills and we still have not gotten to the child yet. These deductions are needs to be paid to sustain the father?s minuscule role as a man or be homeless. The child is nowhere in those deductions and is not mentally developed to comprehend that their father is being attacked and attempted to be economically murdered and socially handicapped. He can not obtain a passport because the robber barons feel their money slave will escape from off the plantation creating a speculation problem. The father can not receive taxes, his license is in jeopardy of being taken, wages garnished which means he will receive a check instead of a check, tax audits, etc. What does the mother get? She gets incentives for housing, she gets all her monies from her labor, if she has a certain amount of children around tax time she can easily get a return for a high four figure number all the way to a low five figure number; $5,000-$12,000. I have personally seen it because I have family and friends who do taxes and I also know Women who have received the money.REPORT COMMENTS
