I want to know why the Child Support Agency tracks every job I get, (mind you I know this because I call to update it and its already updated) however they are not actively tracking my childrens mothers? Her income is supposed to offset the support, this isnt happening. These unfair laws much stop! -

I pay 1150 a month for two children faithfully have never missed a payment but almost a third of that money was put on there because my claimed child care expenses, but as soon as the court granted her the extra money she up and stopped have a baby sitter so she could just have the extra money expecially when both of my kids are more then old enough to be left alone and are certified to babysit.REPORT COMMENTS

my ex wife has purposely kept my son behind in school for 2 yrs for the purpose of extending child support and now i am screwed in paying for him til he is 20 yrs old and still in high school. truancy charges were filed against her but nothing was done....that is a joke. i dont feel it is my fault that my son has failed school and i dont think i should still have to pay his support under these conditions. defacs was called several times due to the fact that drugs were in the house but no drug test were done to the ex or the son....because thy took the exs word thier were no drugs they did not search ...nothing. in conclusion the whole system doesnt work. she doesnt work gets unemployment , medicaid and food stamps . she knows how to work the system and gets away with ....she has stoled from every job she has had and steals from the goverment the state and never seems to go to jail .... dealing with child support services thier only concerin is imaking the non custodial parent pay ...all they care about is money ...they dont care above visitation or who is the better parent ...heres a suggestion ...since the goverment is fixated on money at the time of the divorce it would make sense to review the W2's of both parents and award the children to the person with the highest W2REPORT COMMENTS

I have been held under water by the Outagamie child support agency. I am a stay at home father with no income other than my wonderful understanding wife. They have crossed the line ons my occasions, recently with me petitioning the court for a modification of support. I am supposed to pay $886-900 a month because of my 4 yrs of incarseration. I have incurred over $38,000 in interest alone. I will die with this debt. I asked for $100 a month so the mother would for sure receive payment. In which they denied my request for modification, in turn leaves me in the hot seat because if I don't pay I get thrown in jail for up to 6 months, lose my driving privileges and my sporting licesnces. I have also been diagnosed with 3 mental illnesses. Comformed by 2 upstanding Psycirirtits and a therapist in which I see 2 times a week. So they found me in contempt when I had substantial evidence that I have had significant change in my income. They laughed at me for informing them that I have had these 3 mental illnesses my whole life, stemming from genetics and abuse I endured as a young child. I which are very serious illnesses. I have followed the proper channels that the agency has set and they still won't let me up for air. This court system that has been set in place is not about the children, it's all about the good ol American dolla. There is little to no help, I am a felon and they are targeting me because of my past. These "officials" that have put their right hand to GOD in oath. They are out for blood and will not stop until they put you in jail, taken away from my 2 daughters in which I care for 7 days a week. Also. I have had been served with contempt papers and my exs boyfriend is named on the paperwork. I never signed a waiver of release for this person to be nowing my personal business. And I called the "agency" and asked why he was named on the paperwork and they have me the answer of "it's a noncrimimal matter" so they can do what they want. Also... Lol. Sorry folks I have alot to say. Did I mention they want to throw me in jail for a possible year from both cases. Now on to Calumet County Child support. Agency. Gordon Stillings. He is a biget. I have went to a contempt hearing in front of him and he to me to stop in eminating women. In which the case I went in front of him for is pertaining to my wife hi h means we are married. And he still had found me in contempt, again I had significant evidence of my efforts and that I take care of my children because the cost of child care is so high. He also belittled me stating that I am not a tax payer because my wife and I and our 2&3 year old receive assistance from the state for healthcare. I had my taxes for the last 2 years. Which they requested that I present to the court which proves that I am below poverty level. These 2 agencies are not following state guidelines in the least. I am sick and tired of doing all the right requested channels to make it known that I am unable to make the correct sREPORT COMMENTS

My husband was ordered to pay 895.00 per month for 2 children from previous relationships. This was based on $440 per week take home pay. He has been unemployed for a year. He requested a modification and was told that he did not have enough proof of his change of circumstances. Being unemployed is not proof enough? He turns in his job search forms every week and makes an honest effort to find employment. He was found in contempt and is at risk of going to jail for a year. We have a 2 year old and a 3 year old that he cares for daily while unemployed. My kids would be devastated if their dad was suddenly gone. He is unable to pay the ordered amount and unable to get a modification. He is sentenced to jail for 1 year where he can no longer continue his job search, accrues arrears or additional arrears plus interest while serving which will ultimately make his monthly ordered amount higher and he wasn't able to pay the original amount in the first place. Most importantly, his children are without a father!!! I bet if the children had a choice they would choose being able to see their father over money. What kind of logic is this??? It isn't logical at all. We cannot afford an attorney so it is a losing battle. The system sets him up for failure. This needs to change!!! The law says that the obligor must "willfully" not pay his/her ordered support. Since when is being unemployed "willfully" not paying? The state guidelines for someone making 0-780 dollars per month says that he should be paying $181.00. He is still required to pay $895.00. Why are there guidelines? Its sickening and it is causing a lot of unneeded stress for my family.REPORT COMMENTS

My husband works full time and goes to school. He pays 1250 on child support and 200 for health care. She doesn't work AT ALL and they don't force her to either. Lost my job, then jvc took the rest. after paying over $800 A MONTH after revoking my driving license which in turn wiped out my entire work history i lost everything and then lived in my borrowed car for a year. Still I am doing for my kids with whatever I can earn but the state is out for blood. when i tell them the truth of my circumstances i am found in contempt and sentenced to jail. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO FAITH IN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM ANY MORE. If you keep me down then how can i lift my child? If i can't drive and it to far to walk then how do i get there effectively? Behind bars, helps my kids how? No credits enables me to do what? What is the punishment for a healthy happy child eating breakfast hugging his father early in the morning while being encouraged to be all his father is not allowed to be or become? which bible verse says that a court system is the village needed to raise a child? There has been more insignificant debates on gay marriage, legalizing marijuana, making illegal immigrants USCs, etc, but nothing is being said about how the corrupted CS system is being changed or even talked about. This so very sad and ridiculous! Everyone in congress needs to removed and have new people that want to make a change in the U.S. and not all about the corruption. I paid 650 for two kids for 5 years. I got behind after my middle child was born. Now I owe 35,000 in back support. I filed for child support for my middle child who her dad is completely uninvolved. Was awarded 12,000 in back support, for seven years. Can someone just make it universal? Milk on average is about the same, how much someone makes does not change how much it costs to have a child.REPORT COMMENTS

My soon to be ex-wife is a licensed cosmetologist (a field with almost limitless earning potential) yet she works in call centers. She has lost several decent paying jobs because she failed drug tests. She now works in a call center making $10/hr while i am stuck paying more than $1000 a month in child support because i make considerablely more than she does now. She does work full time, yes but she's not doing anywhere near what she is capable of. We just separated in March of 2013...and we didnt spend $1000 a month on the kids when i was in the house with them.REPORT COMMENTS
