There is nothing more abusive than tearing down of one parent by another in front of a child. The whole win/lose scenario of affection is devastation to the children. The family courts allow this to happen every day. The Guaradian Ad Litem program nationally refuses to address PAS. The courts refuse to address PAS. The Judges and Marital Masters refuse to address PAS. The Dept of Justice and VAWA refuse to acknowledge or address PAS. The common man, through is elected legislature must step up an finally confront this horrible abuse directly. Please Abolish Parental Alienation!

When one parent uses their position to force a separation between a child and their parent, that is psychological abuse and the parent doing this should be punished and prevented from being allowed to do so. This should be enforced to the fullest extent of the law, and an and all accusations must be investigated. This type of brainwashing leads to suicide, PTSD, and the feeling of guilt on the child's part. This must be stopped.

Five years without seeing my five children. The two oldest (21 and 19), although adults, are threatened by the other parent if they wish to see their father. The oldest tried and paid the price. My children live six miles away. In five years, no birthdays, no holidays, no special occasions, no vacations, no dinners or lunches or visitation. All this without benefit of a hearing and ability to defend myself from false accusations. Our divorce court system is shameful to rule a parent out of children's lives indiscriminately.

I would like to know the public elected officials who don't support this measure. Because I would work very hard to have them removed from office. Their lack of support shows me how little they know in the real world. Regards, Conrad Greene

Their 'case fixing' child support cases under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act. Yes prejudice is rampant with the ?Deadbeat Dad? stigma, attached to father's who have an obligation of support. Our friend and corporate accountant/forensic investigator has discovered that if any State wants more Federal funding, all that is needed is a Title IV-D reference on an application for services and whollah! The Government pays bonuses to the States for collection and in more cases than not, incarceration for a debt. I can say this with 100% degree of certainty, as was recently discovered in several cases, through the investigative findings of Mr. Ray Horton, that in three different circuit districts within the State of Florida, evidence exists reflecting such, i.e. over-billing, double-billing, billings beyond emancipation events of the children, misinterpretation of a Judges order, usually in modifications cases, which always seem to go up); never down. In this one case before the Federal Courts, the Florida Department of Revenue (the agency responsible for said collections here in Florida) allowed the use of another's, (the ex?s (ex?s), falsified ongoing arrearage affidavit/payment history submitted for the illegal prosecution of Mr. Ricardo Rivero; See: Fed. CS. No. 09-20852-civ-Gold/McAiley, in a bi-state collection effort between Sarasota County (Florida's 12th Judicial Circuit) In the case of: Sheila Leal v. Ricardo R. Rivero, where the received records used came from Miami-Dade's (11th Judicial Circuit) then, forwarded on to the State of Montana, and back again to Sarasota. (See: Docket). Mr. Rivero is seeking 50M compensatory damages for being illegally incarcerated, (double-jeopardy) involving Florida's former Assistant Attorney General - David George Taylor, which is being stonewalled by Justice ? Gold, who has not been able to force Southern District Attorney - Alex Acosta to prosecute the case against three former Judges, several Magistrates and the former Attorney General. Governor - Charles Crist was informed of the nature and the basis for the suit, has been trying to get into the Senate to avoid the publicity surrounding the issue, when he was placed on Notice of the defects in another case back in 2005, (See: Elaina L. Hunt v. Rocky B. Hunt), CS No. 91-46419 FC-29, (3D08 2140); (3D09-1287); (SC08-170) thus, providing evidence of the fraud, when he was then Attorney General, but continues to move those employed or affected, somewhere within the agency's so that he won?t have to terminate them, until the heat dies down. i. e. The Florida Department of Children & Families - Secretary George Sheldon, in removing his (food stamp benefits) totally ignoring the provisions for a person?s right to self-preservation stated in 24A AmJur Section 1027: Resources of a parent (obligor) in providing support and The Human Rights Declaration signed in Geneva. One parent cannot alienate a child from the other. It takes the Courts to approve limited or no parenting time to allow Parental Alienation to occur. The Laws need to change to adopt Shared Parenting and stop the litigation ($$$$$$) over the children

False allegations of wrongdoing also need to be addressed. This is often how the alienating parent is guaranteed the position of superiority. Make the burden of proof the same as in all criminal cases. Proving you are innocent is very difficult especially when a judge ?preponders evidence.?

Parental Alienation and perjury occur often in our family courts. Neither is sanctioned, so both continue unabated. Our courts are supposed to arrive at the truth, but cannot do so, unless the truth is DEMANDED, and false statements punished.

It really is a terrible tragedy that one parent can cause the alienation of affection of the other parent (mostly the father) on the child. It is the parent that doesn't have predominant custody that suffers the loss of love of their child due to the custodial parent's near constant propaganda on the child. It is provable in court, and therefore should be subject to analysis in court if the non-custodial parent has ample evidence. If not made criminal, at least let it be a civil statute that can be remedied with loss of child support and/or alimony.

I once had a loving relationship with my daughter. She truely was daddy's girl. My ex-wife, together with her mother and sister, have done a fantastic job on destroying our relationship. I now have not seen or heard from our daughter in over 18 months. I heard through the grapevine that at the age of 17 she got married to a guy that she barely know. What's next? Pregnancy?

There should be a way to allow children who are abused by one parent to be protected from that parent. Perhaps if there were stronger laws against child abuse and more prosecution. But most children even want a relationship with an abusive parent. I hope if parental alienation is made criminal, the judges who order alienation from either parent would also be convicted.

Parental alienation, the kidnapping and trafficking of children, and the judicial abuse of children must stop now! For far too long, our children have suffered at the hands of the courts, their minions, selfish and narcissistic parents (usually mothers), and more who have inflicted permanent damage on innocent children. This is a morale and ethical outrage and has gone on for far too long. Stop this abuse now!!!

I went through Parental Alienation 2001-2004. The whole deal with 5 false allegation of child abuse and child sexual abuse. Over $100K spent. Could have been used on college. The only reason I don't now is because my daughter is older now and as a matter of fact living with me full time, because her mother kicked her out.

My family (grand parents, uncles/aunts, cousins, etc) and I have not had a scheduled weekend with my daughter in over a year. I have been to court several times to request a change to the poor schedule outlined below with no luck (not even a few hours extra). All child professionals I consulted with do not agree with the schedule, all feel it it is best for my daughter to share weekends with me. Even the LA court website recommends parents alternate weekends. Even the pre-trial mediator called it a terrible schedule. When my attorney first quetioned the judges schedule he was offended and has made comments at other trials lecturing me on "not liking his decisions". Every court date since has been very one sided in my wifes favor. My split schedule is Wed 11am to Sat 11am, my wife moved to LA 6 months prior to filing a divorce in LA and we lived in San Diego 8 years prior (I still do). 1. I cannot pick-up my daughter until after work - approx 8pm, getting home to San Diego around 11pm (giving me no time Wed night) 2. My ex-wife talks to my daughter for 1/2 hr Thursday night, so it is hard to invovle my daughter in an activity (she loves dance, arts, etc) 3. I have a full night Friday after work 4. I am rushed to give my daughter back to my ex-wife at 11am every Saturday, barely enough time to go out for breakfast 5. Because my ex-wife puts my daughter in pre-school during my Wed time, I have to pay her custody (she makes more than me). If I put in pre-school during my time, I would not pay custody 6. The holiday schedule took away thanks giving and gave me 1 day for Christmas Is there any way to get a fresh start? I am a devoted dad who loves his daughter very much, there is no reason to take away my daughters time with her daddy to build on the strong bond we share. Thanks, Anthony
