Since my divorce nearly six years ago I have been continually bad mouthed and berated by my former spouse. She has filed false police reports, sought to obtain restraining orders for domestic violence that never occured, and hindered access to schools, doctors, counselors and physicians despite our shared parenting divorce decree. She has activly launched a campaign of slander and retaliation against me for simply wanted to be a part of my sons life. We need vigerous laws that hold these types of parents accountable for their actions. Across the nation non custodial, divorced parents, are routinely denied their right to be involved in their childrens lives. The pay to play family court system is not enough to ensure our rights. We need to criminalize and enforce laws that hold parents who choose to alienate their children from the other parent accountable. People who file false reports should be denied custodial status when it comes to our children. Congress must act now to end the sexist and biased behavior of family law courts who seem far more interested in court fees and expensive attorneys than they do the actual "best interest" of our children.May 1st, 2011Someone from Magnolia, DE writes:

EQUAL CUSTODY will help to stop parental alienation. EQUAL time with BOTH parents gives the alienating parent less "control" over their child. BOTH parents have EQUAL access and the child can determine the love given by each parent as it is given. When they are kept away and given a mere few hours with one loving parent, the alienator has 98% of the child's life to tear them from the other by bashing the parent in the child's eye. The child, wanting acceptance and unconditional care, begins to buy into the lies and soon the NCP has NO time at all because the child refuses to go. Eight years ago I told my wife I wanted a divorce. Then she proceeded to beat me and I was hauled off to jail where she falsely accused DV and took it to trial. I was found guilty by court house and department of corrections employees that made up most of the jury. While in state prison I met other Fathers that had been Alienated from their children for profit and greed . When I was released from prison my ex-wife accused me of conspiring to commit murder for hire. The D.A. tried to build a case out of it from just words out of lying mouth. I was interrogated by DOJ. The homiced detectives in Reno Nevada, who did not know anything about the alleged plot to kill the ex, my son and the grandma. So after waiting to years for the homicide det. to show up from Reno, I decided to give them a call and spoke to Det. Alexson. He said he had not know anything about it and didn't understand why he was not informed, when he had the police report in front of him. I told him that I had been beaten, captured and enslaved by women and that it why it is so important for him to help me keep the feminist away from my ex wife when she dials 911 and do the investigation because my son needs a father. The DOJ has been trying to get me to make a false confesion for 8 years. Oregon is not prosecuting mothers that falsely acuse Fathers. There is alot of money to be made in OR, keeping Fathers separated from their children. Conspiring to commit murder for hire carries a life sentence. The transcripts of my trial have been alterd to make my accuser look like she told one story. I had a hearing in March 2011 to see if I can get a new trial and my ex mother-in-law testified that her daughter is pathalogical liar and has a history of being dangerous and violent to men. At my hearing the state has taken notice that she has lied about her the incident. My ex and the state need to stop terrorizing my son and I and start minding their own business.REPORT COMMENTS

Title IVd and Title V spending need to be halted IMMEDIATELY. Both these programs have done more harm than good and are the sole cause for the destruction of hundreds of thousands of families. Parental Alienation exists, my children and I have been and continue to be victims of it, and yet nothing is done to fix this. My drivers license is suspended because I did the right thing and took care of my dying Mother. Now I am alienated from seeing my child because the bus does not run to where he lives. Please abolish these stupid laws which are creating dead broke parents as reflected in record child support arrears in California. Child support arrears should be at an all time low as a result of enforcement efforts. Dear Judge, I could have benefit by standing before your bench with my parents present being witness to you saying something like this to them: "This is your child who stands between you, a child brought into the world by both of you.... Your child?s job is to be a child. At no time are either of you (or your family members) to talk badly about the other in front of her. You are not to talk about child support issues to your child or ask your child to be a messenger. Never tell her to hide any information about school or any other part of her life from the other parent. Your child is not to be bribed with material items then asked to take sides. When she is at the other parent's house, phone calls from the other parent are not to encroach on their time. In your child's best interest she should be allowed to enjoy time with both parents. Custody will be 50-50 coordinating with the biological parent?s schedules first and foremost. Biological parents are also to take priority over the involvement of events with their children, not step parents. Any correspondence between the parents will be done via e-mail, texting or phone, and again, not through the child. Violation of these rules cause stress and anxiety to your child and can scar her for life. Parental Alienation is cruel and hateful. It's a crime against the very child it is intended to keep from the parent that loves and wants that child in their life. It has to be recognized as form of abuse and it needs to be treated as a crime and punishable. If a parent can hate the other parent of that child so much how does that parent really "love" the child of that other parent?
