I am literally dying from fighting for my kids and my ex husband has gotten awy with nothing but lies!! The San Diego Court System is not enforcing and holding any accountabillity to my Ex which is lying and should be charged with FRAUD and sitting in jail for what he is doing to my children!! I am working with a profession Dr Barrett Brefni, Im about to take this public and making a movie to get the word out what a liar and court system doesnt do!! Depression, then cheats and takes my kids when Im getting my meds checked at a hospital on my free will!! And divorced me. Now I am dying from septic arthritis, and have lost 20 pounds in the last 2-3 weeks. Are you going to allow hi to take my life for the stress I have been enduring because he illegally took my kids?? We also need to reform and regulate the child support guidelines. With organizations like dept. of child support enforcement judges tend to deviate from the guidelines and illegally garnish 65-80% on the non custodial parents wages. In doing so they alienate the non custodial parent. They are supposed to uphold what is the child's best interest but they tend to always lean in the mother's favor even though in my case she is an admitted drug abuser and just 4 weeks after getting custody gets a DWI. I really feel for all the children out there that have to deal with this because let's face it they suffer the most.REPORT COMMENTS

After experiencing Family Law, my view of what our country really stands for is money. It is run by lawyers and judges who have very little oversight, they are destroying this country! "Best interest of the child" has become lip-service as the lawyers continue to rob the youngsters of their family's financial resources and inflict lifetime emotional damage on our most vulnerable citizens. This is an outrageous crime and should be legislated as such. To do otherwise will create a future bloc of dysfunctional citizenry who were denied their Constitutional rights. My ex has my 6 year old daughter so stresed over what should be our private adult problems. She is not sleepng..breaks out in hives. She cries over the fact her dad tells her "i wish your mom would drop dead" or "mommy cant take care of you, youll never see me again" She cries that he wont stop even when se tells him it hurts her feelings.. He is so sociopathic that he has her mentally controlled already at 6 years old. and the courts do nothing about it. On August 1, 2009 I called my son Hyland to offer him McDonald's after I was off work. I recieved a telephone message from Roseville Police Dept. Our child mother Shelley Wright filed a false police report stating "I threatened her with 2 guns." Placer County Court Presiding Judge, Judge Frances Kearney stated she believe "threats credible." I have not seen or spkoen to our minor son Hyland since August 7th, 2009. Placer County Court Judges Joseph O'Flaherty, Jeffrey Penney, Robert McElhan, and Judge Nicj\hols and Judge Kearney all refused to reverse this horrible determination. Currently, Placer County Criminal Court Division is pursuing false allegations of violation of their invalid familycourt order. Ms. Wright claimed I was within a 100 Yards of her home in which she no longer resides. Both Criminal and Family Division are in violation of my Constitutional Rights under the 8th & 14th Amendment... I believe our government should mandate 50-50 Legal and Physical Custody. I believe our laws need to protect both parents rights to their children as well as our children rights. The court can enforce laws in which force parents to act in a civil manner in the best interest of their children. This law will also separate those parents who are taking responsiblity for their children, therfore; they should not be cast into the same category as Domestic Violence or Dead-Beat Dads'. Our system is way to slow in correcting "false allegations" of parents who manipulate our Domestic Violence laws. Our system is based on individuals (judges) experiences in which has proven to fail for decades. This matter will become counter productive for those women who truly are in need of Domestic Violence support.. Support Mandating 50-50 Legal and Physical Custody... Inform President Obama that "we the responsible parents have reached beyond the halfway point." We do hope to see him before we reach the finish line, especially now that he has jumped on the Domestic Violence bandwagon.......REPORT COMMENTS

Parental Alienation Syndrome, or parental alienation disorder, where the actions of the alienating parent have so traumatized the child(ren) that the child(ren) begin to mimic what they have been programmed to say and do, is psychological manipulation of the child(ren) such that they carry on the tactics and behaviors of the favored, alienating parent against the rejected, or targeted, parent.
