Any kind of animal abuse should be minimum 1 year jail time. The things people do to animals is 100% unacceptable. The punishment now isn't enough that's why it keeps happening. MAKE IT STOP!!!!! -

Animal abuse should be include anything that harms an animal. I heard of yet another case where despicable people let their dogs starve. This is absolutely insane, to allow a harmless animal suffer. Anyone who harms an animal in any way shape or form should not only not be allowed to own an animal they should go to prisoner and pay a find. If a human can hurt an animal, they are capable of hurting humans. They obviously have no sense of feelings towards life, if they can hurt something so helpless, they are going to eventually move on to something that is more appealing to them. This sickness is like an addiction you always need more. These people should NEVER be allowed to own an animal again, EVER! WE have to stand up for animals.
