Lock them up for life! No excuses make them accountable. If your going to hurt an innocent animal imagine what the would do to the rest of society. Their is no fixing them.. Give them bread and water chain gang style. Which is too good for them anyway. If you hurt and animal they will hurt children and the elderly next. I am an absolute animal lover and its very saddening to see abuse stories in th media! Even worse is seeing someone guilty of these offenses not get proper punishment for their actions! Animals are people and they have a soul, they should be viewed as we view each other in this world! We need stricter punishments for those who commit such a disgraceful act! I feel the punishment should be whatever the abuser inflicted on the animal shpukd be done to them and see how they get off on doing it again then!
