I was falsely accused of domestic violence November 8th 2014. On the morning of November 8th which was a Saturday I woke up and did my typical leg workout it was rushed because I had to be at work at 10am which I have documentation that I was both at the gym by 714 and clocked into work by 1004 we lived roughly 25 to 30 minutes away from my job. At roughly 830 I saw my wife sneak out of the house with another man. I emailed her as we had stopped texting each other just communicated via email I still have that document. She called cops and said I threatened to kill her trying to have me arrested I believe not knowing I had to work. She didn't know my schedule because we had a large house and really stopped interacting September 15th as a married couple that day she had me sign a document that she told me was separation which I said fine I will sign turns out it wasn't anything. I get off work at 430 or so come home eat shower than head to her stepmother house to tell her our relationship is over I saw her with another man. I come home she shows up with this guy I go out to talk to him and get my c.d. out of the car i come in cops show up she told them I tried to kill her. On police report she told them she served me divorce papers in June she didn't I filed in December like 28th. She told them her daughter whom she had lie on me also was 12 she is 16 none of this was question my mother lived with us she is 52 with no record I was 29 with no record and they made it seem like we were devising a scheme to kill her. They tased me because I protested why they would bully my mother into her back area and keep my wife upstairs and arrest me in private. By the way I'm black she is rich and white I was scared out of my mind. This was our first dv call we live next to a fbi agent if I was abusive why was this the first call.REPORT COMMENTS

State of Georgia has really taken this to far. They are ruining people's lives. They are causing kids to loose their fathers. Wives are treated as liars when they tell officers he didn't do it. I have just been accused of domestic violence on my wife. They don't care that she has extreme ptsd and is on and off her meds and has a recent documented history of cutting and harming herself. I'm afraid of what's going to happen to me, I can't afford an attorney and I know a public defender won't make anything any better. My life has been turned upside down. On top of that I am from Canada as a permanent legal resident and they are telling me I could get deported. My 2 children r still with her and there is a no contact order. I miss them Sooo much. I can't even tell them I love them or let them know that I'm not leaving them. This is my worst nightmare. I know my poor babies miss me and are so confused. I only care about seeing them happy. They need to see their Dad. It doesn't matter what I say I'm the the piece of******now just because of these accusations even after she showed up at my sisters house and slammed her car into a fence leaving with our kids in the car after she had the no contact order on me. I ran inside and locked myself in but yet they still threatened to take me to jail saying that I didn't get far enough away. To hear my kids screaming as I have to run away was so devastating. Im accused of domestic violence after my now ex boyfriend realized i was on to him being a narcissist /sociopath and ended relationship. Ufortunately i realizes it too late :( he has used his aunt and his friends in th legal system to have me commited and had me beleiving i was the problem and even convinced me i had to seek help . i had no idea this was part of his plan from the start to have an easy way to get rid of me during the DISCARD stage of his abuse... i had become a nusance to him and was no longer a supply source as well .to add insult to injury i was treated like I was the abuser by the Police Department where we cohabitated and I was forced to lreave his home after I called cops on him for hitting me on saturday 7/11/15. and no [olice report was written by P>O> who responded to the call. I am now living in a undisclosed location because i am in fear of my life and am now aware of how far this individual will go for revenge and to cover his sickness and drug use... it is so unfortunate that this still happens in a country you love and admire for protecting your rights and making sure thast the people serving your community are fair . I hope and pray that the threats made to me by this individual and staements stating that his family memeber is a judge and is good friends with our state gov and "HE" (my ex) would never be held accountable for all of his lies or abuse is not so. A little part of me still has faith in our judicial system and am praying that the judge sees right threw his lies and abuse .REPORT COMMENTS

We have provided numerous documents of proof where all her statements were false n nobody will listen to our evidence we r trying to fight this n get custody of his children n the closer he gets to getting custody the more false charges gets put on him. My x has set false allegations after she left me and my son. She took off with him and did horrible things with him around. When she came back I brought him in the house and called 911. The police let me keep him but made me return OUR car to her. She would constantly start fights and they would escalate to violence from her towards me. I would hold her back as best I could and call 911. I didn't want to press charges because I loved her. Now she has filed a PFA and harrasment charges on me and I can not get any help to stop her from terrorizing me. I get panic attacks every time a car goes by, thinking it may be her to come kidnap her child. I have tried to get her help and there is nothing I can do. I feel so helpless. I hope that they don't try to take my son away and give him to her. That is my greatest fear. My poor baby boy.REPORT COMMENTS

I whitnessed my wife become aggressive toward our 3 month old son and became concerned. I tried seeking help through counseling, when everything failed, I filed for divorce and was served an R.O. with accusations of raping her and refusing to feed our son, and she accused my parents of wanting to kidnap him and move out of state, it's been reduced as of now, to a no contact order, I've lost everything and I only get 2 hours a week under supervision, in a government building, to see my son and she cancels half the visits. Divorce isn't eveven finalized and she's already dating someone else, she also slandered me on social media. I believe her to be suffering from either borderline personality disorder, or antisocial disorder and fear our son is heading that direction, he's now 10 months old and throws fits just as she.REPORT COMMENTS

After 2+ years of relentless torment, a few thousand dollars, enough stress to age me 20 years, and ending up being literally degraded, traumatized and in tears grovel ing to a Judge that I PROMISE I will never call CPS again! I got slapped with a 2 year DVRO which essentially prohibits me from even attempting to protect my Grandson from SUBSTANTIATED neglect, I've learned my lesson. Keep in mind, I thankfully had a great career before this BS started. I see how these poor innocent souls walk out of a Sacramento Family Court suicidal. Any adult child who has the audacity to file a PURELY punitive DVRO against their parent in my opinion needs to be fined and mentally evaluated. I am appalled beyond words. Wake up America, we better get back on track or these Entitled Ones will prevail. Clean up this rigged RICO scam. Ever heard of mediation or trying to work out family issues WITHIN the family? Thanks for tearing out the hearts of our entire family and failing to protect an innocent child! Shame, shame, shame on you! You may have shut me down on July 16th, but this Lion will roar until I am heard! Women are being falsely accused as well and there needs to be a change in how ALL domestic violence investigations and prosecutions are handled. I support this movement because I?m a woman who has been a victim of domestic violence so I understand the negative effects is can have on families and most importantly the children. But now I am one of the few women who has been falsely by a man who is simply seeking revenge. There needs to be changes in the laws in regards to how the investigation is carried out, how proof and facts are determined, and how the lack of effort from court appointed attorneys hinder the ability of the accused to prove their side of the story or prove that the alleged incident was fabricated by an angry, jealous or vengeful ex. Ultimately, this experience has allowed me to see the injustice that occurs toward innocent people involved not only in domestic violence accusations but other criminal charges as well.REPORT COMMENTS
