My x wife worked for the Oneida county sheriffs department of Wisconsin. We got into a verbal fight will I brushed shoulders going to leave, shecalled her work, and I was arrested. I then had a no contact and she had other conversation than my son. I am now getting my bind revoked for texting her not to drive and txt thinking my son was in the car, and for origami symbols. I am going to lose my gun rights for a txt?!?! And her say that I pushed her?!? Is there no common sense in this woman's world?Aug 11th, 2015Someone from Cabot, AR signed.

My husband of 5 years continues to be harassed by his ex girlfriend who claims DV for revenge. He was arrested, had his car taken away and has been in and out of court houses. Never charged with DV just accusations she makes to try and hurt him. This needs to stop! It is emotionally draining and there needs to be consequences for those who claim false DV.REPORT COMMENTS

I see these cases over and over again in Pennsylvania. I was arrested based on an ex telling the cops a false statement and had 4 witnesses to prove it wasn't true. I was arrested anyway and when the charges were dropped thank god due to lack of evidence. She had no reproduction. And that is why this continues to happen. It needs to be stopped.REPORT COMMENTS

I live in western new york and the court system over here is ridiculous. My fiance is currently going threw alot of problems with his ex. The stuff she does is unbelievable. We have went from having joint custody to supervised, because of her. Not to mention she has been founded in a cps case, but for some reason that doesnt matter and hasn't effected her in anyway in court...I was and still am dumbfounded at this system.REPORT COMMENTS

I was charged with a 5th degree assault. I was helping her move out of my house when I saw that my belongings was being taken from me. She had taken a receipt (a bed we bought together) and I grabbed it out of her hand and she called the police and told them that she was strangled. The worst thing is that she told her kids what to say before the police got there. I didn't have any way to prove of what actually took place. I don't know what to do? I have a lawyer but he seems like he doesn't want to help me out.REPORT COMMENTS

My son case was dismissed and vacated by the court, but a year later an unjust prosecutor who wanted to get a name for herself and to get a domestic violence law passed came back and indicted my son on same charges that had been dismissed and vacated by a superior court. He is still suffering from this Milous prosecution. "Justice delayed is not Justice denied.REPORT COMMENTS

My son was in a relationship and trying to protect his children from a mother that could have gave nothing for them all she wanted all the time was money. He filed for divorse and filed for a Ex Parta and took one of the children as the grandmother called the other grandmother to hide my son's daughter he done everything legal. So she goes and files a restraining order for domestic violence which never occurred. She did this to get her son back and cause trouble for him. She has been an unstable mom and can't keep a job always fired. I have seen her abuse the children and many others things. As a victim of a woman who is using false domestic violence claims as another means to control and gain a favorable outcome in a divorce, this needs to stop. We are presumed guilty and the woman the victim. But there are plenty of us men who are the victims of domestic violence by our souses.REPORT COMMENTS
