My son is currently being falsely accused by an active Meth user that is on probation in Freestone County Texas. The law enforcement needs to watch for these signs and listen to what people are trying to tell them. Innocent until proven guilty. -

My brother is going through a custody battle right now and his ex decided to say on the stand that he hit her once and how controlling he is. Neither is the truth, she couldn't even recollect the circumstances of when or where it happened or where she supposedly got hit. She is a narcacisst to the very core. My brother is and has always been the guy always willing to help others in any way possible. Has never been in any physical alterations his entire life. He is the responsible one who likes to talk through issues calmly and collectively. To even fathom that she sat up on the stand today and lied about something like this is so disrespectful to people who are actually going through this. All she has ever wanted is a paycheck and it is clear that she will go to lengths to try and get it. This needs to be a criminal offense to protect the lives of the ones who are falsely being accused. They could lose everything including their careers for a lie. It's just not right.REPORT COMMENTS

this is out of hand , when judges are told by the victim that she made up the very important facts of the case and the judge still awards her the case ! this happens even though there was not one thing in that trial she was remotely correct on , not even her attempts to lie and mislead the court with false documents, and the judge still award her the case was unreal! it was the most ridiculous thing i have ever witness and i would of laughed for hours had i not been the one who just got screwed by a crooked judge .. my situation has many differnt aspects to it , like a boss who set me up by working with this same female , i have saying a boss set me up because it makes me sound crazy but i say it because i have documents to prove my statements, my situation is so bizarre that i am considering writing a book on it all the way to the crooked judge and the bias court house . to say i was screwed is an understatement and at first i had no idea about my boss when she claimed sexual harassment but after i got the first restraining order i found out and it was her ignorance that tipped me off she placed a letter direct from my boss to her and then the pieces started falling into place , try getting a lawyer when you say you were fired for sexual harassment and that your boss was involved in setting this up , ya not going to happen , for that matter just try and get a lawyer on the harassment claim alone i could write all day long on this , but i can tell you first hand that restraining orders are out of hand and the judges are making there own rules and i wish there was a petition for the stupid law called "at-will" because that is also a joke and gives your employer the chance to do what ever he wants without ever having to answer for his actions .but i have lost almost everything and my name and rep has been destroyed and im afraid to use the last 12 years of my work history. but she is comfortable in her new job that at the time of her claim was only there 1 year to my 12 . im ****ed off and will do what ever it takes to get my story out and hopefully ruin there lives as they have mine only based on the truth .REPORT COMMENTS

FALSE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CHARGE AWARENESS should have its own month with all the bells and whistles. I was made homeless and spent time in jail too, by a liar who used to be my wife. This happened to me. My mother who is 90 and has dementia was led into doing this because she didn't like me as her Trustee moving her into assisted living, asking to take over her checkbook and refusing to park her car there for her use. It cost me my inheritance, $12,00 to stay in hotels while I waited on court dates set way out in the future. To end it all I signed over my 1/2 share of the condo that was to be my inheritance. She got a dirty, small town attorney who knew the dirty way to do the bidding of other greedy family members who wanted to control her assets. I couldn't believe the lack of recourse and the that there was no burden of proof.REPORT COMMENTS

On January 26 @3:00 am I was arrested and charged with two counts of a misdemeanor #1 domestic violence even though my girlfriend told the police officers that I didn't touch her or my 9 month old son they still arrested and charged me with two counts of domestic violence against my family members because the squad got called to the house where my girlfriend and me were arguing so I put my ear phones in to listen to music and avoid further confortation between us well it was dark in the room and she tried to take my phone and ear plugs out so I would argue with her and I stuck my hand up in defense thinking she was trying to hit me so I was going to block her swings but she hit my hand and hers went back and accidentally hit my son in his face if left a knuckle red mark on his face so she called for a squad to check him out and the sheriff showed up I was already gone out of the house when they got their to avoid further confortations well I was heading into town on foot and was approached by law enforcement officers they didn't even read my Miranda rights to me before placing me into custody I informed them that I was also carrying a concealed weapon that was loaded with one in the chamber because we've had break-ins before and I didn't get a chance to put it back in the safe where I keep it I know that it doesn't look really good but my girlfriend showed up in court on the 28 and testified that I didn't even touch them and the police officers lied and filed false charges on me my court hearing for all this is on 2\9\16 at noon the judge said he was going to dismiss the two domestic violence charges against me but he appointed me the same attorney for me on all three charges even though the handgun charge is a F4 felony charge please help me if possibleREPORT COMMENTS

For other cases such as murder one is "innocent until proven guilty" but for domestic violence accusations the innocent lives of the one being accused and even there children can be flipped completely upside down and possibly ruined. False allegations of sexual/physical abuse can damage the lives of the accused forever. There needs to be accountability for the accuser; including sanctions, penalties, and if necessary criminal charges placed. It is unconscionable that the accuser abusing the legal system is still held unaccountable for their malicious actions. This needs to change. Even if the accusations are made in civil court, there needs to be immediate and harsh judgement placed on the accuser in criminal courts in order to make the point that the harassment and judicial abuse must stop.REPORT COMMENTS

I am continually being attacked in my community by a lying ex with borderline personality disorder . Vicious lies and rumors to discredit me. But not just her. She finds other unstable people who get involved and lie for her. Some just seem to enjoy piling on just for sport, others think by lying they are helping to save her. She triangulates anyone who may have had an issue from my past. Befriends other exs or rivals. Now she has a cocaine addict, a felon, a stalker, a prostitute, an angry violent, jealous musician, two bitter ex girlfriends, a jealous angry boyfriend of an ex and anyone else she can find to help her attacking me as well, trying to paint me as something I'm not and get me in trouble with the law. This defamation is constant, calculated and intended to destroy anything good in my life. They have all ganged up and even lied to the police about me. 8 years of these attacks from this mentally ill woman who convinces equally unstable people that she is in danger and a victim. She is a fraud and an abuser and has been doing this******for 8 years. Of course when I just went through a bad breakup from someone who stole my car and equipment, she becomes friends with her and the two go on a defamation campaign finding anyone who will believe them and act upon their lies. They both have serious mental and drug problems. She's gathered up some horribly abusive liars, manipulators and criminals.. When the lie doesn't work they make up an even bigger lie, like I'm trying to kill people or I have diseases. I'm currently dealing with more trumped up charges and interference in my life at every level. Professionally, relationships, friendships. It's a nightmare and it won't stop. Every time I try to seek the help of police or courts it backfires and I'm never taken seriously even charged because of her lies. What's worse is she finds people who believe her lies and think they have to lie for her to protect her. It's years of this childish, spiteful revenge and for no reason other than to manipulate and control. There are already laws against assault, stalking, disorderly conduct, etc., The addition of DV laws makes it easier for liars to use the system as a weapon and for the state to capitalize on any mans misfortune through outrageous fines and penalties. I my self wasn't even aware domestic violence was even an issue wulith my marriage. We moved from NC TO SPRINGFIELD MA she went into a shelter cause we had no where to live I was told they would help her faster if it was just her and our children to get help. I agreed to stay with my family. NY wife her mother and our oldest daughter all did it at the same time. It wasn't til I found out she was committing adultery that I found out she was in a domestic violence program. I have photos to prove she was with me and around me during this so called abused woman was lieing saying she wasn't around me OE associating with me who was supposed to be such a threat to her. She even was offered to write a book on her so called abuse. I been with her 20 years my children are 22 15 and 9 and NONE have seen black eyes fat lips abuse period and ask why? Because it never happened with the these accusations wouldn't there been hospitals or police involved? Wouldn't the children have seen the bruises cuts black eyes from this alleged abuse? Theses programs give woman rent free homes for a year gift cards cash food stamps and all they have to say is he abuses me. No proof!!!!! I can show pictures of us multiple times throughout the yes she been in the program. I chose to leave because she was sleeping with a married man and I found out. I then was then threatened by the mail that he would hurt me in front of my children if I told his wife he was with my wife.
