JOIN FREE: Federal Class Action for U.S. Child Custody Victims - Friends, I just joined CAPRA as one of the lead plaintiffs in an upcoming landmark federal class action lawsuit against all 50 States and the Federal Government, because I qualify as: (1) a biological parent whose child custody was unconstitutionally removed without due process; and, (2) I have been directly impacted by that during the last four years, i.e., within the statute of limitations. This class action is on behalf of *both* types of "family court" -- for wrongful victims of divorce-and-similar-with-kids *and* for wrongful victims of child protection services -- and includes suing on behalf of ANY parent affected by either "family court" type. It's totally free to join, and the federal court relief being demanded includes the full restoral of my child custody rights under law, plus a nice share of the large amount in civil damages expected. Check it out! It just requires entering someone's referral Code to join, so PLEASE use mine - 42085JL619 - in the CAPRA registration form, located on the bottom of the homepage at http://parentalrightsclassaction.com Plus, check out their power-packed Legal Tips page for all parents fighting family court, too -- Wow!! Thanks!!Aug 24th, 2016Someone from Central Islip, NY writes:
Agreed. What's best for the child is secondary to what the court mandated. The child feels this too. There is a forced resentment that child support causes when it's calculated solely on one income and not what the child needs. What if the father makes great money and is now paying above and beyond what the child needs and the mothers lifestyle reflects that fact? What happens when the mother makes a decision about a financial commitment for the child, with the fathers contribution in mind, and the father has no say about their own child!?! He can't even be trusted to offer a more affordable solution because the mother said no and wants what she wants. For example, a very expensive summer camp versus a family babysitter. Some women take advantage. They make their own money, have new men in their life, and completely take advantage and happily take more than they will ever need. Change is a must.REPORT COMMENTS

If this petition actually does something about the unfair treatment father's get I would be so happy. I'm tired of seeing my husband suffer because he doesn't get any time with his daughter because his ex wife makes up lies about him and makes him pay 700 dollars a month in child support for 1 child who we only see for an hour or 2 each month. End the madness!!!REPORT COMMENTS

I am currently dealing with these same issues. My husband is a wonderful father to his kids. He is a police officer and has always paid his child support obligations including paying medical ins. and paying half of ALL medical bills. I see and know how hard it can be to provide for our family while also having to provide for his ex's through child support when we know she makes very good money of her own and lives in luxury while we struggle. It seems as though my husband pays for ALL of the children's financial needs and she doesn't have to use any of her money to provide for her own kids as well. I 100% believe in child support just do NOT agree with how the system is set up. I believe ANY woman or man who receives child support should have to keep a record and receipts of how the money they receive is spent down to every last dollar to prove it is being spent on the children and not a $1000 dollar Louis Vuitton purse instead. I also believe a man or woman should be able to claim his/her children on income tax at least every other year to be able to get some of what he/she supports back. I also believe medical ins. costs should be split 50/50. I also believe BOTH incomes of the parents should be considered in calculating how much child support is paid. I believe BOTH a mother AND a father are responsible for their children they had together financially and emotionally which would mean both would pay 50 percent of all costs to that child and not one more than the other. Currently my husband gets his kids every Thursday and every other weekend and one full month in the summer. He pays his ex $730 a month in child support EVEN on the month they are with us 100% of the time in the summer, he pays for their medical ins. and pays half of ALL medical expenses including braces, surgeries etc. He has to claim the money he gives to his ex as income he had on income tax and she doesn't have to claim receiving it and she gets to claim ALL three of his kids every year on income tax even though he helps provide financially for them every year. She does not have to answer to whether that money is being used for it or not and sometimes the kids don't have the things they need at her house. We would love to see a reform in the child support system to make it fair to ALL and most of all to make sure kids are being taken care of with money that is given to provide solely for them.REPORT COMMENTS

I've always been in my Kids life from day one, I feel my Kids worth is more that child support can offer and it's a shame that our kids have to be labled as a monthly price. I feel the system is set up in mother favor and there words. Its a tool to try to break good father down when in the long run it effects the kids. In most cases it s a tool and income to support the no good mothers needs and not being used for the right reason our kids. Hopfuly this system can be revamped to make the mother accountable as well!REPORT COMMENTS

New rules for child support should go like this: 1. If you are granted custodial rights, you are responsible for the housing payments. If you cannot afford it, the non custodial parent moves up as the custodial obliger. Non custodial parent will have to reimburse said parents for the things purchase for child 2. Receipts should be kept at all time showing the items purchased so the non custodial parents can reimburse monetary funds back to the responsible party at the end of the year 3. Both parents are responsible for health insurance 4. Each parents takes turn claiming child every other year 5. If parents live in different states, holidays are split and so is the plane tickets 6. If there is an extracurricular activity that one parent is paying for without consulting the other parent, they are held accountable for every items purchase.REPORT COMMENTS

In Tennessee they don't consider the mothers husbands income as a factor in determining child support. So as long as she doesn't work, the ex has to pay a lot. Also, they only consider gross pay not take home they don't take into consideration union dues pensions and other things that are taken out of paycheck. My son earns a good living has a good job but has to live off $250 week making $22 hour working 50 hours a week. For one child. So unfair.REPORT COMMENTS

Drop my child support cases! I should not have to pay when I am denied visitation for no reason! The mothers of my two daughters denied me visitation by simply telling the courts that they did not want to allow visitation and they had no reason to deny me visitation, other than they were afraid my daughters would have left them to be with me and they didn't want to lose that child support money to buy things for themselves, like getting their nails done, etc! Being that the courts treat the mothers like they are queens and agreed to deny visitation for no reason whatsoever, then I don\'t want to pay! I am also only a student right now until I can obtain a career, because of a worthless economy and $386 a month is too much to pay in child support while getting very little money in school loans that I should not be paying you with at all! I also think that if men do not have a job or are not allowed visitation for no reason, that they should not have to pay at all! Not everyone has rich families to bum off of to pay child support and your stupid programs to help fathers find a job while they are jailed don't do anything being that the economy is corrupt and poor! I became sick and tired of not ever seeing my daughters long ago and now I am telling myself that I do not have daughters, because I have not seen them since they were babies, they are now in their teens, I missed out on being a father and all I ever do is pay to spend time with the air! I am also sick and tired of being stuck in an RV at a shitty concentration camp style inland campground all of the time, because I can not afford to go places and have fun and also can not afford to move to a better RV place on the beach until I have my career and can buy a house because of child support! I am not one of your livestock to keep pinned up for you to use to allow women to live the lifestyles of the rich and famous just because they gave birth! I also have been going through changes since a few years ago and I am now a mtf transgender and don't need this annoying stress in my life anymore and the mothers have plenty of money, because their family members have plenty of money and the mothers even have new boyfriends that are being the father! I have been having to have a friend help me with child support off and on also, because the amount you charge me is too much and I cant even afford to support myself like other students at my university can and it is embarrassing! Drop my child support cases, or I will use my Space Studies knowledge to have them dropped and I will sue you on top of it! I don't want to pay these high school dropout loser women child support anymore! I will never have kids again and thank god I am no longer a man, for men indeed are used and disrespected extremely by women and our government!REPORT COMMENTS
