I was on Lupron from 7/2009 - 11/2009 and experienced severe side effects. Since taking the Lupon I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Not sure if the Lupron caused the MS, but after all the side effects I experienced I believe this drug should be taken off the market and banned. -

I have really bad endometriosis and my female gynocologist had told me she would rather see me get a hysterectomy rather than Lupron. After reading up on it, I have to say I agree. This pain is excruciating but the pain woman have from using Lupron is much worse. Thank goodness I have two amazing children and my tubes tied already. I will never take this drug.REPORT COMMENTS

I had 2 injections for endo in 2012 and since then I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and I have had some hair loss. When this drug was suggested to me like many of the other people suffering with side effects. I was told I would have hot flashes nothing was mention about all of the other ongoing problems you would have I have also had vision problems and depression, but I managed to find the right medication to help with the arthritis, but the side effect for that is vision problems to so eventually I probably will not be able to see at all. I think the companies and doctors should have to give every dollar they have made from this poison to the victims and for research on what medications and therapy can improve the lives they have destroyed. This needs to be taken off the market today!!!! Nobody should suffer for another's greed!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

My wife was given the shot moments after coming out of surgery and would have never given consent had she been informed about this drug. Now we are stuck hoping we do no get the worst of these side effects and that they do not become permanent like they have for some many other women. In just a few hours of research I have seen cases filed against this drug company, for illegal benefits to doctors, falsifying results for FDA approval (doctor pled guilty to at least 80% false results), and most recently illegally boosting up the price of this drug. In each of those cases the company pled guilty and paid huge amounts. Nearly 600 million, from a RICO case, to federal medicaide for inflating price of the drug, over 300 million on two separate cases for payments to doctors and who knows what or how has been paid and will be paid for the horrifying effects this drug is having on all these women. These were not cases settled, the drug companies PLED GUILTY!!! At what point does the government or the FDA say enough is enough? Please sign this petition and ask everyone you know to do the same.REPORT COMMENTS

I began Lupon in January after a lap surgery to confirm and remove endo in Nov of 2012. Since then I have had extreme fatigue, difficulty following along in class and in conversations, I have constant joint pain and as of less than a week ago was diagnosed with early Rheumatoid Arthritis. I am 21 years old and I feel like and old women. I can't go anywhere without being tired and in pain before I even get there. I can't clean my house without my feet swelling. I get out of breath very easily and it is hard to catch my breath. I get dizzy and lightheaded all of the time. I am currently waiting to get a stress test because I was hospitalized for migraines, I've had them since I was a child, and they said I had a very low heart rate. I can't exercise, thankfully I've pretty much maintained my weight only going up and down a few pounds. But that is probably because I stay nauseous all of the time, I wake up sick to my stomach, I eat and it gets worse, I go to bed sick to my stomach. I have pain in my eyes all the time, dry mouth and my gums swell. I have also had numerous uti infections and no sex drive at all and it is affecting my marriage. I have had 4 shots and have two left. The severe cramping has gone away but all of the things that I have gotten in return I think I would have rather dealt with cramps severe cramps for 2 weeks out of the month. I do not recommend this treatment to anyone and it needs to be taken off the market.REPORT COMMENTS

I am 48 years old.I started taking this med 1 year ago, for prostate Ca. My doctors toll me that I will only experienced hot flashes as side effects and they will disappeared in few months. They were wrong. I stopped the med 3 months ago due to the terrible side effects which included sleeping problems, arthritis, mood disorders and severe hot flashes,That until this date I still experienced. I hate this medication. I thought I was the only one with this problem, but i guess not. Removed this med from the market.REPORT COMMENTS
