Since recieving this shot I have had SEVERE mood swings, ranging from extreme rage to completly breaking down in tears within minutes. I can no longer sleep through the night, I wake up with SEVERE anxiety. I have heart palpatations daily, so bad they take my breath away. My memory that was so keen is now so bad that I can't remember simple things. I feel as though I amin a constant "brain fog". I lost my job because of my mood swings. I am tired and depressed, people have commented on how different I am. I am usually full of energy and drive,someone commented that I lost my desire. Its true , I feel almost hopeless everyday. My body feels slow and achy. If my doctor had warned me about all of this I would not have taken the shots. I recieved a 1 month and I felt ok on that shot, Then I recieved the 3 month shot and that is when all of these terrible symptoms began.I told my doctor I would rather take the 1 month shot on a monthly schedule but she insisted it would be much easier to take the 3 month shot. I experienced severe joint and body aches after being injected with a 30day then 90 day Lupron. Four days after my last 30 day injection in Jan 2009, my knees began to click. My thighs became like flaccid, I started falling down.My quadriceps denervated at my knee joint and I can not walk at all. I must have 2 cruthes or a wheelchair. Now disabled I am 40 years old. No health problems before Lupron. Just uterine fibroids, which were not causing any major problems.REPORT COMMENTS

My father was given three Lupron injections in a Urology clinic in Philadelphia. He had prostate cancer that went to his bones. This drug is not worth taking. It hurt him and didn't help at all. He became severely depressed and fatigued. He couldn't sleep and killed himself. These side effects are known with Lupron and the drug ruined his quality of life the last four months. He got the drug December 2008 and killed himself April 2009. He told me, "I feel very tired". The nurse who gave him Lupron told me, "I saw he was getting depressed", but she continued the injections. This drug should be taken off the market for the benefit of men with prostate cancer who are given it freely and for the benefit of women who are given it. My father's death did not need to end that way. Before the drug, he and I walked around Philadelphia. After he was too despairing to do anything. Please help get this drug off the market ASAPREPORT COMMENTS

My sister in-laws life has been robed from her ever since she started receiving the Lupron shots. Not only does the side affects and the illness affect the patients but also family and friends to sit back and watch their life go right out of them right before your eyes and can't do anything to help or stop it. The illness she had before the shots at lease she was able to do things and hang out with family and friends. But now she is so sick and in pain she is not the person we all know. I can't believe from all the doctor's she has seen not one of them can help her or know how to help her. The side affects don't last 3 to 6 months no such thing she has been sick longer then that since she received the Lupron shots. We put trust in are doctor's and the pharmaceutical company's to help us with are illness. Instead we get harmed or killed from there help. They should of did more studies on how Lupron can help with other illnesses since it was used for patients with prostate cancer in the first place. Something needs to be done now before more women or men become disable or dies.This drug should be taken off the market.REPORT COMMENTS

Since my last set of 2 sets of lupron and one set of zolodex, I have been sick. My immune system seems to be comprimised, my memory is horrible, pain all the time, kidney stones regularly, bone pain and osteopenia. I'm sure I can go on and on, but I'm very weak and sick right now. I also have a goiter on my thyroid. Please bring this drug to an end, and save others from going through what many of have gone through. We were guniea pigs, and each day brings something else to deal with.REPORT COMMENTS
