I believe this is ********, yall are telling people who are willing to die for his or her country. It discrimination, most of the time they are wearing long sleeves, i also believe its ******** that people with minor medical conditions such as me who cant enlist because yall dont allow medication at basic, yet females can have birthcontrol thats stupid whats wrong with america. My biggest dream was to become a Marine, i would lay down my life for my friends, but because of a thyroid problem i cant enlist. I dont even take the medication havent taken it in almost a year and im still perfectly fine. The only thing i suffer is weight gain and occasional fatigue but i can fight through it. I dont let it bother me. But yall freakin let people from other countries in our military to train and them they go back to their homeland and fight against us. Get yalls priorities straight, this is america the land of the free and home of the braveREPORT COMMENTS

I was denied my waiver to join the United States Marine Corp as a 03-31. BC I have 3 tattoos on my legs. I just want to be infantry and serve my country on the front lines, and I was rejected. At what point did tattoos ever impair ones ability to be a warrior?? Let us join.REPORT COMMENTS

I was denied entry because I have a tattoo on my outter wrist, I was very disappointed, I can cover it with my hand but was still denied because of the new policy. It's about an inch high from where the wrist starts. I would like it to change for everyone, even people like me wanting to enlist for the first time, and even more so for the already marines who are supposed to be grandfathered in already.REPORT COMMENTS

I was denied entry into the Marine Corps for a tattoo of an owl on my chest that would never show in uniform. This is an injustice. Tattoos (especially non-visible, non-offensive ones) are not an accurate representation of someones professionalism.REPORT COMMENTS
