I work at Dover AFB, DE and commute to my home in Elkton Md. I do not change into civilian clothing to make this trip. I feel somewhat helpless to the general public who see's me in uniform, asks for help to find out that legally I cannot provide the service they expect from a police officer.REPORT COMMENTS

Our DOD officers are in jeopardy of losing their lives due to not have the power to act. Imagine being involved in a crime and you have to wait until a local city or county officer shows up. Please empower and train them.REPORT COMMENTS
