Just to give you an idea how far the lies go, there has not been a trace of nicotene in tobacco since mid 2009. A few good doctors will admit that. But the tv commercials with the "doctors" saying to this day that the nicotene in harmful, is part of our new system it appears. Even the vapor cigg, they still say there is nicotene being used. Nicotene has been gone for a long time since they learned how to gma the plants. Many are not even aware of it. They were wrong on the nicotene addiction also. Makes you wonder about the Chantix pill to help smokers. Supposed to target the nicotene receptors. Thats not true, so what is it doing to your body since there is no nicotene in a cigg? This is true and a fact.May 5th, 2016Someone from Vestal, NY writes:
If anyone is actually reading what others are writing, there are only about 40 some more signatures needed on the petition at MoveOn.org in an effort to withdraw the CDC guidelines. We need to get our voices heard on every possible forum - we're all in the same sinking boat.REPORT COMMENTS

My maintenance pain medication (hydrocodone 10/325) of many years was taken cold turkey from me and a non effective drug put in it's place. Now I am in pain constantly and I lost my job due to the pain interfering. I have no money to go to any doctor and have only lived in this state a few months. Obama care does Nothing for low income people. Now I have gone from being active and productive to being nothing. No wonder suicide has become our only way out.REPORT COMMENTS

Don't you guys get it? Even if we feel suicidal they twist that around in their head for it to mean we are addicted, they think they are above us and we are weak and should suffer.Wanting to feel good is addiction to them They are ignorant addiction is self medicating if done excessively. There is no way to access what is excessive from one person to another unless you find a dozen pills in their system, their tolerance might be high.Doctors test the blood for this.So problem solved. They are on their high horse and want a reason to punish the working class and other people lower on the food chain.I believe this is just backhanded genocide.REPORT COMMENTS

This will only create other kinds of epidemics. There are people out there who genuinely need this type of pain management just to function. Think of the families this will destroy by causing these human beings to seek other forms of pain relief from illegal drugs to suicide. They won't be able to function to work, possible putting a larger strain on welfare or disability sectors. You can't stop a true addict by passing these laws, you are mostly hurting genuine pain suffers who are able to lead normally lives with proper pain management.REPORT COMMENTS

Stop criminalizing sick people. If you want us dead, at least offer euthanasia. I can't believe I have to think about such a thing. Drug deaths aren't even in the top ten causes of death, but by the daily hysteria, you'd think it was number one!REPORT COMMENTS

I'm a nurse of 36 years, now disabled. Stop swinging the pendulum too far this way! People need pain relief, and not everyone is an addict. There is difference between dependence and addiction! I have RA, Fibromyalgia....the list goes on. I have tried a multitude of medicarions. None did anything except an opioid. I am monitored, signed a contract and pee on demand. It's humiliating but all I have that helps. Stop this insanity. Stop treating drug addiction as a crime. A true addict will ALWAYS find an alternative, so stop physically hurting people!!REPORT COMMENTS

This is my worst nightmare. I can only think of two things that will happen 1. Most of us will take are life because we cannot take the pain. 2. Drug dealers will become more rich. This is not what most of us want, but will have no choice. I cannot believe the country that I loved so much and have a son who is serving his country is doing this to me his mother and all who are suffering. We wish we didn't have to take pain medicine but if I don't I cannot get out of bed. I have had 3 back surgeries and all has failed. I still have a broken screw in my spine. I will be turning 43 years old and to think I don't drink or smoke and will I be able to live 30-40 more years in pain. Only God knows. Don't do this to us good people.REPORT COMMENTS

Because Dr's chose to try other alternatives to treat my pain rather than treating my pain with what works it has caused so much loss of my life and life of those around me. chronic pain not only affects the individual but it also affects my family especially my children. I can not begin to tell the side effects that will and are happening to myself and my family because Dr's are not sticking to doing thier job morally or ethically. What happen to not letting people suffer while dieing?REPORT COMMENTS

I was born with club feet, defects in my spine, back and neck. Many surgeries and years of working on my feet, arthritis and now my famiky Dr says he's not allowed to prescribe me the pain meds that enable me to shop, garden, go on vacation and make Thanksgiving dinner for my family every year. I understand addiction, I've seen it in my family, but I shouldn't have to pay for it. I take the same amount, I take my random tests, use the one pharmacy, why am I being denied MY quality of life?REPORT COMMENTS

I think they, the government, wants us to go on and die. Get out of their way, off their medicare and social security. I'm withdrawing now. The pain and weakness are unbelievable. I went gym three times a week and now have to use walker. My future is clear, I have none. I'm only 65.REPORT COMMENTS
