My ex-wife falsified police reports, signed everything under a name convenient to her, gives the children each other's meds to get a diagnosis and social security income, and let's her brother rape and molest the oldest girls; but because I wasn't always around due to military service and the cost of travel she is awarded custody and an outrageous amount of support. Never mind that it still has to be approved under U.S.C. 38, and that its my only income, the judge still did what was in the best interest of herself and the county.REPORT COMMENTS

The state of family court affairs in America is sexist, gender biased and doninated, and corrupt. The states have no best intrests of the child. The courts should have no right to be able to reach into a blood relationship between a parent and a child and seperate them for any reason save for sexual or physical abuse. Honestly the problem is the VAWA which gives states the right to consider a man a danger to his child for a crime of battery against another adult over a misdemenor conviction of domestic battery. This gives dishonest women too much leverage in a court of law. Family court should focus on family issues such as ensuring both parents have equal access to the child and correcting cases of parental misconduct with visitation issues.REPORT COMMENTS

My life was destroyed by family court. My student loans are in default because my background check has two very unjust restraining orders on it. The first was in 2002 and all she had to do is claim that I threatened her. With no proof she was able to put a restraining order on me. A $600 Million-Dollar Tort has been filed in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. This tort involves and highlights severe Parent Alienation measures. The absolute misconduct, malfeasance and bad faith tactics encouraged and acted by the lawyers involved for the litigant guilty of PA is beyond clear.
