These people suck and need to be stopped!!! Only looking to getting as many little children as possible in to the adoption system. They all have a side job with the adoption agencies. A woman called dyfs on me because I called her out on talking******about me. She mad all these claims saying my fiance beats me and that my son isnt fed.. and walks around in dirty diapers. I fell asleep. I'm a full time nursing student. I had a long tough day. My kids were asleep with me. Cops knock on my door. Kids are outside. It's 8pm I beg them not to call. My parents took care of the kids last night. The next day they tell me I have to do a urine. I knew I had amphetamines due to finals, a common college practice, they took custody of my kids and put them in foster care not with my parents or the other 3 people that submitted background checks for them. 36 hours later I have no idea where my kids are. The condition they are in and was told I cannot see them. The concept of "it takes a village to raise a child" no longer exists. I suffered from sleep paralysis which can happen from exhaustion. Nobody cared to see if my health was okay. I am panicked confused I can't sleep can't eat. I am distraught not knowing where my kids are or how they're doing. They are 3 and 2 and are potty training. What foster family is going to take the time and care for these young kids as their parents will. Their father who lives with us wasn't even informed of them being removed until it already happened!!!!! Where are my rights! And they said my parents couldn't have them because they hired an attorney!!!! What?????? This is outrageous!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

Last posted on 8-4-16 Just had court for perm hearing, found out foster parents are pushing for adoption. Was verbally assaulted by my caseworkers etc,,my husband ended up have to be rushed from the courthouse to ER for chest pains, numb arm etc,,(they thought it wad a big joke and were laughing, I heard then laugh as we were leaving courtroom n saying oh they'll never get kids back. Bottom line we both passed all sea every urine test etc,,our only issue is housing (we need help sec 8 etc but can't obtain, ss can't help cuz on ssd perm disability not ssi). Foster parents have money n are spoiling my kids w\ trips etc (buying them on my opinion, of course a kid is not going to say no!) I've lost a year of my kids lives that I can never get back rap my youngest who had pdd a form of autism on the spectrum we had a great bond n did everything together now it's like he don't know who I am,it's painful my oldest just got into teen yrs of dating n we missed first girlfriend etc,,, So bottom line they rd trying to refuse reunification for housing and the fact that my kids last yr were approx 3 wks late getting into school which was only because we were whom moving town to town n school paper work was in the mail stream being bounced from town to town, the day they were taken I was at school finalizing their enrollments n they were going to be starting once biding was arranged for the upcoming Monday! YHEY MUST BE STOPPED THEY LIE COMMIT PURGERY IN COURT ETC,,N NO ONE VARES I FEEL THEY ARE COTTUPT N POSDIBLY THE JUDGES TOO!! Anyone out there who can help plz plz contact me!REPORT COMMENTS

They have unlimited power and answer to almost no one. They pursue false accusations without using common sense or respect for thise who have been accused but not convicted or found guilty of anything. The accused persons are assumed guilty until proven innocent. They lie and truck people into signing paperwork telling them it will make the situation easier and will lead to them being cleared dooner, which is slie, because once you sign the paoers, they absolutely will harass you, make you take part in classes you don't need to do, violate the sanctity of your home, possible take your children away to place with families who aren't well screened. They don't go after the serious cases, they often go after white middle class people who are good parents just to fill their quota on non minority cases so it looks good on paper. They have WAY to much unchecked power!!!! I'm sure a few are good people with good intentions, but most of their case workers are power hungry, manipulative scum bags!!! Someone needs to review this Department and it needs to be regulated by a SEPARATE , objective commision or board,should not just be up to the discretion of a biased Judge or more often then not blindly sides with DYFS.REPORT COMMENTS

I've had dyfs come to house more like 8 times now over a 4 years span, every time they have come I've been very cooperative and got letters from them saying there was no abuse after their investigation, but the 9th time they have come they just showed up at my residence at 9 pm unannounced that they got a called that my children were in grave danger that someone called (aka bi-polar ex-wife) accusing me of abusing my kids, having a gun and abusing drugs, all of which are false. I told the case worker that I was out having dinner with my family and I couldn't come right now, then the caseworker got all upset at me, like I had to drop everything and come home, these people have no concept that people lives matter and that they make you feel like u did a crime, even thou they will never admit that, because every time you complain to a supervisor about a caseworker they always say something about it's the law, well the law in my opinion it is picture perfect because it subject innocent people to malicious ex's or bad neighbor's wanting to get even, but it's no a reason for a caseworker to abuse their authority and treat you less like a criminal. When I spoke to a director of a dyfs branch about the caseworkers being nasty and rude, he revealed to me that about 80% of their calls are false, so why have a law that in my opinion that was poorly written and does not account for harassment by a 3rd party, this goes to show how lawmakers pass laws without really thinking things thru and what possible negative outcomes this could pose. I think reform is needed because children need to be protected and these caseworkers are not angels themselves.REPORT COMMENTS

They open and close cases when ever they like. They made me jump through so may hoops despite the fact that I passed all drug test. Ever a random test when they came to my home and took me to take the test. They also tested my babies muconium and did hair test. ALL came out NEGATIVE!!!! I foolishly reached out to CPP, thinking they would help my family Boy was i wrong. They have totally destroyed a family, which may have had issues, but abuse of children was definitely not one of them. Everytime one of us tries to speak to put fort FACTS, their first words are: OKAY, BUT WE'RE TAKING THE CHILDREN. These kids would be totally devastated and seriously harmed by being ripped from their family. In fact, mom was forced to take a TRO against dad. Oh, both the police and CPP, made it clear that they were not forcing her to do it BUT, "if you don't take out the restraining order, WE'RE TAKING THE KIDS." If I had money, I would find a great attorney and FIGHT. Unfortunately my family is low income at this time Hopefully this may change.REPORT COMMENTS

They are being paid off by my in laws and have done nothing but harass me for 11 years now. Dyfs does nothing but follow me around. I do not do drugs nor do I do anything wrong. I have them on video too. They need to stop and something needs to be done. It is ashamed that people like to lie to the judges to get what they want.
