With that time past******after they denied EVRRYTHING from the start over an ALLEGED sale of a half a gram OF WEED... Cut my phone calls and visits with no court order and lied in coyrt saying i wasnt calling at my scheduled times refused to allow me yo get phone records to prove i was ...needless ti say ny children havent seen each other in 3 years i have a new baby they dont even know and i cant get a lawyer to touch the case cause its against the state. ...anyone that can HELP PLEASE THIS MOMMY MISSES HER BABIES -

They have destroyed my mother in law over stupid non sense. She called and said she would like her workers to be switched and a week later her grandson was taken from her and they won't work with her to give him back. They rather leave him with strangers and not allow contact then try to fix the issue! All over because she takes narcotics prescribed by a doctor For the past 20 years due to a workmans comp issue. I am a parent ready to lose my child to adoption all though I have been complying. They have broken every court order and flat out abused there power and lied.The Bridgton N..J. Office has an office full of cumpulsive liars.They dont have the man power to keep up with the case loads so children like mine that are supposed to have visititation go the entire year with out seeing there parent's. I have done everything they ask and because I called the child advocate people and got them in trouble they are personaly being vindictive as well.Its disgusting that workers who get upset when negligence is reported chose to throw a whole child away in order to keep there job.REPORT COMMENTS

DYFS is horrible. Once they come after you they come after you hard. They sent me to a drug treatmemt facility where I did IOP for three months, just got moved down to OP and because I had a dirty urine out of all the time I've been there, the counselor at that place blatantly accused me of manipulating and cheating drug tests the whole time I've been in treatment which is BULL%*$#. And she threatened me with a hair follicle test and random drug testing until my child turns 18. This is the kinds of places dyfs sends people too. And I answered this counselors questions about the dirty urine very honestly. But all I got was threats about what she would have dyfs do to me. That's the kind of trash people dyfs forces people to deal with to keep their children. And DYFS itself loves to FORCE all kinds of services on people. They intentionally try to push people to mentally break so they get peoples children like they want. It's sad that in this country dyfs can bully, harrass, intimidate and mentally torture families and it's all legal. Somebody needs to step in where DYFS is concerned because it's a corrupt system that dangles peoples children over their heads and uses threats and coercion to get what they want. Somebody please step in and stop letting DYFS rip people apart on power trips just because they can. I know DYFS NEEDS to step in SOMETIMES they had a reason to in my case. But there is a line where they just harass and torment people and they get away with it because it's legal because nobody cares to stop them. I have been dealing with DYFS since September of 2015. I was able to fight enough to have my children returned home in February of 2015. I (the mother) had to leave the home and find another place to live. It is now November of 2016 and I am still fighting to be home with my family. I have completed an IOP course even though I have never been a drug addicted. At the time I was prescribed percocet medication and I showed proof. They still made it necesaary to complete the program. I am in a domestic violence class and in therapy all appointed by DYFS. I have been complying with DYFS and their evaluations, meetings and classes just so I can return home. My children cry almoat everyday because they "want a normal family life again". I have fell into a deep depression and I suffer with terrible anxiety due to this and many other issues DYFS continues to harrass my family and myself with. My children shake and become sick and start to shake if you even begin to mention DYFS. I feel like I have nowhere to turn. No help, advice, nothing! I do not know what else to do. Please someone help me or at least advise me on where to turn. I am missing all of the little things in my childrens lives and time that we can never get back. My children are 10 and 6 yrs old. I don't see how what these people do are ok or even allowed! HELP!REPORT COMMENTS

The turn of events that has taken place since asking Ocean County for assistance has spiraled into not only separating a mother and a child adding on more trauma to our lives but this past Tuesday I discovered my daughter is in foster care of a single father with no children as opposed to a family or couple. This is now added more of a concern to me as a mother having been traumatized at seven years old sexually abused by my step father. Is this even legal to do? Place a five year old female child in the care of a single male foster parent? Her own father was abusive and that was traumatic enough but now this. Is there a possibility of suing DYFUS for their negligent and rather psychologically and emotionally traumatizing behaviors? I was taking my daughter and dogs (what was left of my family) from abuse, dysfunction and trauma to start over new here in NJ away from trauma. I now have been forced to experience even more both emotionally, psychologically and financially. Ocean county could have sent what was left of my family to another county for ethical support as opposed to ripping us all apart. They didn't. What they did was segregate mother from daughter when I was only unable to provide shelter for us all and only went without shelter while travelling from Arizona to New Jersey. With immediate housing we could have had my daughter back in school, myself working and still hopefully with our rescue dogs that were very much part of my family. Since asking for New Jersey assistance in Ocean County I have now lost my license again and am responsible for the Lifesaver breathalyzer device that I only had until Spring to pay off. This makes me non-compliant and will begin the timing process all over again which cost me upwards of $80. per month. I had no alcohol within my system and the breathalyzer was from a DUI back in 2008. I finally had the fine paid off after several years of surviving when the economy collapsed in 2008/09. The reason why this occurred is due to fact that my car was stolen while in a psychiatric facility DYFUS thought it necessary to put me in because I traveled across country to start over. Since asking New Jersey Social Services in Ocean county for help I've experienced being thrown into a psychiatric hospital when never before have I been diagnosed with delusion or any other bi-polar manic behaviors. My mother who was raped by her father and brother during her teens has been locked away into those type facilities while the family cared less to address the actual issues creating psyche schism but I NEVER have been. So that was another trauma and emotional detriment experienced and compounded while locked in St. Barnabas Behavioral Health. My insurance was cancelled while in there and shortly thereafter the car was stolen and I am responsible for all of this when all I needed was compassion, understanding and Board of Social Services to actually help my daughter and I as opposed to putting us through more emotional trauma. Not only did B.O.S.S. create more emotional detriment but they also forced me (a holistic, meditation, yoga and fitness person) to take psychiatric drugs (Doctor Sethie said to take drugs or I would not be released) none of which my body was used to or had ever even contemplated utilizing before. Second day at St. Barnabas I collapsed from the dosage. Of course though the doctors are simply doing their job just as everyone else...question is, where is there justice in all of this? On the other side of the country we utilize holistic medicine i.e. exercise, appropriate diet, meditation, yoga and when necessary medical marijuana for ailments of which I had a license for buried somewhere in my car that is now stolen. My identity has also been taken due to fact that all my personal information from social security numbers of both my daughter and I as well as information on my lap top was inside our car. On my You Tube account there is someone changing my name Elilah Agape to Delilah. My computer that had inventions and twenty five years worth of research having been conducted for not only my retirement and manuscript but for all of Humanity and my political career is now stolen. Now I'm residing in the Hoboken Shelter and my daughter who is going to be spending her sixth birthday this Thanksgiving with a complete stranger is weighing upon my heart. Is it legal for these series of events to have taken place to my daughter and I as opposed to gently nudging us in the appropriate direction for assistance to the degree we needed NOT compounding more trauma and more financial detriment? Is it legal to force a holistic human being with differing opinions than what is considered "normal" on the east coast to take psychiatric drugs when not needed? Is it legal to say that while locked away in there I was scared to tell the truth that NO I did NOT prefer to take any drugs and wanted to simply have a roof over my family's head but not in the manner granted? Is it legal to take a holistic human being and force them to take psychiatric drugs all due to eccentricities? That is what this comes down to. On the west coast people like me are "normal" but over here eccentric and deserve psychiatric drugs that sedated me inhibiting appropriate motor functioning. I'm grateful the doctors were nice but still this entire situation has been nearly as traumatizing as what we left if not more. Not to mention I'm extremely concerned about my daughter being in the care of a single father having experienced molestation and rape myself as a young child. Is there any way you may be able to help my daughter and I get through this DYFUS legal process as swiftly as humanly possible for the longer we are apart the more it hurts us both. I know I'm not in a position to pay you now but I feel and know this is a case that must be heard and justice brought to. Plus I have no idea where my car went and now residing in a shelter having to begin with absolutely nothing surrounded by many of which who are scouting girls like me to rob from. There must be somebody out there that actually is compassionate and cares about the welfare of myself and my daughter...right? I am SICK to my stomach about DYFS. Although I reside in New York. My daughter is a herion addict as well as her boyfriend and his mother is an enabler. We have a daughter who gave birth to my grandchild in August 2016 who was tested positive for herion 2 days laterin the NJ hospital. DYFS did nothing for this innocent baby. When she was 6 months pregnant she was arrested with 4 other with 133 bags of glassine of herion and paraphilnias was process and release the same day. DYFS are a noxious and the rudest group of assine people I have ever met. DYFS provided 24 hours seven days a week supervision for my child, baby's father. This gets better, it started out with 4 supervisors and now that have a steady of two supervision that are around now. One supervisor told these "parents" they were unfit and they don't deserve the baby and the parents dropped her. I am wondering why this one left and what she saw to make this judgement call to them. DYFS did not reach out to her and ask why she said what she said.....something is not right there. BTW this supervisor was a family member on the fathers side of the family. Does something have to happen so serious and that's when politicians in NJ to step in and do something. No one checked on my grandchild when he is with his aunt, uncle, grandparent and great grandfather who is btw a supervisor. In October they had the baby 9 Days out of the whole month. We are not supervisors because it takes longer to process because we live in NY. We were approved at one point and that case investigator dropped off the face of the earth and case was handed over to another and told my husband we were never approved, how did that happen? The last case investigator told we were and that "supposedly" a lie. One point I was a supervisor and my child called and ask me to bring formula because she had none. I brought what I had for the baby. I called DYFS out of concern and DYFS went to the house to see if there were any formula and there was. I told my daughter when did I have to bring formula to her house and she flat out LIED and I told me she never told me that and I told her she is a lier and she needs to grow up. DYFS told me daughter the baby cannot go to NY because I told her she is a lier and needs to grow up. But it was ok for her to Tell me to go F$&@ yourself, she hated me. Wow this is screwed up system. I understand that they wanted to help the parents. But something more is going on because they have not lifted supervision since 8/28/2016. Is this normal? Why would NJ want to pay for this long protocol of subversion when they are not doing anything wrong. I know that I told DYFS if anything my husband and are will raise the baby. I hope that people who are dealing with this situation can find an advocate for themselves and infants need to have someone to speak for them and see what the hell is going on and that decision will be made. I hope and pray that all this BS will dissolve and DYFS should really get the acts together. Also read some of this comments below, this is really scary, the unknown is the hardest part to see what happens in my husband and my case Remembered another thing my daughter come up for a weekend with her CHILD and she had 10-12 bags of herion. It was documented 1 day later and NOTHING was done with that. WTH is wrong with all this. I'm done venting now I need to find out what We can do. Any advice? Will love someREPORT COMMENTS

My daughter had a DYFS case years ago. The agency has not been in touch with her for four (4) years. Her daughter, then two(2) was returned to her a week before she gave birth to her four(4) year old. They never closed her case out because the Supervisor was on drugs and was fired after working for the agency for over 28 years. Because of the ex-supervisor drug addiction now my grands may be in jeopardy. There was never any founded claims against my daughter. She was in a bad relation which she ended at the onset of the case. The made her do random drug tests for a whole year which all came up negative, they cut a patch of her hair which goes back six month because they claimed she knew when they were going call her for her random tests (really). This agency is out of control. I believe the case workers should be drug tested. I am at my wits end. Does she contact them to have her case closed? Will they open a new investigation because she wants it closed? She is working part time and going to school full time. She is trying to move forward but this is hanging over her head. Hey my name is iman hanif and im going threw the same thing dyfs took my first daughter all because i was homeless then when i finally got back on my feet and got a job as a hha then still refuse to give her back she is now adopted into the system i nevered even got the chance to even take my first born home after i came up to the office numerous of times asking for help now its just escalateing down to every kid give birth to dyfs just to my son rencently he is only two months going on how you talk about time pass thats what exactly what they doning to my 2 month old son recently i have tookin my newborn to the dr office as dyfs came with me and couple of minutes later dr has bacame concern about my new borns weight dr said that his weight was low when i had him for the one month i had him he was 9 pds my son was in dyfs for 3 weeks and he only gained 2 pds you mean to tell me its 24 hours in a day and its 7 days in a week and you mean to tell me he only gained 2 pds bull crap its crazzy this need to stop i know you dont know me but its time for people like use to come together. I am going through the divorce for last 2 years and just to get the child support my ex is been playing so much game which is unbelievable 14 years I have taken care of my 3 kids having a home based business I was able to do everything for my kids including cooking cleaning feeding school and doctor visit and all my kids loved me so much , and all of a sudden after several bogus TRO's which all was dismissed and then followed by several criminal complain against my and almost got me arrested and then all were again dismissed and then she started brainwashing my kids and coaching my kids how to go to police and authorities and lie about dad and they did and put me in big trouble DCPP was involved several times and there was no allegation were established and even though I provided all the evidences to DCPP that how my ex is been manipulating /coaching /brainwashing my kids which includes the audio of my ex brutally beating my kids coaching my kids trying to make injury mark on body of my kid burning my pictures with involving my kids and still DCPP has to say that "they are not able to authenticate the audio " how hard is it to verify the sound in the audio and even though I provided them the certified transcribed copy ...And then DCPP stopped communicating with me . and Still my Ex keep playing games and tricks involving my kids to get more and more child support , as going through all bogus TRO and criminal charges I lost my 15 year old established business and trying to reestablish so I can keep up with the support obligations but its impossible at this time going through all the cases and there are income forensic and custody evaluation forensic involved which is taking time , I have lost my house money and kids everything in this battle and now my ex has stopped my kids sending to my involving DCPP again that they do not want to come to me ....any help? before and during TRO and and separation my ex took off with everything including my all business inventory , all safe deposit box empty and everything valuable she can remove she did during 2nd TRO as she had 2 month of time I could not go home .REPORT COMMENTS

I can tell you a million and one things they've done wrong in my case and in my friends' cases, but here's the REALLY crazy thing: I have been in foster care for almost four years now after being taken from my mother and older sister (who has been a legal adult the whole time and thus can't be removed). They moved while I was in the system so the district they live in is not the district our case is in. My dad and his youngest daughter (my half-sister) haven't really been involved in the case, although my dad is technically addressed in the charges. Now my father and younger sister have come to live with my family. At the most recent court hearing, the judge ordered my case worker to contact the other division and let him know that a young child is living with individuals who have had another kid removed. This child, of not even ten years of age, has been CLEARED BY THE OTHER BRANCH to live in my home with my family. Yet I, a girl of over sixteen years of age, cannot be returned to this very same family? Something is seriously wrong here.REPORT COMMENTS

Lies, entrapment, false allegations, psychological abuse, badgering, lack of due process, forced entry, slander, kidnapping, deception, bribery and money scams. Probably a few more like no freedom of speech.. They are a government agency that is in runaway criminal mode who interrogate and intimidate both parents, family members and kids.like in a "dirty cop" movie.----They are SERIAL VIOLATORS of our CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS with no provision to POLICE ITSELF. A couple of the sickest things they did was to brain wash the kids and tell them what to say to us on the phone.and in court. They placed them with a foster family who have a child of their own. They lavish him with gifts and electronics. They and gave our kids nothing but bikes just to keep them outside. The children hate the DCPP interrogations and them. My son was taken away in April 2016 because another student gave my son a black eye and the teacher never reported the fight to the office. She called me at work told me what happened in school and I told her that I will have my husband to come school to walk my son home so he won't get hurt on the way home. On Monday my son went to school and the teacher called me to tell me that she is reporting me because she believes my husband punched my son in the eye. The teacher also told me that she didn't want to lose her license because she didn't report the fight. Jersey city board of education don't care, the principal at Martin Center for the Arts don't care. I've wrote congressmen and even filed a motion to have the teachers license taken away. At the time I was in the middle of buying a house in another county and can't get my son in this county. We went to the fact finding in September and we still don't know anything. The lawyer we paid money just robbed us because he acted like he was working for them or maybe they paid him. Please if someone can help me, I just don't know what to do anymore.REPORT COMMENTS

DYFS needs to prosecute those that make false allegations, like they claim on their website. This would protect families from being abused by people using DYFS to get even and lighten their work load to truly help the abused. My wife is currently suing because DYFS is above the constitution, they look through your house, speak with your children all without you being informed or a warrant... based on false allegations that anyone can make up, Then you have no rights to face your accuser and they never prosecute. Both times our allegations were deemed unfounded, yet are children were upset and scared and crying, why, because DYFS was interviewing them and asking them about things that never happened. they thought they could get taken away from a loving environment. So our rights are being violated! I wish someone could help us they get off of work go to bars and why aren't getting urine tests all the time in Newark 212 Washington Street I know for a fact there getting drunk and drugs .Why does there word have to be Wright .I'm an adult worked never been arrested and been a productive citizen so Why is what say not good enough??? We are being bullied into agreeing to allegations that are unfounded, downright lies. Dyfs employees are unprofessional, uneducated , and corrupted. They might have degrees, yet uneducated. This employee approached my daughter in a manner like she was in the "hood" like my child was one of those in the basket of deplorables. Her grammar was poor while speaking she gyrated her head and neck. Very poor and disgraceful representation of our system. It's been over 5months what a nightmare we are enduring. This person was not trained the proper way in being objective. This was all personal. My daughter stood her grounds and stated her rights and took this to court The district of attorney objected to me being present in court when my daughter asked that I may be there because she did not trust her appointed lawyer They had my daughter take drug test and see a psychiatrist, who gave her a test,in which she pass both. My daughter gave all information including the doctor whose care she was under . They did not get in touch with him until today I cannot say all that is happening because we are trying to find help to keep this case in court.REPORT COMMENTS

Number 1 if you didn't seperate siblings or families kids would not be so rebellious number 2 if you helped more familes stay together instead of seperating them by giving reources to woman in dometic violence situations or woman whom are homeless is not reasons to take kids away from there parents...number 3 if you make people get sphycic evaluations you should not pay off the psychiatrist to make people have mental problems or have people listed as mentaly retarted and incompetent to raise there children...number 4 you dont blame a kids bad behavior on a parent who didnt raise the kid blame yoyrselves for putting these kids in bad foster homes and group homes stop heavily medicating these children ...people who have hard lives and fought to turn there lives around should not be treated like criminals or judged on there past....nobody sets out to make mistakes or choose to be in abusive relationships....when i was a kid patents spanked there kids butt...i know my dad beat me with a belt and my grandmom with a switch from a tree....you people are telling kids that parents can not discipline them so that it is ok to cuss your parents out its ok to run the streets its ok to pull knives out on your patents...its ok to lie and steal its ok to hit woman every negative behavior a child has is ok....well no im sorry its not because all the children i have raised are good and they do not have bad behaviors like the 2 who where raised in the system....i go seek help for my out of control son and they call dyfis on me and they blame me for his bad behavior i never did drugs or joined gangs or threatend my siblings or my parents....but i get treated like im bad by dyfis....they try to manipulate me because they think im uneducated and slow....the system is not ment to help people they take these children make them award of the state and get paid generously for these children and then if the kid does not cooperate with them they diagnosed them with some type of behavior problem and medicate them too the point where they look like there slurring or on drugs....smh...is that not child abuse to fasley diagnose perfectly fine children with behavior problems just because they want there parents....i am against dyfis...they do not help people there are children all over the world who are really being abused but u take kids who ate loved and turn them into another satistic...Dyfis saddens me and my childten are very scared of these people. ...REPORT COMMENTS

Unfortunately, DCPP can remove children. They use what you say against you! If you've had any history, no matter how long ago, they'll dig up your history and use that also. If you can afford an attorney that specifically deals with these kinds of cases, get one. If you can't afford an attorney then I suggest you do your homework and research as much as you can. Write down case law and your questions then take them to the public defender assigned to you. Also, go to meetings, parenting classes and anything else that you're able to do regarding your DCPP case....Stay a step ahead...go on your own rather then being court ordered to go. I know for a fact my lowlife uncle that's currently located in Hudson County Correctional Facility made false accusations against my family and I! He has been in jail MANY MANY times. Served time for disorderly conduct, been locked up for murder, convicted for arson, violation of probation, terroristic threats just to name a few. Yet, they take calls from no good people in jail! He's taking out revenge on me because I put a restraining order out on him and blocked all his calls. Now DYFS-CHILD-WELFARE is investigating us saying my husband is selling drugs out of our house and he doesn't even live here! He works in NY and stays there, he comes home once a week. They searched my house and found nothing! However, I'm still dealing with them. This is the most stressful and heartbreaking thing ever!!!REPORT COMMENTS
