Banning specific breeds is prejudice, plain and simple. The ideals of this country are based on fairness and equality. Breed banning does nothing to promote responsible ownership of dogs, but punishes responsible owners and well behaved dogs. Why not require ALL dogs on base to go through the AKC Canine Good Citizenship program and prove themselves?REPORT COMMENTS
