Social Security Funds are being used to pit one parent against the other. The court collect taxpayer dollars for every dollar they collect in "child support" payments. The law was designed to collect payments to ensure that a Mother and her children do not go on welfare. But the rules have been greatly expanded to include every family unfortunate enough to fall into the court's purview. So taxpayers are on the hook to pay for custody collection for enormously wealthy parents, and their attorneys. But the SSI can only afford to give seniors a $4 per month pay raise. Outrageous. -

CD juvenile authority and juvenile judges are inflicting mental,physical and sexual abuse of this nations most vulnerable. Congress in turn creates incentives to the perpetrators to cause harm to children with complete disregard to the effects it has on children as well as parents. Congress needs to act immediately without delay. The American people need to make a stand about this situation. We should protect children from this abuse. I read it I am embarrassed so many words came out wrong I typed them correctly and they changed. Themselves. The word selector thingies !!! I love my son with all my heart though and I am being targeted at over poverty and they are discriminating AGENST me and my husband and claiming that being being with a mental health disorder or anybody that has a disability or mental health problem is unfit to raise a child and this is false I was have been proven mentally stable and capable of raising AND taking care of my son with no problems at all and that ny dr and councilor strongly believes that I am fit to care for my child and raise him they stated my mental health does not affect my ability to care for my child snd that having s disorder does not prevent anybody from parenting there child and in fact she states I have never once demonstrated any danger or anger towards my child and that she believes my son would be safe with me. And that I am fully capable of taking care of both myself and don and that I have always t of family and Friends support and people who cares about me and would always be near if I needed anything or help with anything !!!!!REPORT COMMENTS

My mother Inlaw abused her son his entire childhood and she never wanted him happy. He met me and she tried everything she should to spoil his happiness she abandoned her infant grandchild in Monticello Arkansas by her self to come to Louisiana to break into a guy's house me and her son was staying at Note we are at the legal age to go and do and live where ever (18) at that time. And one week before my birthday I turned up pregnant. With her grandchild and she was harassing my father in-law who she lied on for many years and had him sent to jail over false accusations NOTE : MY Mother INLAW IS MENTALLY UNSTABLE AND IS A FREAKING Er nurse how the hell is that possible well I will tell you she knows to many people has to many connections. She told her son before I got pregnant she hated him and he was not familiy and have him his dad's number who he never seen sense he was little bitty and we called him met him and moved in with him he happens to be the best dad in the world. ! Problem is. After I turned pregnant my Inlaw every week was treating to take my son. Threatening to come to the other state we was in she called me names she harassed me the threatened to kill me multiple times she called me hatful named and iv honestly never done anything wrong to her but kiss her*****! Later in my pregnancy we movedback south for work and she once again shows up with more harassment and threats and she was asked many times to leave. Her son in a strange way still loved her and forgave her regardless if how horrible she done him and me. I understand that but that's not my point either. My point is. I went I to labor she was uninvited to the hospital she found out through her connections about us and showed up and did not have anything to do with anybody until I started pushing she was in and out of the room acting strange making secret phone calls. Talkin to my sons nurse she was asked many times to leave and never left the nurses refused to make her leave my dad tried to make her leave she refused day shift nurse told my husband and I she was requesting and demanding personal information about my son and he told her she could not have access to any of that information without our consent and she was not getting it from us because neither of us approved of it. And that grandparents are nothing but s. Grain of rice. In his eyes so she hit mad and . Instead NB of trying again with day shift she waited till night shift when her friend worked and lied and had me sent to ICU after I birthed my son SHE CLAIMED I WAS UNSTABLE I WAS not alone so many people was with me to back me up and say that I did nothing wrong my husband my dad was very angry and confused when the nurse did she she did I was not at all unstable I had been discharged from the hospital and held agenst my will even ICU NURSES SaiD I WAS stable she kidnapped my son and cps told her son to leave with the baby. And never come BACK To me again it he goes to jail. And loses our son. I had no idea what was going on nor did my dad drs said there was no reason for me to be at the hospital still I had just had an emergency CSECTION AND 40HOURs of labor I spent 7 very scary depressing confusing days in a hospital because cps told them I was not aloud to leave. That's bulshit. I finally seen there dr in the 7th day and she said I was mother Inlaw abused her son his entire childhood and she never wanted him happy. And next thin you know cps at my door with two cops one white and one black and the black one had his hand on his guy they had no warrant for entry or search and no reasonable cause to enter they let them self in my home and demanded for my son they snatched him out my arms at 1am and kidnapped my son I ended up subpoena into court and once again cps admitted on the stand they had no reason at all to take my son and they did the judge ordered a reunification but cps refused they work in 6month increment that's ********. Iv been to court over this for two years there is still no reason at all for my son to be in cps care he's been to two foster homes both have beat him and neglected him only once lost her licences to foster a child the other they claim is so perfect because she adopted 5 kids but iv caught her so has ny dsd sd husband and the workers. She hits my son she Bully's him and he's only 17months old. The judge won't do anything about it my son has been long time ago supposed to come home. They still have not found any reason to keep my son accept for poverty and for being born with a mental health disorder my councilor has men many times I am mentally stable and there is nothing stopping me from having a perfect sbilty to properly care for my child she also statement my mental health does not affect my ability to care for my child and that she believes I am fit to raise my son but they continue reunification plain but never return him ;!!! My mother Inlaw ruined my life my sons life and her son's life she ruined everything. And we have been officially recently charged with child support 250 a month note ny son was my first child I neverver had a chance to even raise him iv missed every thing me and his daddy still stand together strong fighting for or baby Boy back CPS IS NOT FORTHE KIDS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT KIDS CHILDREN ARE A PROFIT FOR CPs this is not okay. So many children are being abused and yet they are taking children from innocent familiy instead of unfit family's. Our case has went non for so long we have had lost jobs and homes. And bankruptcy due to having to desp with all this court stuff had to pay for parenting classes and mental drs and still being proved mentally stable iv been traumatized really bad from this case ny security has been ruined I have gained trust issues. I never had s chance to raise my son and mother him till this day I will continue to fight for my son and I won't give up I will always love him with all my heart regardless of anything anybody dies or says ( foster parents told ny 17minth old two months ago. Hes happy with me and his daddy in fact he can't stand having leave out side And we want nothing more in the world but for s sweet little boy to be returned back home to me and his daddy si we go on with out life and enjoy it and raise our little boy and have a happy and great life without stress. Was caused by my mother Inlaw my son was supposed to be in my wedding but it never happens the wedding was planned for the day after I gave birth us and to hold our certificate and licences so we found another preacher explained the entire situation and the price preacher knew the other one and hunted down him and our paper work we paid for and he fussed at him for his wrong doing snd turned around and married us himself we ment to get married when I was pregnant but could not afford it at that time my son was a planned pregnancy he was not a mistake in fact we had everything he needed before I gave birth he had a bassinet a crib 4 different sizze strollers. 5huge bags of clothes lots of diapers and wipes and shampood body washes toys and more we also had my father in law's support we move because we could not find work and because step mother Inlaw had a drinking problem and was horrible every Saturday and Sunday so we left to protect our son when cps took my son we was in our first home our son was healthy and had everything he needed encluding his own bed Every month we buy more clothes for our son and set them up in his room more toys. And upgrades his bed and supply hoping that he will come home. Ane making sure he always will have everything he needs because our son comes first we have also gave the Foster be parents clothes and diaper's and new toys and winter clothes and knitted hats I made my son and supplied other things he made need to be sure our son was taken care of. However the Foster parent just through it all away CASA WORKER AND FOSTER PARENT ARE DO UI NG EVRRYTHINF THEY CAN TO TRY TO GET MY SON FOREVER THAT INCLUDS LIEING AND SETTING US UO THAT INCLUDS WORKING AGENST BOTH US AND OUR CPS WORKER AND THE JUDGE she has a lot of money and is tossing it around to get her way but recent our new cps worker put in good notes about my husband snd I in court but the same day the Foster parent lied along with casa causing us to nearly lose our son. They tried to have him adopted off but. My councilor ny lawyer my husband lawyer and the cps worker was on our side and reunification goal stayed but my sons lawyer quit befire that court date so the new lawyer who was a female took sides with the Foster parent helping her out luckily they all failed at screwing us over again but this has continued for so long and it's really heart breaking and a aggravating situation. Not all cps worker are bad but many are. We had two very horrible ones in our case. We had finallygot a good one we had a good one but the last one they fired her and the supervisor for working with us instead of AGENST us All cps should return our son back to us and allow us to be a family and raise our little boyREPORT COMMENTS

My children were taken from due to one very huge mistake. I was injected with heroine nd in fact over-dosed. It's no excuse but when this happened it was the darkest time in my life. Abandoned by my husband who ran off nd had a baby with another woman behind my back in which he didn't tell me about until 3 months after the child was born, left homeless with 3 children nd 6 months pregnant to raise on my own with no moral support.one who is a very troubled teen that i had absolutely no control over nd who had no fear of authority or the law. I had no clue what to do or where to go trying to work 12 hr days 7 days a week nd no money because the man I was working for decided he wasn't paying anyone what they were owed. It was the foremost hardest time in my children and my life nd I was stuck in a very deep depression. Talking to a woman I thought was a friend I told her I wanted to forget everything going on in my life that's when she injected me with the heroine. Everything went from awful to worse. I've never in my life done heroine or any other drug besides occasionally smoke marijuana socially with friends and never around my children. My children were immediately taken from which in the beginning I understood. Cps didn't know me or the kind of mother or person I was. My mother and I was told by the workers that as long as I cooperated my kids would be returned that they wanted them back with me nd would be within 60 days. I fully cooperated nd did everything asked within a 12 hr period . Mental health, drug screen, parenting classes ect. I've never done nor ever tested positive fer heroine in my life nd truly am not an addict.if fact my councilor who did my drug screen only recommend coping skills counciling nd no rehab of any kind. Only thing I've ever tested positive for was marijuana and that was long before this happened. I signed releases for everything and everyone. Everything my mother nd I was told by them was lies. I was called a liar by everyone including my own lawyer. the one person who knows me better than anyone my mother who is my best friend nd I tell everything too was the only one on my side. It's been 2 months nd my kids are still not back home. The cps nd fostercare workers have not talked to anyone in my family to find out what kind of mother or person I am. They've lied about so much. What was suppose to be 60 days is in fact turning in to 8 months. They are keeping my children from me nd as far as my children nd I are concerned they are in fact doing more mental and emotional damage keeping my children nd I apart than I could ever do from one very huge stupid mistake. I m disgusted by our system nd feel that they're holding my kids longer than needed nd trying to find every hoop they can for me to jump through. I'll nvr give up I will fight till my kids are home where they belong or the death of me. There are pple out there who are truly addicts who need help nd whose children are really being neglected nd instead they focus all they're time on someone who isn't. Cps is corrupt!!!!!!!!!!!! I had an investigator who lied under oath the whole entire trial i about me for everything trying to accuse me of things i didnt do and ruin me and ruin everything i was working hard for. They put my son in a terrible and dangerous situation then i had another baby and my older sons father whos a drug dealer and a psycho and they were well aware and did nothing about it tried to accuse me of being high and jennifer tried to put my new baby in foster care and lied in trial and did get my baby taken away because i had trouble peeing and i took a hair folicle which came back clean and i was denied an alternitive test btw like a swab or blood i never tested dirty btw at court btw for anything i was never prescribed. I have recordings of my sons father threatening to woop my son*****and come to my apt to do it he barges it n makes my have sex with him and i submit because im scared of him he calls my son names like ****ing retard wierdo piece of******moron ******* little ******* tell him he has other kids he dont need him really beats him down on the inside and tells him he didnt know he was raising a little girl he thought he was raising a man and my son is 9 and when i show cps these recordings after complaining for years about and been called a liar because my sons father knows how to play with people and look like the good guy they make excuses for him like they dont wanna be bothered. Also he threatened to kill me after i got custody back and when my son was at his house he told my son he was gonna pay someone to kill me they also ignored it. Cps is joke. They do not protect children. This is just another way to make money because all they do is screw the kids up more. They have the fathers best interest at hand thats all i see. A mother screw up and cant see her kids for months and then the kids get emotional issues. And in my case like i said my parents helped with everything my son had a great life the only time things were bad was when that crazy person labeled dad came around. My son wants to move to florida so bad and i have joint custody but why he has seen him twice and always says he does t care about even seeing him because my son keeeps refusing to go because he picks him up and then leaves and when he is their treats him terribly. But if i just go then he can automatically get custody then what my son grows up to be a thug. Dont think so. I want to go their and make my son haply get a nice affordabke place go to a college i have picked their get a job have my parents help me watch them help my parents put their getti g older my grandma is al.ost 90 and get away from the bs and stop feeling unsafe and always looking over my shoulder all the time because i fear for my life. Oh and im off cps today why does my cps worker still wanna visit with me 3 days after im off for last visit to bother me even when i tell her we are being threatened she foesnt care she isnt trying to help us and investigate the father but just trying to be nosey and play prrk a boo with me and my son now this is harassment seriously.REPORT COMMENTS

Also a victim of the system stealing my children after being granted sole custody and finally knowing they were safe were taken on false aligations made by there father who they later played custody court by passing them off to them to buy time knowing he was not a Safe option and criminal and sure enough I had nothing and they had already found an adoptive family but strang me alone until the time ran out and pulled the rug out from under me taking them from me kicking and screaming wanting to stay and did not know what was going on being sexually physically abused and neglected reports to back it al up and they TPR and forcing adoption on my two babies and I never got to see them and I am waiting on a appeal i know i will loose i cant win against this billion dollar industry of stealing children and i spent my life savings gave up jobs lost jobs and now on a child abuse registry due to having them taken and for what ? All they could say was it was in best interest and they were adoptable they needed permanancy which they had with me.
