Mothers who commit fraud to obtain child support are used as pawns in the greatest most ingenious scheme to extort money from helpless fathers, and the money never gets to their children! Meanwhile, the mothers forcibly keep the children away from fathers to obtain the maximum amount of child support from the fathers, refusing to let them have a relationship, and often creating the nightmare called parental alienation. The lawyers, judges and court workers are all in bed with one other to destroy lives, little by little, crushing the family and ruining the children forever. If you thought the mafia was underground, you are wrong. They just set up shop in government in the Department of Health and Human Services. Stay out of court at all costs if you can help it. My kids and myself are victim of 2 corrupt CPS workers. One is a friend of my ex spouse and actually filed a fake case(my ex called a referral on himself!) they investigated my ex.. found him fit but found me crazy, erratic and a drunk. I found out by firing my attorney, making her withdraw, that the "witnesses" who made the claims are my ex spouses' friends! It has turned my case around on me.. then I find out my judge used to work for my Amy ex spouse attorney! She has refused my opinion bidence.. violated my due process! - a second CPS worker had a meeting with me.. was viscious and attacked me.. and recommended kids be removed from my care with zero evid nice.. she didn't even investigate! CPS picks on families that cannot afford a real attorney that isn't court appointed to fight them. I have dealt with this myself, and the attorney said "Me, like any court appointed attorney, we will not take CPS on." They can use anything in family court, things they can't in criminal court. This means their opinion is fact, unless you can prove with facts on paper that it isn't true. Once CPS is in your life, they NEVER go away or leave you alone, it doesn't matter what you do.REPORT COMMENTS

One unrelated question serves as sufficient investigation. Now that it has happend to me, i am ashamed to ever judge someone by cps's involvement in thier life. I saw my son 3 times in the last 4 months, he is being sedated, and tormented by his "siblings" hes being manipulated and forced to call these people mmom, dad, brothers. He is being told his mother( me) is sick and mentally ill because a drunk panhandler called cps and called me that. The only thing ive been diagnosed with is ptsd, but i dont get my son, until they clear my mental health???????????????? Meantime, hes in a strangers home ( that has an unknown alias) with other fosters sticking things in his ears and taking his toys. I hope our ecosystem does collapse, and takes all of agriculture with it. All you do is play with it, with no remorse.REPORT COMMENTS

I agree they have let so much power that they have lost the reasons it was put into place to start with. It was to be the voice for children that was being abused. Not for people getting mad at thier neighbors, their friends even their families and call and make a report then they go out and yank those kids rite out of the home. 8 out of.cases its not warranted. It hurts the kids more than the adults. When the k Child acts out or gets in trouble you want know why. Well cause you took them away. It takes years and some never get their lives back together. Some children are not strong minded and cant understand what going on. Yes i think they should be investigated along with other government jobs. Corruption is being practiced in every high powered jobs. I have had 4 dss cases back to back all of which were unfounded. I took 2 drug test for them both negative. I hired a lawyer to sue dss because after the 4th caseworker closed the case he blackmailed me into doing sexaul things I turned in the text message proff. He was fired the same day. Next thing you know I have a new case worker knock at the door with a officer wanted to talk. I gave her my lawyers information and told her she had to talk to her first. Next thing you know a week and a half later she came with 5 officers and took my boys. Me and the lawyer went to the 72 hour probable cause hearing where this new worker was caught committing perjury several times. Supposedly right after the other case against the worker I am suing within not even a week of turning him in i had a new anonymous phone call against me again. The judge was so biased I wish I recorded the whole proceeding because even though the dss worker had no probable cause and there were no police or anyone else to testify the judge still granted dss to keep my kids in foster care. They are so corrupt!!!! The whole system is ********. They could not prove my kids were in any inimant danger yet the judge still sided with them. I am going to miss thanksgiving with my kids possibly Christmas they never even let me say goodbye. I want visitation now!!!! I'm so depressedREPORT COMMENTS

A nursing agency (Maxim Healthcare.) had reported the case, to which i last saw my baby. When appearing for an emergency hearing the following day. i was told i would be subjected to several in-dignifying drug-tests, and classes that did not pertain to a child with special needs. All of which I was told I had to find on my own. Upon completion was told that it was not enough! There is an elaborate system, involving Home-health Agencies, Special Education Entities, Medical Facilities, Bonnie Fitch and co- legal affiliates, State and Federal Judges Residing among Harris County and the surrounding counties. I will reiterate that I have been involve with CPS Since 4/12/2006. MY son was taken on 2 separate occasions. The judge(Carl Lewis) residing over the first case was deceased, before the second removal. Help Is Very Much Needed For More Than Just My Family. Pain Is AS Far As The Heart Can Feel. Buncombe County DSS stole both of my grandsons. They have done everything to break up the family. Caused the other grandma $13,000 in legal fees and still didn't give her the boys.( Keep in mind that the mother signed her rights over to the grandma). They have been collecting social security payments off my oldest grandson for 4 years now. They have put my grandsons in homes without home study,my youngest grandson got his baby shots twice due to their neglect. My grandsons are being sold off in December for private adoption. My disabled adult son was taken from me after a Social worker lied to my son, made false allegations against me, falsified a report and lied in court. I was lied to in court, that I would be able to visit my son; now, they will not give me his location. The worker and supervisor lied to the clerk of court to get court orders against me. Our life has been ripped apart from Becker county CPS, in Detroit Lakes Minnesota. My attorney is not working in the best for myself our anything, he seems to agree with CPS, these workers need to stop lying to the courts and making up falsified allegations, they twist what we say, exaggerate information, has insulted me, mocked me, these people have emotionally, mentally, and verbally abused myself and my daughter. I'm losing my daughter because of all this and I haven't done a thing for this to happen , except agree for help. Corruption is alive and well in CPS in Texas, especially in smaller towns and counties in East Texas. My family is proof that CPS employees conspire together to get the result they want (ie: not accepting mother's wishes of party who qualified as caregiver in one meeting; the next week the potential caregiver was "red flagged: in CPS system). An attorney for CPS is the former sister in law of this potential caregiver, the new wife of the caregiver's exhusband works for CPS in same county; both should have NO input on this case. They talked with attorney ad litem and told lies about caregiver. One of them had to falsify the potential caregiver's background. The child was placed in emergency foster care instead of with someone who has a relationship with her. Two years ago this same caseworker was involved in a case where two children were killed by the mother. Mother was charged with murder. What was CPS charged with? On April19th 2014 my 3 yr old grandson's father took him and waded out into the middle of the Willowemoc River in Livingston Manor NY while it was near flood stage and held him out in front of him in his hands and told my daughter "if you want your son,you better come out here and get him" She rescued her son only to lose him to their abuser in Family Court.He has burnt my grandson on the face and hand while waiting for trial and this guy is a Volunteer firefighter for Livingston Manor!How bad does it have to be that a mother/victim of domestic violence that saved her child from certain death has to now defend herself from the very same people she sought help and protection from?She was told to take pictures of the burns by people of authority and the fathers attorney used them against the mother.2 years later she is just a visitor in her only childs life and my grandson is STILL being abused.The latest is that his father told him that if he tells anyone their secret that he will hurt his mommy and he will never see her again.My grandson has been refused 5 order of protection request by the same judge.And the Judge appointed a Tax attorney to represent a mother/victim of domestic violence in a case that involves attempted murder and child abuse is totally unethical.Stay out of Sullivan county family court.you will find no justice there.REPORT COMMENTS
