Local family law attorneys are paying these judges to rule to appoint court ordered receivers so as to drain citizen?s assets. These two know that what they are doing is illegal; Yet they have been getting away with it, and enriching themselves along the way, they have become embolden and believe they are untouchable. I am a nurse and work in Redding ca... I have documented evidence on the neglect and abuse one of my clients have endured. By law I reported this abuse to cps. Cps did nothing but some bs investigation. I have been a nurse for 10 years and am saddened on how cps does not protect children.. They are a huge problem and need to be investigated asap. Being a mandated reporter is a major joke.. we are taught to report abuse in the medical field. What do you do if you report the abuse but the child is not protected? reporting to the ombudsman in this counry is even a bigger joke. I believe its corrupt to the state level. Our Constitution (which the govt is trying to abolish right along with God) says specifically that the people have the right to impeach and remove any govt that has over stepped it's authority and commits treason against the people. In Wayne County Michigan, social workers use a rubber stamp with a judge's "signature" to authorize removal orders. In my case the reasons stated for removing the children was because I was "uncooperative with the department" i.e. I challenged the legality of their actions. My children were p-laced in foster care for three months and were abused and neglected. One of my children had to run away from his placement to seek emergency care when he was coughing blood, and the refused to give him any medical care. The family court refused to allow me to represent myself and appointed a guardian to me and my wife because requesting to represent ourselves shows possible "physiological issues". I finally got my children back after the social workers were finally required to state (and couldn't) why it was unsafe for the children to be with me and my wife. This whole order started because my 15 year old son ran away when I took his computer away for refusing to do his school assignments.REPORT COMMENTS

Acts of plunder, mortal violence, and mischaracterization of civilians as combatants are all death penalty offenses. U.S. Marshals are allowed full egress within the Continental United States so long as they are sworn and acting as officers sworn to uphold the actual Constitution, are not acting deceptively, nor acting outside their international jurisdiction while in pursuit of their duty protecting the U.S. Mail. Lawyers, Judges, Court Clerks When you address birthright Citizens of the Continental United States in the foreign jurisdiction of the Federal United States or that of a Federal State, and deliberately confuse living people with corporate franchises merely named after them, you commit personage. This results in press-ganging land assets into the international jurisdiction of the sea, a crime outlawed worldwide for 200 years. It is a recognized act of inland piracy and it carries the death penalty. Mischaracterizing the identity or citizenship status of a birthright Citizen of the Continental United States is also a crime under the Geneva Protocols of 1949, Volume II, Article 3. Any debts or charges whatsoever related to vessels in commerce operated under his or her name by the Federal United States, any Federal State, the Washington DC Municipality or the UNITED NATIONS must be discharged according to Maxim of Law already cited: You are responsible for what you create. The Federal United States and its Federal States have created numerous vessels in commerce merely named after living Citizens of the Continental United States and styled in the form: John Quincy Adams. The Washington DC Municipality has similarly indulged in this practice and created franchises for itself named after living Citizens of the Continental United States styled in the form: JOHN QUINCY ADAMS. Most recently the UNITED NATIONS has created public utilities and is operating them under names styled as: JOHN Q. ADAMS. The organizations that have created these franchises are completely, 100% liable for their debts and obligations without exception and without recourse to claim upon the living people these franchises are named after. You may not presume that the living people have consensually agreed to be subjected to statutory law. You may not presume that they consensually agreed to be obligated for the debts of any legal fiction persona's which have been created and named after them by Third Parties secretively operating in a private capacity and merely claiming to represent the victims of this fraud. This is your Due Notice that the living people inhabiting the Continental United States are presenting themselves and may not be addressed as if they belong to, are responsible for, or indebted in behalf of any legal fiction personas operated under their given names by any international corporation. Any continuance of any such claims and repugnant practices will be deemed immediate cause to liquidate the American Bar Association as a criminal syndicate and to deport its members from our shores. Stevens County Washington. When CPS took my grandson from my son because he had a DV 4 on his record from 4 years prior, I tried to find proof that what the Dept. did was right but all I could find was proof that what they did was wrong. In our case the Social Worker didnt persue ANY family members for placement and the CA just expects my family to accept it. They took a newborn baby with the sole purpose to adopt that child not keep him with family. Its sick and twisted with no regards or compassion for the families. Not to mention the blatant disregard for written laws that were put in place to prevent corruption in the first place.REPORT COMMENTS

Hello Everyone I completely understand the feeling of CpS/CFS corruption. Today is thanksgiving 2016 and you guys are not getting to spend it with your children, meanwhile The Judges CPS workers and all other people involved are sitting happily with their families on this day. The same as they will be doing on Christmas and New Years. They are watching their kids grow while you are in a constant state of "What else can I do" and missing out on huge parts of your child/children's rights.These people are very vindictive and egotistical and they feeel as though hey can hang the fact that they can take your kids over your head. The public does not deserve this. No One deserves to wonder about their child everyday especially when lies were made up on you and when you have crossed every bridges you can to get back to your children. I apologize for all the grammar errors I am typing to fast to consider anything else. I am looking to bring as much attention to this issue as possible, so I am looking to hold peaceful protest outside of the CPS building, I would like to show up at each other's court dates just to let them know we are here and we will fight against this evil corrupt money hungry system. We will do everything we can until we get the coverage we can to bring all Citizens together and then we will name each worker and their supervisor and any other crooked person involved in these cases because they should be exposed and prevented from doing this to future familiies. We must come together as a unit in order to put an end to this. I am looking to organize public events the children deserve it they deserve to know their parents/grandparents/aunts/or any other family memeber is fighting to keep their family together. CPS in Lawrence County, Ohio. They feel that they are above the law, and the county lets them to avoid conflict. They have lied in documention, falsified information, even gone as far as lying on the stand during court proceedings. They took children out of a loving, caring home and now are trying to give custody to a convicted child molester. They are verbally, mentally, and emotionally abusive. There is absolutely nothing they will not do to rip happy homes apart, just to get their paycheck. I was told, after they stole my children, that I had to get a job. So I got a job, then they told me that i would have to choose between my children and my job. But, if I did choose my children that I wouldn't be able to get them back because I don't have a job. They put me in court outside the county that I reside in. They had agency have guardianship over me w/o my knowledge. They worked for whoever was sponsoring them and not me at all. Families are torn apart and put in beat up facilities like Post Acute. Children eat their own fears, staff are abusing children. The facility is ran by retired CPS workers and they are not going home. Sad that they are not concerned about the most vulnerable children. The same injustice is happening to my family. I am not legally involved in the case to adopt / get guardianship of my cousins, however, my parents are, and it is taking a toll on my entire family. The current caseworker is falsifying information (failing to provide evidence as well), inquiring unrealistic standards and demands, prejudice and uncooperative with family, and much much more. I am not fully aware of my rights, but I do know that there has been some malpractice, injustice, and wrongdoings made here. Ultimately, we may lose my cousins to the state without any way to even fight for them. All parents need to file complaint on state workers the supervisors for misappropriation of state funds. The workers involved in malicious prosecution on case where the state seeks to terminate parental rights on false allegations, proceeding case without merit. The state can fraudulently obtain federal funds for these children placed in state custody, or obtain funds through administrative child support orders from working families. Actions of malicious prosecution , denial of due process parents provide the name of the state office, provide the name of the case worker , provide the name of the workers supervisor.Include the details of the case the court case the location ,the allegations , provide the detail that the child and or children were removed before allegations were ruled substantiated or unsubstantiated. Civil right violations of due process, Obstruction of justice by state official.Misuse of state official authority, court and state records, state official intent to defraud the federal government. My fiance and I were falsley accused.Our boy was only 3 months at the tjme, and when we got him back he was 3 years old. It took us 3 long, hard years to get our son back! The judge was supposed to retire the first year when our case started, but he stayed until the end of our 3 year fight. He conceded only because I was pregnant with our 2nd child, and when my baby was born he said by law he couldnt seperate them because we had no case with our baby. He was not Happy about having to give our boy back! Our last case manager said it was weird because they didn't have a substantiated case, and that we were supposed to have gotten our son back sooner than that because they didn't have a case to go on. 3 years of our son's life we will never get back. =(REPORT COMMENTS

My husband and I were falsely accused by someone and now were fighting for our child who is only 2 to come back home. Its going on 6 months now and we have done everything and passed everything they wanted from us, spent tons of money and alk we wont is for our child to be home by Christmas.
