My wife and I had gotten a divorce and during our time apart, she had become pregnant. She left the jerk because he was abusive to her. Hitting her and spitting on her amongst other things. She left when she was 2 months pregnant and her and I got back together when she was 6 months along. I raised this child whom I refer to as my own because he is such. I cut his cord, took his first picture, was his first word. His father in the first 2 1/2 years only came to see him 9 times. Then when we started noticing that our son was very reluctant to go with him for his visitation, I encouraged him to try and see his son more often because he didn't know his dad at all, even offering him my roof if money was an issue. Then in Nov 2015 after one of his visits, our son came home alleging abuse by his father amongst other things. We filed with CPS and their report state unfounded. That's when his dad filed for sole custody. He hadn't seen his son in over 6 months and based off of lies and ********, was granted sole custody on an ex parte motion without any mention of abuse. Only that we had withheld him from his visitation. He lied about Police officers statements and actual happenings throughout this 2 month ordeal with the corrupt judge and no matter how much physical evidence we had to counter what he merely said, the judge wouldnt hear my wife's side at all. She was the custodial parent for 4 years since birth, and the judge denied her due process and now she is forced to visit her son under visitation. She can talk to him for 15 minutes a day via facetime. When first represented with this legal action we laughed it off because we thought that no judge in their right mind would have granted this and furthermore they should have seen right through ghis ********. Then she met Judge Donald F. Gaffney from Orange County CA and realized how wrong we were. This judge has knowingly violated my wife's civil rights , denied her due process, granted orders illegally and denied my son the protection he needed. He has been colluding with her ex's attorney and has abused his power over many other cases as well. I'm not allowed to even look at my son anymore because of this corruption and all because his dad came into money and even though he has a felony record for domestic violence he gets sole custody and now my son is suffering but nobody gives two shits because that's just how it is in CA. I care, my wife cares, both of my sons care. But according to CA we aren't important enough to matter -

I'm not going into too much detail pending lawsuits being filed,but I know this to be true, as I went through 4 very long years of experience with this. The lies, slander,falsifying drug tests,and the horrors the poor children go through is unfathomable. The only thing that saved my family is, I either had an honest commissioner, or they knew they couldn't get away with it. They have it all back asswards, they get incentives for taking children away instead of trying to keep the family together. People that aren't actually involved in it don't realize how bad it is. It's just a big money circle, they're on everyone's side, except the parents and children. My two kids were living with my ex husband and was removed by Ada county cps for imminent danger. He is facing 5 felony charges for injury to a child. I have joint custody of my kids and cps has not given them to me simply because I live in Texas. Now after five kids in the home disclosed extreme physical abuse from dad they may get placed back in his custody. I don't understand the game that cps is playing with my kids lives.REPORT COMMENTS

My gtandson WAS LEFT IN A ABUSIVE home WITH his RAPIST (his step brother who is 9 years older than him). He should have been REMOVED, but because of a petition (in NH), CPS was afraid to do their job, in fear of repercussions. How would YOU like it to be forced to sit across the dinner table from YOUR RAPIST??? Imagine the confusion he must have felt! His mother (an ex-stripper) LIED to protect her son (the rapist) and said that nothing happened, that he made it up- he told the babysitter about what his brother did to him- details that a 6 year old should never had known. He started sleeping in his closet so his brother couldn't find him. He cried when his mother came to take him home from the babysitter's. The system IS deeply flawed, and it's the kids who suffer. My grandson should have been yanked. I wish I could say my ex-daughter-in law was a good mom- for my grandsons sake, but not only did she call the little guy a liar, but he has been neglected on a continuous basis. He has to dig through the dirty laundry in order to find something to wear to school, forced to make his own breakfast, and one day when the babysitter picked him up from school, he told her that he didn't go to the bathroom all day because he couldn't undo his pants -they were too tight, the babysitter said that SHE could barely undo them and the had cut into his waist (pants were a size 4 and he wears a size 6). On another occasion, his class had voted to wear something purple, his teacher sent a note home informing the mother, but she blew all the child support on a $250 pair of tennis shoes for herself- so when he reminded her that it was "purple day", she once again was neglectful and unconcerned about his needs and took a purple marker and drew something on his arm! This is the "norm" in the household. WHY did CPS fail this child? Because parents lie, and threaten lawsuits. CPS does NOT remove a child from their home without just cause. There's due process: Investigations, testimony and court hearings. Many of the comments here are incoherent and after what happened with my grandson, I absolutely refuse to believe that children are yanked from an healthy environment where children can thrive and are safe.REPORT COMMENTS

I'm signing this petition because what this saying is true about the dcfs or whatever it's called in other states is so corrupt the dcfs worker makes false accusations about the parents in court and some of the judges don't believe the parents when the parents says that's a lied. The dcfs workers takes children away from their families just for the money and bonuses even if the parents still do what the dcfs worker wants them to do and even if it's written on the court paper stating that the parents are capable of taking care of their children it will be in the best interest to let their child or children to return to their parents the parents still get deny of getting their child or children back I don't think this is fair or right to the parents that did everything what the dcfs worker wants them to do and they still don't have their child or children backREPORT COMMENTS

My civil rights and the civil rights of my son have been violated. I did not know it was possible in the U.S. for children and families to have less rights than criminals. My son was not abused, neglected, or abandoned. I have never been served a petition or report until after the fact. No one believes me that the court appointed attorneys are working for the other side, and yet I have no power to rid myself of mine, who lies openly and then smirks about it. the entire system is run by sociopaths. Licking County Ohio is beggng for more funds for the foster Care program. 75% of those children have family members capable and willing to take care of the children affected by parental abuse or neglect, numerous calls to the agency go unanswered, they shove the kids in foster care and lie and say an investigation was done when in fact none was ever done. A woman gets a safety plan for her children from an vindictive abuser and flees her home to safety witj jer children/ However the father of 1 child has an attorney. The mother never given an attorney, nor the chuld guardian ad lite. Safety plan was satisfioed, and she got her children back, BUT unbeknow to the domestic court and the magistrate, thaey didn't know she had them back. The order given took 3 days from the judge to reach pasties, HOWEVER the next day, the father took the child from mothers home. Thiscan only be comcluded that the CPS worker did not inform the courts but did the father and ther attorney. This CPS worker threatened the mother in court papaers saying if the father didn't get this child that SHE personally would have the prosecutor put the child in foster care. This child has told police of the filthy nasty mes his dad calls him, now after going to his attorney, all these thing he says he lied. A 4 yr old child doesn't know to lie so this is put into his head by those people and the attorney, of sleeping naked at the house he stays at as well as a girlfriend of the dad who is a meth head and both she and the father smoke weed daily/ The judge clearly erred in this case. Oh by the way, the cps worker was the same one used in fathers case of another child, and the second case as well. The attorney she finally got "conflict of interest" due to secretary is a cousin to the girlfriend of the boys father. Plus this magistarte received gift from head of LCDJFSREPORT COMMENTS

My heart goes out to all of the children, parents and family members who have been traumatized by the acts of this broken system. The system is a disgrace. I was a resource available when family members children went to care and I was bullied by the county and lied about in court. The county was hell bent on continuing their conflict of interest intent to sole pursue mission for children to remain with foster family for future adoption and refused to allow competent family members to become the option. let alone to maintain a healthy relationship with biological family members.REPORT COMMENTS

My daughter was removed from my care based on false accusations made by my abusive mother. My mothers violent abuse lead to life long neurological disabilities and the death of my sister. I live in a supportive community with plenty of help to adequately care for my daughter. There was no investigation and no evidence presented to substantiate the accusations made against me. I'm forced to endure my daughter rapidly deteriorate from a both mentall and physical while being prevented from being there to comfort her or to protect her. It is nothing short of torture. My mother has issues with episodes of violent rage. She's a ticking time bomb. She made these accusations in light of her retirement. Due to her mental health issues, with paranoia, rage, and delusions, she is not able to form friendships or intimate relationships. She doesn't have a social life. Her neighbors have reported her multiple times to the humane society for the violent abuse of her pets. Four of her pets died in suspicious circumstances in the last year. My 11 year old is alone with her and she has been isolated with no contact with other family members. She was taken from a loving home and community and placed with a dangerous relative whose violence has caused irreparable harm to her own adult child and her deceased daughter. A child's life has been placed in danger by the agencies designed to protect her.REPORT COMMENTS
