I wish I could say I lived in an honest, real world that didn't take advantage of the poor, disadvantaged population. If your not higher, upperclassmen, your a target. The more children removed from homes the bigger the checks are for those involved. Cps is removing children from loving parents and placing them in real abusive foster "homes" placing them with strangers that only care about the check they get. Meanwhile, the children living in the real danger, having to go through real abuse and neglect are left living in their own hell. Just because a person doesn't have the best past, out the biggest wallet, doesn't make them a bad person or a abusive parent. Some kids that grow up in the poorest homes, grow up to be the most grateful, understanding, respectful, hardworking, citizens. I lost my children in 2011 because a man beat and raped my two year old daughter and they said I was emotionally unstable. I didn't have money for a real lawyer so it took three long years to get them back. Once I had them back it was a dream. I came back to Cortland to visit and hadn't been here a while 48 hours before CPS showed up claiming someone made a report. In less then two weeks they had been at my mother's about 13 times claiming supposed different reports called in. By the 9th day they came with three cps workers and three officers to take our babies. They have been in care 8 months, moved to five different homes, and now this last one their art, there is reasonable suspicion that they are abusing my 3 year old son and no matter what I do, who I talk to our try to contact, nobody is helping us. I would like to be proud of United States of America. This is where I am born. Going through what I have with the department of children and family services, I have no interest in marriage, and having more children. I never thought having a break down (due to stress of dealing with corrupt minded humans) would cause my one and only child to be forced away from me, and taught how to deceive, manipulate, and have no respect for me(mother). I'm now suffering from ptsd, based on the behavior I have witnessed first hand with dcfs. I will not be able to heal until something is done about the way dcfs (and other children services) handle their cases with families in America. I look up stories about dcfs in majority of the United States of America, and in other countries as well. I strongly have faith in Supreme Court and hope this matter is treated as an emergency. I also strongly hope that justice will be served as soon as possible. I really don't like complaining, but when I do, it's because something is really wrong. My16 year old granddaughter and my daughter are being abused by the department of CPS and courts in Minnesota. CPS was removed my granddaughter from my daughter's home in May, 2016. My granddaughter has been diagnosed with lyme disease bUT has not received treatment for it. She has been also abused by the system by not allowing her to go home for visits or allowing my daughter or granddaughter to testify in court or express their wishes be known. caseworkers and their minions seem to have the same disorder as family court judges I believe they all suffer from the omnipotent black robe syndrome. Redress is unheard of unless your affluent or connected and even then it may be hit or miss I watched as an over zealous caseworker destroyed a family trying to without proper cause prosecute someone only to back out because the facts were unfounded hyperbole trying to save face the charges were dropped because the system determined the child was unable to understand what was going on really wthe because discovery and testimony had proven the autistic child had lied claiming the grandparent had hit her on her tailbone sayinbg she couldn't walk when in fact she fell from the top bunk while wrestling and fighting with her sister because her reasoning was she did not want to go to school or follow rules. and her school had told her if someone hurt her they would be removed so they wouldn't hurt her and the school had taught her about bullying being smart enough to put it to work for her own end and she was not able to understand what was going on again i say B.S.REPORT COMMENTS

I'm an Oklahoma resident, the injustice my family has suffered at the hands of the DHS begins with my being a victim of domestic violence. I am the one who called the police for help after being choked by my husband. I was in no mental state to understand that my children were being taken into custody from myself and my husband. My rights have since been terminated. I'm not going to accept that I have no right to my family because I survived the abuse and reported it to the police. Many victims have been made to look like neglectful, abusive parents and children are removed unconstitutionally. She (my granddaughter) is 16 years old and has lyme disease and obese due to other health issues. She has been deprived of medical care for same and has not received personal care for hair. Please help ,cps has my grand kids. I want them back. They've twisted things we said in investigation. Judge Bosworth at Cleburne , Texas, put them with foster care, my son had got lawyer Jeffery Davis, applied for divorce, and tried to get his daughter removed from household with convicted child molester, instead both girls were sent to foster care, judge said he wasn't going to choose between mom ad dad. Mom is the one that had daughter in home with molester. Grand parents sitting in court room but they went to a group home anyway. Our home did get approved and later we got them back, had them several months. Then parents got them back after doing classes, had big fight in vehicle, dad was arrested, protection order put on him, wife had it dropped, cps took children again but would not put them back in our home, so much more to this story. Abiola Olagbami, case worker, Natlie Davis investigator. I believe their corrupt and trying to keep our grand children. We love them and they were happy and safe here. Cps is trying to say they are not. That is garbage.I gave statements from school, Rio Vista, and statements from Doctor Aruse from 2011 showing their was no signs of abuse or neglect, but they still want us to go to civil trial.REPORT COMMENTS
