I am presently going through a DSS situation where DSS is traumatizing my son and victimizing me. I even moved from the state to protect my child and they keep calling harassing me and want me to take voluntary classes, yet I signed nothing and are trying to charged me as the one responsible for harming my child, because the father pled guilty to 1st offense CDV. CFS of Shasta county kidnapped my children and are trying to adopt them for money. It is my belief that these Social workers are receiving bonus' for adoption but none for reunification? This gives them the wrong incentive and must be looked into .Judge Molly Bigelow is the ring leader and there is far to little investigations into the accusations and way to much assumptions involved in the process lets put a stop to this and make them do the job they(the social workers)were hired to do.REPORT COMMENTS

Our granddaughter was taken with LIES! Then the lies continued IN THE MACOMB COUNTY MICHIGAN COURT PROCEEDINGS, EVEN WITH HOSPITAL DOCUMENTATION! The "social workers" lied, did not do the REQUIRED referrals, NOR did they reimburse us when WE found referrals. My son COMPLETED his requirements and still was denied his rights!!!! Now we are trying to adopt AND WE WERE lied about by an OAKLAND COUNTY MICHIGAN BACHELOR DEGREE PIECE OF SH**!!!! they ALL need to be in jail. At a MINIMUM, they perjured themselves! WE have been harassed, slandered, yelled at with NO provocation, ETC. EVEN MY BELATED PARENTS WERE SPOKEN OF IN A SLANDEROUS BELITTLING MANNER!!!! What a BLASPHEMOUS DISGRACEFUL SINFUL BUNCH OF "PEOPLE" WHO ARE ON OUR TAX ROLLS!!! PLEASE HELP BEFORE WE LOSE EVERY PENNY TO LAWYERS!!!!!!!.....REPORT COMMENTS

OCS fails to work with DOC to help the parents fulfill their requirements to be re united with their children, they will do everything possible and tell you reunification date, then retract because they failed to do their part in coordination with childrens advocates and the parents themselves. It is time that the OCS staff with the exception of the very few to keep to the motto of the div of family services....reunite...monitor keep the child safe. The childrens right to thier parents as long as the parent has fulfilled all the needs of ocs, should be first and formost I will be contacting my state rep...to escalate...as it seems there is no communication with all parties needed to reunite child with mother...ocs is more interested in setting the mother up for failure.REPORT COMMENTS

We need to make it a federal crime to file a fraudulent CPS report against someone. Also, if someone is going to leave an "anonymous" tip, it should be required to leave a full name and phone phone number (to be taken seriously) that can be retrieved with a court order. We have a crazy neighbor who has been calling every public service on us. From the Water department, to animal control, to CPS. We had a restraining order in her in 2013 (now expired) now she has moved on to CPS and made our lives a living nightmare. Unfortunately, the system as it stands does more to protect her "anonymous" than it does or child or us.REPORT COMMENTS

never would i have thought i would have dyfs/cps involved in any aspect of my life.ive spent 5000.00 for a lawyer who's done nothing for 5 month except send me a bill and I'm no closer to getting my granddaughter than the man in the moon.something needs to be done to control these people who hide under the cloak of the law. i also read that dyfs/cps workers have some insurance in case they get caught up in the lies they tell. why would they need that type of insurance if they claim their being truthful.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS does not even attempt to verify any information that might clear the person/family they are investigating. They only look at the investigation with their agenda in mind. CPS could also use some serious customer service and constitutional rights remedial education. They actually cause more harm than benefit to families.
