My name is Barbara Fulmizi my grandbaby,s where taken because of lie,s, I have not seen my grandbaby,s four and half years i have not done anthing to my grandbaby,s. my son and his wife where very good parent,s they where very good with there kid,s my son always had a job to take care of there kid,s my son was at work and his wife had to go to the hospital just because she got sick one of the nurse call police and dcs to come and take there babys because there got sick they said they where going to wait for 2 hours for my son to get off from wrok then they did not want to wait for him to get off from work and they call mark and told him they where going to go on and take there babys for no reason was giving why they took there babys. we all love them so much -

My children have been ripped from my home when no laws were broken. They were loved and very well taken care of. I have done everything the court asked of me but they just say it isn't good enough or add more things to accomplish. They set me up for failure. But i refuse to give up. I will never stop fighting for my children. My son who is nine had been so severely affected by this process that I fear the damage is irreversible. They took a child with learning disabilities and tought him That I'm bad and can't protect him. Made his behavior spiral so terribly out of control that he was kicked out of his school. His tutor that would come to help with homework quit because he couldn't handle what he had become and now he is in a school where he is restrained. I fear for him and what he will become if I dont get him back soon. I also have a six year old daughter. She is much tougher but it's still hard none the less. I have been violated and my kids were placed in a dangerous situation. The court is fully aware of what is happening where they put my kids but simply say they are overlooking that. To explain in a nut shell the house is under federal investigation for drugs and two people living there are heroine addicts. The father and grandmother who both live there are ordered to not be anywhere around my children yet the court has them living there. Something has to happen. This is so currupt. I will not lose my kids.REPORT COMMENTS

Cps kicked down our door and took my son away on Friday August 26, 2014. I was given a notice to appear in court for the removal hearing at 6 pm, however the hearing was already held at 4 pm that same day and we had no clue. A clear violation of even basic procedural due process. This has to stop. I want my son back and am looking at all possible remedy's for help.REPORT COMMENTS

Cps is nothing more than legal kidnappers. I have seen them remove my two grandchildren from my daughters custody. Award custody to the father. Someone who had not seen either of them in a year and a half. My granddaughter mentioned Corey, her step father, and her dad smashed her head into the wall and told her to NEVER use that name in his home. Cps also paid his back rent and utuilites. Remove those children from a loving home and place them with az sorry s.o.b. Like that. My children have been physical, emotional and verbal abuse while under CPS custody. I urge the Senate, the Congress and President Obama for a complete reform. Enough abuse of power. So why are these person not being prosecuted for breaking the law? I know for a fact if it were me I would be the 1st one to go to jail, without hesitation, yet these others have been getting away with violating our civil rights and so many other crimes against humanity. Family law at every level is corrupt to point of bankrupting the mothers across the country and stripping them of all rights from US Constitutional to local law enforcement rights as a citizen. The states need this family law removed from the abusive powers and taken over by federal laws to simplify the process and remove the incentive to bankrupt the mother's so father's can own the children as they did in earlier periods of history.
