i need help investigating CPS worker Latoya Todd who is using her position to retialate on my family by having my 4 grand children removed a year ago. She is prejudice and grew up with my children. She continues to lie to the courts keeping the children from being returned to the family. She constantly refuses to obey court orders including allowing a handicap sibling visitations. She needs to be removed from this case and investigated for drugs that she never turned over for the children. If anyone has info on her and any corruption in Hardeman county please let us know. These children are traumatized due to CPS and need to be returned to their parents. This abuse has got to stop as they are using our tax dollars to fund harassment and abuse. We have known since the beginning of time that power corrupts and to much power is corrupt. Their wages are extremely high with benefits including automobiles. most are a 40 hour work week and pay of most an 84 hour week jobs. But you need to remember most states have hiring standards. But when you have extremely high pay comfortable jobs, you also have an atmosphere of buddy; buddy,- cousin; cousin hiring practices because they need people who will falsify as a team effort to keep their conviction rate high, to help public opinion towards their departments public dependence high, resulting in extremely high pay. Like the drug dealing gangs and the old time mafia they need to have very close co-workers who will cover their backs during their evil acts in order to meet their objectives. But the good news is that this creates a very deceiving hiring practice and most states have hiring standards, even though some states like Texas are still not strong enough, but with the inter net it is very easy to catch them in their false credentials and your state laws. Check all, check, and check again. Do not lack on your investigations on all investigators that are using lies to incriminate you...REPORT COMMENTS

My son Oliver was ripped from our loving home a year and a half ago. In the last nightmarish year and a half I have complied with every article in the service plan and tested clean on every UA given me by the programs I have been in. Yet, every test , 13 in all, CPS has ordered me to take through their lab has come back positive.Thus making it impossible for me to get my son back or even have unsupervised visitation with him. Oliver was placed with foster parents due to the fact that all of my family lives in New York and I wanted to keep him close thinking it wouldn't be very long before i had him home.. I felt it necessary to send him to a family member in New York around the 1 year mark at which point the foster parents decided to0 fight us for custody. we fought a long battle and finally won thank God. I think it is an atrocity what this branch of our government has become. The single most right as a human being is the right to be a parent and to raise our young as we see fit. Yes, there are some of us who need someone to step in and care for our children if we are unfit, i was not one of those people. I had a beautiful life, family and home before CPS took my angel away from me. They have ruined my life, squashed my spirit, made me move out of my home and continue to try and make money off our broken backs. I will continue to fight them until my last breath and one day hopefully very soon the criminals who are pimping out our innocent children will be held accountable for extinguishing the light in our children's eyes.REPORT COMMENTS

They are pushing me and my family around in my 76 yr. Old mothers home.CPS stalked my mothers home until someone was going to the door. They just walked in our home with a person who came over to visit. Like it was no big deal. Nobody living here invited them in! CPS had already visited first my two children at school. We had NO idea! They have found nothing and still wont go away. Its been since last school year. I am broken and my mothers health has fallen. Its tearing our christian family apart. I have been polite but the other day the arogence of the case worker and her power to play God got to me. I asked her how she sleeps at night. I told her i was praying for her. She was offended! They say they do whats in the best intrest of my kids, I know returning them would have to be the right answer and I bet 90% of people who have had their kids stolen from them by CPS would agree with me. CPS is corrupt and in most cases the only ones that need to be punished. I know there needs to be some order for people that down right neglect their children, but going to treatment meetings and jumping through hoops with other parents scammed by CPS that they have lost the value and meaning of what they are suspost to represent. All of the aforementioned are in collusion to cover up my wife's abuse and give her the children. C.P.S. PROMISED TO TAKE ME TO COURT, AND THERE I SAT WAITING. I DIDN'T APPEAR AT THE FIRST HEARING. I RECORDED MY INTERVIEW WITH SUPERVISOR AND HER REPORT LIES. MY ATTORNEY TOLD ME HE WASN'T BEING PAID TO DO WHAT I WANTED HIM TO DO. CONVINCED ME TO TERMINATE SUPPORT SERVICE, NOW ITS A PERMANENT PLACEMENT FOR MY 13 YR. OLD. MY 17 YR. OLD WHO ASSAULTED ME, RAN AWAY, SUSPENDED FOR DRUGS HAS TURNED 18, AND THEY PAY HER 840$ MONTH AS LONG AS SHE FINISHES SCHOOL. SHE TOLD CPS I GAVE HER THE DRUGS THEY FOUND, AND THEY GOT CHARGES DISMISSED FOR ASSAULTING ME, I WASN'T EVEN PRESENT. 1ST VISIT, MY DAUGHTER "DON'T WORRY IT WAS IN OUR BEST INTEREST THAT YOU MISSED HEARING" NOW ITS ABOUT UNDERSTANDING THE LAW, SO I CAN FIGHT BACK!REPORT COMMENTS
