20 years ago my seven year old was raped and sodomized by his step father, I called Police and had the perpetrator removed and I called the Division of Family Youth Services and they helped by removing my child from me for ten years and wrote horrible lies about me and exaggerated truths, as I was a non smoking, non drinker and non drug addict, I was an business owner married with a young child...They lied to the judge and courts and there is nothing you can do, they gave my child to his bio father who beat neglected and abused him severely , there was little food and resources in the home and my child had to learn to fend for himself for ten years until he finally returned home at the age of 18 broken and in need of much therapy... Ive worked with him and he is doing much better at age 27, I told him no matter what society, wars, the powers that be that he is awesome and will prosper and become a contributing factor in his community and he is , took alot of love, work and therapy but he is doing much better supporting his family. Funny how my reputation is ruined concerning my child and I am not able to get employment which is fine for this forced me to become self sufficient and start my own business which has proven to be profitable, I was not deemed worthy to care for my child, yet I am the one to clean up the mess DFYS made and pick up the pieces , not that my child is grown and damaged it is up to me to fix everything.....I wish to start some kind of support group for others who have been in this situation.... There needs to be another party present when an investigation is going on and a camera rolling to capture all these heartless souls do to destroy a family... My suggestion is to have an individual who is solely on the parents side videotape, write down their findings just as DFYS does and children services and thee will be a witness for the parents , two sides for the judge to read and not just one ....and this party will not work for the state or be funded by the state so that they will remain neutral such as Swenden and be more honest in their dealings as I find anyone who works for the state sticks together... Perhaps I will start a program as such. Alaska is a very corrupt state.REPORT COMMENTS

I want to file charges against these agencies and officials. My case and several other mothers I have met are very extreme with corruption. Justice should not be for sale. These people need to be punished for what they have done. My child its in danger because of this plague of criminals they call judges and court officials. CPS is right up there with them. People that beat their children, molest, and abuse can have their children as long as there is no money to be gained from it, our enough money to be paid to ignore it. Sick depraved filth. I am stuck with 1wkend and ordered to pay 535 in child support after her mom filed numerous false motions in court of which the judge failed to hear or address. Yes, I am a victim of Cattaraugus County CPS of NY state. I have 4 children 2, 6, 8 ,13. My 2 year old will be 3 in January and was just diagnosed with moderate autism. When trying to explain this to Cattaraugus County NY CPS with doctor evaluation and written diagnoses present in hand, they would not listen and said his behavior was due to us neglecting him.They removed him without a warrant just a paper that had a court date on it. The other children remain in the home. They have sent unrealistic things for us to do because transportation is an issue for us and they are aware of this. We are willing to do what they ask it just can't be so far away. They are saying that we are not complying with their demands. They want us to take classes that don't even exist. They come in saying we are here to help you and you can talk to us about any issues you may have and they take it and use it to destroy your family. When they talk to the Family Court Judge they never say the truth only the things that say you are unfit. They come into your home and lie straight to your face. I think that NY State all counties should be investigated for abuse of power.REPORT COMMENTS

Chester County and Bucks County CPS is atrocious. When Chester County botched their investigation, Bucks County refused to go against them, even though the evidence was very clear. You need new people at the helm, as the caseworkers seem too burnt out and more interested in 'placing' children than to keep them safe from sexually abusive parents. The very last thing an abused child needs is to be ripped away from their protective parent. Children need a voice, they are not property to be divided. By the way, Chester County failed to protect my daughter when they refused to intervene during an active sexual abuse investigation, by allowing 3 unsupervised weekend visits with her identified abuser... She was afraid for her life( we all were). This is all while having an active Protection from Abuse Order, that had been violated 4 times and extended an extra year .... He had physically assaulted her twice, once while on house arrest, during the PFA. He is a volatile and dangerous individual. And Chester County Courts forced them to 'reunify' .why? This caused so much expense....of course I was happy to have been able to protect my daughter...but it left me barely able to support her. The courts got all of the money. So the next time you see a new justice center being built, you can be assured that much if the revenue comes from family court.REPORT COMMENTS
