My daughter and her learning disabled husband have had this happen to them, they did all that was required, and then some, and still, they got their daughter taken away. I would never have believed these things to be true had it not happened to my family in KY. Even with legal representation, they managed to charge the aunt of the children with neglect when she petitioned the court for custody. After they terminated the parents rights, they withdrew the complaint of neglect after sending an unsolicited don't sue us letter agreeing to remove her name from the system. She declined. The CPS worker put words in my daughters mouth, filed a FALSE REPORT and complained that mom was combative. You are DARN right she was! Instead of wasting time sitting at my kitchen table eating her lunch then getting up to "observe" what was in my fridge, she should have been at the home where the aledged (to safeguard myself from the law) sexual abuse occured!!! The judge (balt city) took total custody from the mother, gave her 1 hr a week with the children, in their best interest of course!!!!!???? She also sent the children right back into the home of the pedophile (not dad). The accused admitted to being alone w/ the children on a regular basis on the stand!!!!!!!!!!! (a custody agreement said this was NOT to be allowed) Dad dropped the ball, not mom. Nevertheless this absolutley was a total abuse of power by the DSS worker and the Judge! Mom has every right to be angry and have an attitude when her children have to fight off a pervert every night and she feels like she failed them because she can't protect them!!!!!! You have to be a pretty unfit parent to have your cutody revoked, mom is not! Her fiance affords her to be a stay at home mom to nurture the children and home school them but of course because the Judge does not believe in homesschooling she has the right to take moms parental rights away and call mom petty for filing so many protective orders (that coinsided) with every report of disclosure by a licensed Therapist, E. R. Dr. who is trained in child sexual assault and a Pediatrician!!!!!!!!!! But not to worry, if mom passes a pshyc evaluation ordered by the judge, gets a job (judge forced) and pays child support and is agood girl during hr 1 hour a week visit, she may EARN more time with her children, the judge however has no intent to give mom her custody back. They have already been ripped from mom for 16 mths by an abusive ex who is blatently ALLOWED TO WALK THROUGH COURT ORDERS with not even a slap on the hand (joint custody at the time). Mom however is now in contempt for violating (she fuly admits) the custody agreement by moving more than 25 miles away from dads house, to put some distance between she and her abuser who would verbaly and emotionaly abuse her during visitation exchanges so she had a family member conduct the exchanges. Dad, infuriated at the thought of mom having a life w/o him, decided she didn't deserve to spend time w/ her kids thus keeping them apart for 16 months. 16 mths because courts lost paperwork, his lawyer postponed hearings etc. Our government has too many liberties when it comes to our children and their upbringing, they have the power to snatch our children right out of a mothers loving arms leaving them devistated and traumatized wondering where mommy is and when she'll return (in the words of a 3 yr old) "to be a family again"... So sad. These judges are suppose to do what is in the best interest of the children and UPHOLD THE LAW, ripping mommies from babies as well as sending them bacREPORT COMMENTS

My son was taken from acs cps from my custody and placed with his abusive father on false allegations against me for educational and medical neglect when all i ever did was take my son to his doctors i have doctors reports and doctor letters my son missed school cause of his severe ashma and i reported to acs several times againts his father but nothing was done instead they turn around lied to the courts and said i had no food and my apt had grease stains on the wall and that i failed to take my son to a specialized doctor all lies cause i had food my son was 7 and weighed 90pounds i never starved or neglected my son hes the world to me cps never went to the hospital to get medical reports all they did was make a call and said that the doctor never saw my son a big lie and also stresses that i hadnt taken him to school for 41 days but thats because on the weekends my son would go to his dads house come home with ashma and id take him to hodpital and leave him home with ashma meds till he got better the school knew and were ok with this because whatever work my son missed i made sure my son made it up at home and the nurse explained to me the school nurse that she can give him the ashma treatment in school which i didnt know and that was settled well after a year with his father my son was removed and misplaced in a theraputic foster home instead of a medical foster home i guess acs or cps simply did not take the time to find the right agency and just placed him quickly without thinking thoroughly and my son has had two ashma attacks if it hadnt been for me forcing the fosterparent and agency to take my son to hospital my son would probably not be alive the ashma attack my son had in the third month in foster care on a visit at the foster agency my son was weezing and had shortness of breath there arent any nurses or doctors on the floor of the agency where my sons visits took place to i asked the agency to call ambulance to check my son and they refused my son medical assistance and said that i was exagerating and that he was fine forcing him to lie negleting his medical needs and denying my son medical assistance and treatment finally i called the ambulance myself and the agency wanted to have my son taken to his fosterhome but i insist that he stay and wait for emt and when emt arrived the agency escorted emt to my son closed the door in my face did not let me speak to the ambulance to asnwer medical questions of my son ashma history and emt found that my son was weezing and took him to nearest hospital where the doctors checked him and gave him five ashma treatments , steroids and send him home to take ashma medication for the next five days i just want to let the government know enough is enough and this cruelness and abuse needs to stop not every parent neglects or hurts their childrenREPORT COMMENTS

I?m so hurt by what I have recently learned about our country and our government. I have been thrown into the fire. I also see how cps, dcf, and all the other oppressors are constantly marketing everywhere that more money is needed. The entire bureaucracy is extremely greedy, yet they have the perfect cover up. How can we as a people expose the truth and get people to believe it. The things that truly go on with cps are to evil for someone to even think any person let alone a government agency would do. My name has been slandered people look at me with disgust before even knowing the situation. I am ready to fight for what is right but so many other people in the system are too afraid or the social workers talk so bad about them that they give up.REPORT COMMENTS
