My kids haven been beaten, sexually assaulted, and held against their will by their abusers and cps does nothing but say its my fault and let the abuse continue...i have years of recording of cps caseworkers admitting to lying in court documents, threatening and harassing, admitting to purposely threatening and harassing me...I wasn't even the one abusing my kids...the abusers got away with sexually violating and strangulating children pled guilty to the charge and cps still let them around the kids...it needs to stop and it needs to stop now..Larimer county is the worst they hire criminals allowing them to continue criminalizing.REPORT COMMENTS

My son was sexually assaulted by three boys that live down the street as soon as he told me I took him to the e.r. due to the fact that the parents are foster parents the case was said to be kids being kids by the investigation of the cps worker Audrey Hamilton. The assault happened on Friday June 3rd 2016 The kids came back the following day to play with my son and I responded no Three kids took my son in the wood and hurt him then their foster mom came back saying she works for dhs and that Monday my son was removed from our home. We love our child he keeps asking if those kids are going to get away with this and I keep responding baby we got to get you home first . My phone number is 870-773-0499 please call for the details. Now my son is in another county with foster parents that are very abusive to the kids we've reported this abuse and cps has done nothing at all.REPORT COMMENTS

My great-grand son is a victim! His visit was cut short as he cried and the Michigan CPS worker shortened the visit by telling the mother: he is responding to the methadone in your system! She is participating in physician administered methadone maintenance! This shows us just how knowledgeable the workers are. I have contacted immigration for his marriage fraud to me, contacted immigration to cancel all pending citizenship paper work, Customs, and ICIS, as I am his second wife that he has tried to get his papers through, only this time, there is a small child involved. He has threatened that he would come back and kill me if he gets deported on 2 occasions. I have 1 charge against him for making threats. I reported him to DSS with diaper rashes that occur over a 2 day visit on 7-8 different occasion in 1 year, Court threw out my restraining order. He drives a vehicle in MY NAME without a drivers license and I agreed that he does not have to pay me child support (only way I could sway him to get my child full time) , Alcohol Tobacco Firearms will not search his home for the illegal weapons that I KNOW HE OWNS , and I reported him to the IRS for tax evasion when I find out he had serious accounts with cash flow without my knowledge!!!!! NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING. HOW CAN AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT BREAK SO MANY LAWS AND REMAIN IN THIS STATE THREATENING AND AFFECTING MY LIVELIHOOD ???? I PAY TAXES! I AM A US CITIZEN BORN AND RAISED ! HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN ???? CAN ANYONE HELP??? I don't need numbers to call... I need someone with action PLEASE. I don't want my son taken out of the states never to return !! Please help! Nevada Family Court Judges, particularly those who took the bench in 2014, are famous for destroying families. They are not looking at evidence submitted, they are making unjust rulings by not considering the evidence, rather, their making their unjust rulings by reading motions that include false accusations with no evidence. They are putting the children back into the hands of the abuser and without ordering child interviews. They are breaking the code of conduct as an appoiinted judge on every level and violating the people's rights. This is America, and our children are suffering at the hands of these corrupted Judges, and no one is holding them accountable. Cps worker took my grandsonfrom my home after coming here forweeks. They also brought ppl to my home that were supposed to help empower my daughter with her child without anyone's signatures or even putting a safwty plan in action in effect even when asked to do so. Then came one day and took my grandson with a drug s teen that hadn't been to the lab yet. And used a previous workers report on the condition of the home because she couldn't use hwr own. Becauseshe didn't find any of his assessmentof the home to be true. And has kept his family from seeing him for six months now. And the case has been postponed three times akready. And my lawyer didn't do anything I asked her to and my daughters lawyer hasn't either. They r working on cps side not ours.REPORT COMMENTS

I have a house, job, went to every single parenting class, counseling appointment, got my certificate!! Now they are making something up saying that I don't have the mothering instinct to care for my children. It's just not right, and not fair!! Had to take cps to court to get visits with grandson visits went well had three visits have to set up permission through case worker i only got the visits after the hospital nicked a artery and my daughter was released the next day died two days later thats why i got the visits his father has only seen him once in fourteen years now it seems cps is not returning my calls or text got one text saying they would bebin touch with me at the end of the day been since novembervand they still havent got in touch to set up another visit they are destroying his life he s only put in group homes because he is slightly autistic i am the only one this child has try to get any one to get involved is a joke congress wont even listen barbra comstock is a joke the governor could care less court orders are a joke cps doesnt do what is ordered they avoid your calls so you cant set up another visit doesnt anyone care about what is happening to the children when cps is removing them and putting them in another state seven hrs away capra was suspose to do something on parants day guess thar never happened no way to find outREPORT COMMENTS

my family is being abused right now by cps and the judge in family court. my family is in court over false accusations i told the judge there was there wittnesses besides me and my husband the would tell the truth of what they saw that night but no one cares cps has made up stuff to have my kids from from my home. we went to court 12/14 /16 my lawyer asked cps if they was done with me and i was given the all clear tell 1/19/17 cps called to set up a appointment i set one up for monday the 23rd. but cps called me back the next day with more lies and went and filed court papers with fales information in the court papers and took my kids the same day. i can prove its lies but no one will listen to me not my court appointed lawyer not the cps worker or even the judge i need help. i need help my daughter was threatened and so was my grandson in family court in Boone County Wv, this is not the first time it been going on for almost 7 years but this time we have the goods on this lawyer, my grand son has had as many lawyers a child could have it has went for years he is almost 14 and they give him another one today and the judge ordered her to have supervised visitation and he is almost 14 u tell me there is so many children going threw this court system that is damaging my grandson and something needs to be done. We do not live in that county so everything is against us it's all political and he is getting abused and so is my daughter by the system we need help please someone help us please.
