Hello, my name is Angelia Godinez my Boyfriend Richard Ebbecke os currently being harassed by child protective services (cps) Dss , Astor and access supports for living preventive workers and access supports for living fdr workers for the last 5 going on 6 years on and off he just went to family court yesterday 1/18/17 where he was having a trial. Dss ,cps and access were trying to remove the kids from his care yesterday due to health complications that Richard had during the summer between 7/2016-9/216 he was diagnosed with cellulitis which is a bacterial infection that works its way into your blood stream and can cause death if it reaches your heart and if it's not treated on time. His Dr. Trever McGinnis advised him to stay off of his leg until it goes away after taking antibiotics however it went away and came back at the time Richard and the kids were waiting for their insurance to start because at the time their insurance was pending. Richard knew he was going to trial however was not aware that he was being violated for non compliance to his court orders which are therapy for 1 of his kids which he has been taking her to, he was court ordered to set appointments with Astor which he did and the Astor lady was afraid of our dogs that we put upstairs in our bedroom with a gate on the stairs so the Astor lady (I forgot her name) decided to make it to where he had to go their office in Goshen at the time we had no vehicle and they set appointments at 3:30 or 4pm time that he couldn't comply with because the kids got off the bus from school between those times the whole point of Astor going to the house to speaks to one of his kids was because we had had no vehicle to drive to their office. He was court ordered to comply with at least 2 appointments with the fdr worker every week and court ordered to comply with any and all appointments with access supports for living preventive worker. Also court ordered to go to catholic charities for therapy and 2 group sessions a week as well. During the time of 7/2016 and 9/2106 Richard had became very sick he saw a red mark on him n thought it was a pimple on his leg and tried to pop it however the mark had became bigger and to the point where he could not walk he then though he got it by something so he went to the hospital on 7/23/2016 when he was first diagnosed with cellulitis and had blood cultures done etc... the antibiotics worked a little bit however the cellulitis came back and Richard went back to the hospital on 8/16/2016. The pharmacy had called me to tell me he had medication there so I went to pick it up so that he can start taking them again.richard had walked to catholic charities for an appointment while still treating the cellulitis that was fully treated at the time his leg was still a littl swollen and in pain The court had supeonaed catholic charities reports for the trial to confirm of all the days he went to his appointments and All of the appointments he had missed while being sick however the catholic charities never sent their reports to court as evidence that he was trying to be in compliance while being sick as well. At that time the access supports for living preventive worker Molly had came to the house advertises while he was sick n helped set up day care so that he could relax so she was aware of the confit that Richard was inand was also aware of the 2 hospital visits that Richard went to and yesterday at the trial Molly went on the stand and told the court that she was not aware of the 2nd hospital visit Richard brought his discharge papers from the hospital and gave them to his lawyer that his lawyer attempted to use as evidence that health was at risk and the judge denied to look at it. Cps, dss , the preventive worker Molly , Astor and the prosecutor wanted and tried to remove the kids from Richards care and give him 3 years in prison for not complying literally 100% however they did not have enough evidence to remove them. Dss,cps , the preventive worker Molly and Astor were angry and assumed that any appointments that he did not go to was excused as if he were not sick when he has papers to show that he was and no one did research on the cellulitis and complications it causes for ones daily routines and refused that the trial be adjourned for lack of evidence of Richards compliance with catholic charities during those few months of appointments that he made during the time of him being sick and having health issues. The prosecutor refused and demanded that he be in violation right at that moment so the judge sentenced him to weekends in jail for 6 months. The reason why Richard is going to court and has cps and all of these workers in his life harassing him and the kids In The first place is because on December 25th 2013 the kids were picked up by Ronnie ( moms boyfriend) and their mother Heather linguanti and went to their mothers to open Xmas presents Richard did not want them to go at all however heathers mother (kids grandmother on moms side) myself and the kids talked him into allowing them to go because that wanted to see her and open their presents but on the condition that their mother was not driving when the kids were picked up Richard made it very clear to the kids mother she is not to drive they can only go if her boyfriend was driving. The mother and her boyfriend agreed to the terms. Ronnie and the kids mother heather came from dinner at his parents house. The kids had just got done eating some dinner at our house when they showed up. Richard started to clean up as I took them to the car where heather got out of the passenger side to help me get them in their car seat and boosters and buckle everyone in. Heather had the car seat and booster seats from taking the 2 of the kids separately on a one on one day quality time day about 2 months prior to Xmas day. The kids said hello to Ronnie leaned over the driver seat and gave him a hug first then got situated in the car. Then heather got back Into the car after seatbelts and everything was on and Ronnie drove away. The following day December 26th 2013 heather txt Richard and told him that she wanted to bring the kids home when her boyfriend got home. from work we (Richard and I) told her that's not fair to them because it's Xmas vacation and they wanted to spend time with her because they had not seen her for about 2 months prior to Xmas day. Heather said she didn't want them there and that they were not listening and we told her she has to do her part as a parent and handle it she cannot just shove them away and only be a parent when it's convenient for her because she went half on the kids too. after going back n forth with her Richard and I tried to txt and call her multiple times through out the day to work out a way to get them home with out her driving or to wait til we did something we had to do for the house she would pick up and hang up and not respond to our txt when we were trying to speak to her to find out when her boyfriend was coming home from work to drive the kids home we finally sent her a txt and told her that Richard and I had to go do some food shopping and it will get done a lot faster to just keep the kids til we get home then Ronnie can drive them home home she did not answer. heather had decided to take the 3 girls to get ice cream her boyfriend Ronnie repeatedly told her no to driving his car and she took his keys and did it anyway. Heather also hit a car in the parking lot and still continued to drive after instead of parking the car and going back into the house to keep her kids safe. the kids had told us that while she was driving she was yelling at them that she could not do it anymore her oldest daughter asked her to slow down and was yelled at for asking that she slow down we had no knowledge that she took her boyfriends after being told several times she was not allowed to drive with the kids. a half hour after getting home later that night we got home at around 7:30-8pm the cops came into the house and said that heather and the kids had just been in a car accident and 2 of the kids were to be flown to westchester hospital immediately Richard then got into the cops car to take him to the scene of the accident n flew in the helicopter with one of his daughters. I went to meet Richards son at the state troopers police station and meet the oldest daughter at the Middletown hospital she was not as injured as the 2 younger girls. When I picked up Richards son he then told me that heather had told them that we did not want the kids. He told me that she she started to doze off on and off it was at that moment that I told one of the officers to get her tested for drugs because she was getting treatment at a methadone clinic to get clean. We had no knowledge that she was using again. it's because of our knowledge that she had been in a car accident while on the phone a month prior to the car accident on December 26th, 2013. That is why Richard did not want her to drive with the kids in the car. Richard is not guilty of neglect. He did everything the right way to make his kids happy as best as he could to be able to go open their gifts on Xmas with their mom. It was their mother that made the choice knowing she was not permitted to drive with the kids in the car and after did it anyway after her boyfriend told her no several times and still continued to drive after hitting a parked car knowing she was in no condition to drive. This choice was made by the kids mother..NOT RICHARD. This choice was made by a grown woman that has been a mother for 8 yrs. heather knew better and chose the wrong path and put her children In danger after being told and agreeing she was not allowed to drive with the kids in the car. The end result of that is Richard and I cleaning up and fixing the mess that she had created. We have been being harassed by Dss , cps, access supports for living , Fdr from access supports for living, astor and anyone else they want to get involved. Richard has been in an out of family court and given way to many court orders and was threatened that if he did not comply with them 100% he will be put in jail. He also has a valid reason for why he did not go to any appointments for a while because his health is more important than any catholic charities appointment. Cps has been out to get him to remove the kids and they have been trying to find any reason they can to get them removed. He should not be spending any time in jail for a crime that he did not commit. Since when did WE THE PEOPLE GIVE OUR GOVERNMENT THE RIGHT TO CONTROL EVERY ASPECT OF OUR LIVES AND TELL US HOW AND WHEN WE CAN AND CANNOT DO THINGS? AND SINCE WHEN DID WE THE PEOPLE GIVE THE GOVERNMENT THE RIGHT TO WALK ALL OVER THE SAME VERY PEOPLE THAT YOU ASK TO VOTE FOR ALL OF YOU? SINCE WHEN DID WE THE PEOPLE BECOME SLAVES AND WORK FOR THE GOVERNMENT THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTING US AND OUR CHILDREN? SINCE WHEN DID WE THE PEOPLE GIVE OUR GOVERNMENT THE RIGHT TO INVADE OUR PRIVACY AND OUR CHILDRENS PRIVACY? SINCE WHEN DID WE THE PEOPLE GIVE OUR GOVERNMENT THE RIGHT TO ROLL THE DICE WITH OUR LIVES! THESE CORRUPT GOVERNMENT AGENCIES LIKE CPS, DSS, ACCESS SUPPORTS FOR LIVING PREVENTIVE WORKERS, FDR WORKERS , ASTOR NEED BOUNDARIES THEY SHOULD NEVER BE GRANTED IMMUNITY TO CONTROL US AS IF WE ARE BENEATH THEM AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT THAT THEY CAN FABRICATE STORIES BECAUSE THEY KNOW ITS OUR WORS AGAINST THEIRS!!!!! YOU HAVE PARENTS OUT THERE THAT ARE TEYI G TO WORK AND BE HAPPY AND JUST LIVE THEIR LIVES AND RAISE THEIR KIDS AND SHAPE THEM INTO GREAT PEOPLE AND COS MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE GOOD FAMILIES TO BE HAPPY BECAUSE THEY WERE DESIGNED TO RUIN LIVES BECAUSE THE AGENCY THEY WORK FOR GET A 30,000 BONUS CHECK TO REMOVE KIDS AND MORE TO KEEP THEM OUT OF THE PARENTS HOME AND THEN MORE IF THEY GET ADOPTED AND THE WORKERS THAT ARE TAKING THEM OUT OF THE HOME GET A PERCENTAGE OF THAT MONEY!! MOST OF THESE WORKERS DONT EVEN HAVE KIDS AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW HARD IT IS FOR ONE PARENT TO TAKE CARE OF 4 KIDS AND KEEP UP WITH APPOINTMENTS AND AFFORD A SITTER WHICH THEY CANT AFFORD. I HAVE TO WORK 94 HOURS A WEEK TO MAINTAIN HOUSEHOLD OF 6 PEOPLE ON MY OWN BECAUSE THE AMOUNT OF CRAP THAT RICHARD IS MANDATED TO DO IS SO MUCH THAT HE CANNOT FIND A JOB FLEXIBLE ENOUGH TO BE ABLE TO HOLD A JOB BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF APPOINTMENTS HE HAS THROUGH OUT THE WEEK AND TO HIRE A SITTER AND WORK A PART TIME JOB HIS WHOME CHECK WILL GO TO THE SITTER SO WHATS THE DAM POINT. HE'S A GREAT FATHER HE DOES THE BEST THAT HE CAN. HIS TRIAL WAS UNFAIR BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF EVIDENCE FROM CATHOLIC CHARITIES AND FROM BEING DENIED HIS MEDICAL DISCHARGE PAPERS FROM THE HOSPITAL AND DOING THE RESEARCH ON THE CELLULITIS THAT HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE AGENCIES THAT HARASS GOOD FAMILIES. YET WALK AWAY FROM REPORTS ON PARENTS THAT END KILLING THEIR KIDS. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ALREADY. CPS SHOULD NOT BE PULLING KIDS OUT OF THEIR CLASS ROOMS AMD COERCING KIDS INTO TELLING THEM THINGS SO THEY CAN FABRICATE STORIES ON GOOD PARENTS! NONE OF THESE WORKERS SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO DO THAT OR SPEAK TO ANY CHILD WITH OUT A PARENT PRESENT AND IT BEING RECORDED SO THAT THESE WORKERS CANNOT LIE ABOUT THE PARENT IN THE COURTROOM!!!! WE THE PEOPLE HAVE HAD ENOUGH! SOMETHING G NEEDS TO HE DONE ABOUT THESE AGENCIES AND NOT BE GRANTED IMMUNITY AND IT NEEDS TO BE DONE NOW!!!! I have been subject to this 2/18/16 through 8/9/16 and it cost me $15,000.00 to fight for him and ran out of money i.e. credit cards to have to relinquish my adoption of my grandson. I am disabled and the mental anguish along with the financial stress still has an bad affect on me. It seemed as if CPS had a personal vendetta against me. They placed 6 workers on me to fabricate and lie and constantly have me in court when they should have been looking at the children that really need help with broken arm, bruises, etc. The whole judicial process is corrupt. My Grandchildren have been removed from their parents; good loving parents. My Granddaughter was born at 25 weeks, almost 4 months early, weighing only 1 pound and 11 ounces. She spent 3 months in a hospital. Finally able to come home on oxygen and a heart monitor which she spent a year on. After being home for only 2 months, supposedly it was found she had multiple healing fractures and two current fractures to an arm and a leg and a head bleed. Long story short parents were accused of abuse and neglect. Doctor interrogated parents at the hospital separately, detectives and case worker came in my house without asking and took pictures. Denied the right to second opinion. Doctors claimed she would be developmentally delayed because of the alleged abuse. Harassed by hospital with phone calls to my home and case worker. Case worker tried to force us to write and sign it was abuse. So much to this story. Granddaughter was 5 months old when this started she is now 3.5 years old with a 1 year old Brother who at 1 month old was torn from his Mother who was nursing. I can't even write all that has occurred, the legal abuse done to the parents. Mother forced to leave my home, forced to sleep in her car. So much pain caused to the Children, Parents and Myself. For the best interest of the child they say. Oh yeah, caseworker, said she went to a 3 day seminar on behavior so she knows the father is guilty. I asked what kind of behavior did he display, " he cried". Somebody please help!REPORT COMMENTS

I was once in dcf care in a residential I was sexually abused by a stsff in charge of my care dcf knew and did nothing I did have a child that is the son of the staff member. Then years later they toom my children and two of my kids were abused one physically and one emotionally they knew and let it happened still for months even though I had a family member with a great reputaion and commedation from his childrens school amd preschool amd still dcf kept my child with a woman who brutally beat him and lwft marks on him at 3 years old he began acting out and finally telling everyone but dcf still did nothing. Eventually, the judge ordered my kids home. Had that not happened my son would have continued to be abused under dcfs "care" Dcf allows many things to happen to kids that should never have been taken to begin with they cause trauma to Ct familes that should never have been ripped apart. Kids who were never hit or hurt by parents end up abducted by dcf and sent to foster homes where they actually become abused children and dcf just ignores it. I had all of my children taking from me all because of things that had nothing to do with me as a fit mom but or peaty stuff that never placed any of my child at risk or harm, however my children and i was blind sided by kvc to witch how it all took place, then my kids were placed in 3 different homes all about 2 hours away from were we live... I did 2 years later after doing everything the courts and case worker had me do was told that I could get 3 out of 4 of my kids back but however i was not fit enough to have my older son back but that was not the case true be told my son was a golden boy that was going to rack in money for the foster family along with the state of kansas as for my other 3 kids there father had been dead beats witch then became a hinder for any one but myself to get back - the year that the state step in are life is all so the same year kvc was going to lose there government funding because they had pulled enough child out of homes witch then would have then placed the third party company out of business! please tell me how i can be fit parent for 3 kids remind you a 15 yrs daughter and twin boys that were 7 but not for a 13 year boy - oh wait that right the next day after i signed my wrights away his foster family filed a order to raise his dads cs from 198 to around 1000 a month. please give me your thoughts about this fu system that we have protecting are child this is 100% why are system is broken.; #kcafujocokvcREPORT COMMENTS

I have been battleing the dss agents in Spartanburg for 4 years now . I have also been fighting the schools and even the right to have Medicaid for my children . Even though I am homeschooling my children they are still trying to intervene. They have no just cause for this and this harassment has continued through to my sister and even to a potential relationship . I have no way to prove this but I know these people must be stopped . I believe I am being harrased because I reported a hope center employee for blocking my driveway while I was trying to get my already terrified children to go to public scho. After that the school stopped trying to help me and started calling Das even though I had called the board of education the superintendent to try to get help with this school fear. The only reason they were afraid was because they were yanked from this school in 2013 and have been forced to return though clearly terrified and no one would allow me to transfer them to a different school. Bullying by he other kids was allowed to continue and blamed on them because they were sticking up for themselves.REPORT COMMENTS

I would like to say that I have changed my name and my zip code. I do not need anything I say coming back to haunt me. I work within the system and I have been trying to help the same parents that you speak of. I cannot say what I do, but this is the first website that I have seen yet that addresses what is going on. I had researched this topic before but one of my clients told me that our state calls it something different is why I havent found anything on the topic. What you are saying is absolutely true and it sickens me. The issue is that I find my self frustrated to no end. I often feel helpless and hopeless to help my clients but I do everything that I can. I work with them and stand by their side and help them to comply to the best of my ability. Most of the time when they meet all the requirements, the requirements change on them , more are added. I thought maybe it was a single department but I know for a fact these things are happening in the surrounding three counties for which I help my clients. I thought I should keep a log on all my clients and eventually one day the corruption would be confronted and I could turn these in, bu the corruption runs into our legal system and there are far and few in between that will address these types of issues in our small town. Its like these CPS, DHR DYS workers have more power than the police and in these parts, that ugly.REPORT COMMENTS

we went thru two trials and file two appeals , charge originally were neglect due to drugb addiction before the first trial all four children were involved in adoption one was openly bragging on internet in 2010, two other were secretly adopted 2012-2014 . the bottom line a AG rule 52 filling blocked the final appeal and exposed the hair follicle examination and the physical examination , and the mental examination done by a qualified doctor for drug treatment the results were shocking because in 2010 the results were negative for drug history, physical symptom's negative , and no legal problems and mental issues were safe and stable so that particular bought and sold grandchildren after poisoning their minds with porn. It been two trials and two appeals the transcripts altered to convict a diabled mother and found the charges to be false their was no allowances for taking her child support for two children in adoption since it was illegally conducted and there has been no offer to refund the monies taken from the mother Extortion of taxpayer funds and embezzlement of personal funds.....done by a state agency with the fed funding themREPORT COMMENTS
