Its real people! Woman have learned to accuse a man of abuse and they will get paid and custody. Its a horrible system that continues to lie and aide in this torture to innocent loving fathers. On the other side being a mother and aiding in the recovery of a stepchild is not safe. They are also being falsely accused of abuse and social workers aiding in false testimony in court o seperate fathers from their children and destroying strong families. No family is safe. Something must be done about the curruption in family Court. Even if you follow reunification plan it doesn't help. There was never any evidence that my daughters was abused and it was so called reported one of my daughters had been molested which was a lie. My daughters have spoken to all kinds of therapists and cps workers letting them know that this was a lie. My husband and I have no prior record no drug abuse and love and always taken good care of our kids. These people are using an assumption only against us and the judge only heard one side of the case from cps and never let us or our attorneys speak in defense..what type of judge only hears one side. Then my daughter ask to speak to the judge and they were basically ignored and they were begging him to let them come back home. My kids were assigned a child advocate who don't speak up for them at all and the kids lawyer don't either. My children are ages 12,15,17 they are not babies and have told the judge and everyone they want to come home with my husband and I but they don't listen. My children broke down crying in court and we had to fire the lawyer because she was scared to speak up do to the judges bad unprofessional behavior last court date. He was mad with cps and took out his anger against my girls. My girls are well educated and would be able to report if they were being molested. These people added lies about my family to try and build a case against my husband and I. The judge insulted my husband by calling him a molester and saying I was unprotecting of my children which is a flat out lie. They all pretend to stand for children's best interest but they destroy children and families and steal children from parents illegally. Someone can be made at you call in a lie about your family and it's just believed without any facts. This needs to stop please someone help change this law. The courts along with cps is violating parents and children rights. No facts are presented in court I can't believe this even exist. We are tax payers law abiding loving caring parents I gave birth to my daughtersurprise and would never allow them to be abused. Cps case workers lied in reports to have a case and then they had to remove the initial lying case worker to cover her mistakes..no investigation was done or nothing they are breaking laws to frame innocent people. My children were taken from school without a court order and they were not in danger or neglected. There's not one piece of evidence for my girls to be removed besides a false accusation. ...no charges filed against us or nothing. Our kids were happy thriving healthy no issues at all. And our civil rights and human rights have been violated and the judge is being unable fair. We have seen therapist that they requested and even paid out of pocket for our own and following visitation plans and everything listed. We own our home and have a nice stable place for our kids family and friends along with church support. I agree an investigation should be done immediately. I'm in Houston Texas and in family Court there is a lot of corruption going on.REPORT COMMENTS

These issues need to be addressed. I ,for one, will volunteer any and all of my documents, case files, tape recordings, and all information to be reviewed for criminal misconduct and violations of numerous laws. Conspiracy, perjury, rape , assault, jury tampering, and a whole lot more than these. I have waited for many years for something to be done, or for someone to take notice. My oldest child was stolen by the state based on a mishandled case by a cps worker who did not do a proper investigation and treated me like dirt in the process. Now cps/dss is trying to get my 3 month old daughter. My oldest went through hell because of them. I have never abused or neglected any of my children. These people need to be stopped.REPORT COMMENTS

I have had false statements said and used against me in court in Kern county by the people who claim they are there ONLY to help!? There were so many little lies they said against me that I didn't really notice until they all came together in the end to make me look like 1 big bad parent! Now I've tried to move on after losing 5 of my children to cps. But they are trying to black list me!! I met a girl who has just got a cps (no relation to mine) but they said it would be failure to protect if i stayed around! Everyone that knows her and the children all agree they scene a better change in the kids since I've been there and even thanked me! I've even done all my classes from my case! CPS took my kid on the word of someone they should have been investigating. Their paper work is not consistent, nor their allegations to the governors office and if Nathan Deals office had actually investigated my case the paperwork from his office would match theirs. Corrupt Judge (Rice County, MN) colluding with the Social Services team in Court and believed to be a relative of the Social Services Supervisor screens: Trouble! For anyone who comes into the Court and try's to get their case heard and the children returned and out of foster care. A grandmother who was not even considered but only ignored, discriminated against, threatened, etc. Although she nearly and entirely raised the children from birth until moving out of her home last year. Very long Story, but the heartbreak is devastatingly REAL and it makes it hard to arise each morning and go on with the the amount of pain, felt almost every second of each day. Please.. I beg of you Mr President Trump- Defund the program of [CPS] and use those funds for the people who are in desperate need of that money, instead! State Welfare, Social Security, etc. Look around the Internet and you will find SO MANY of the SAME SAD STORIES out there! Please show these Judges that there is Accountability for their Actions, and they are Not above the LAW... please president trump take time to look into this petition and do something about the CPS agency in this country. I believe its unnecessary for there to be a agency for looking into child abuse or neglect and doing investigations through that type of agency. This is why we have police departments and detectives. I think CPS should only be there to be called when a police officer needs removal of a child because maybe they did a raid of a drug home and there are kids there and they need them to be placed with someone until they can finish there investigation. CPS should not have the right to investigate nothing!! If that's the case we don't need police then! CPS think they are above the law and above the police! If detectives could go against the 4th and 14th amendenments they would be able to make more arrests against those who are doing wrong but no they have to do there due diligence and get warrants and probable cause but CPS workers think they don't have to do any of this. They use scare tactics and get there way by scaring parents and then parents don't always have the money or the know how to fight these agencys and their lives get ruined along with children. CPS just took my grand kids when I should have gotten them. My last Grand daughter got adopted out because my room mate who is not even in the family wouldn't become a foster parent. I was doing everything that I needed to! I was taking parenting classes CPR/first aid. etc. I couldn't afford to hire an attorney and was completely ignored by the judge. I became so depressed it almost killed me. Now I am on disability and feel hopeless. Adults were giving my Grand son drugs. I turned them in to CPS and CPS told me that they don't work with teen agers because they are too hard to work with. They refused to investigate it. My grandson was 14 at the time. Still a minor and should still be protected by CPS. The real reason is that CPS loves taking babies from grand parents who are perfectly capable of taking care of them and making the grand parents jump through hoops that they shouldn't have to. I have two BAs and have been a mental health worker for over 20 years. I am more qualified than most of the idiots working at CPS to take care of my own grandchild. Butte county cps gave one of my grand daughters to one of their friends. This so called foster parent had munchenhousers and abused my grand daughter. My grand daughter was cut on the rectum. The foster mother waited two weeks to report it and blamed it on my daughter who had supervised visits. I was with my daughter at every visit and she never cut her own babies rectum. Luckily the father stepped up and went through every thing that he needed to to get my grand daughter. I pray that since Donald Trump is president that he will have this horrible institution investigated. All it is is communism!REPORT COMMENTS

Simply, if it is someone's intent to harm you; a restraining/protective order will only incite and provoke that alleged offender. Decisions cannot be made on emotions and "feeling afraid" vs. actually being a victim of violence. If history of violence exists, then without pause; yes, an ex parte order is warranted. Someone who has no history of violence; only false allegations and sensational rhetoric from an attorney who gains immediate advantage when granted one; is unconscionable. Temporary Restraining Orders/Protective Orders: Fact: TRO/POs destroy careers. Fact: TRO/POs destroy families by granting the accuser impunity and the accused a felon. Fact: TRO/POs destroy lives. Fact: TRO/POs are entered into three databases and are NEVER removed; even when "expunged". Fact: Potential employers don't know if the accused is a child molester, sex offender, domestic abuser, or worse. For professionals - your career has just been assassinated; which is rather contradictory as greed runs congruent with retribution; thus, unemployed how will you get paid? Fact: Accused will never meet the accuser (due process) - zero rights (which I think is the point). Fact: Accused credit rating (FICO Score) will decline exponentially. We are rejoicing in getting a "bullying bill" passed? Explain how a hard working, ethical, single father of 3 small children, with a solid moral center, can file for divorce to remove the threat of a greedy psychopath from his children and himself become a criminal for RINGING A DOORBELL and violating one (1) of five (5) TRO/POs for a proximity violation? My heart in its shattered pieces went with them as I am just a shell hoping, praying, and fighting the battle for my children and their precious psychological, emotional, and mental state. I even tried to get CYF involved and they said they only investigate this type of abuse if reported by a counselor. Is everyone under a spell or am I in a nightmare I cannot awake from? CPS kid napped my children and lied in court. I was never allowed to plead my case and I had hard evidence that would refute all of their allegations. They terminated my rights without a trial and now I will never see my family again. All of my rights have been trampled on without due process. I am going through a permanency placement case and I am not being allowed any chance to prove that I made a mistake, and my attorney says I have no chance at winning the trial, that I should hand over my rights. My children were taken back in Jan 2015 due to substance use. I went into inpatient treatment and graduated. In order to get my children back I had to get a restraining order on the father because of all the domestic abuse my children have witnessed. Well I have been sober since June of 2015 and my children were returned back to me Feb of 2016. I was in a chips case also and that closed in October 2016. My children hadn't seen there father for a long time. Given what my children had witnessed between their father and I they still loved him because he has never attempted to harm nor neglect his kids. So my children wanted to see their dad and kept asking me and about a month after my chips case closed, I allowed them to see him, while the restraining order was in affect and someone called social services and my children were taken again. Because I am putting them in harm bringing them around their father. Me and their father were on civil terms for our children sake. We just couldn't be in a relationship because we always faught. Anyways a chips case was opened back up and a week later I am served with the permanency placement and termination of my rights. The courts are holding what my ex has done in the past against him and they won't give him a chance to prove he can change. So I told my attorney I wanted to take it to trial. I just recently was told by my attorney that I should just hand my rights over because I won't win. Even if the evidence the county has on my children being around their father doesn't go through its the fact that my children have been on out of home placement for more than 365 days in five years. I have been given a case plan and my social worker says their job is to try to reunify the kids back with their parents, but then a week later files for permanency. my attorney says the judge (which by the way is the same judge as my first chips case)will recognize that my children were in out of home placement prior and will allow my children's father's sister to adopt my children. Now she has made a contract on if she was to adopt my girls I have to abide by these rules. Right now I see my children once a week and have to travel 3 hrs away to visit them. I also am able to call them every night. If she was to adopt them I could only see my children 2 times a year and only call once a month. I can write letter to them but she said she would guarantee that my children would get them. I believe every phone call i make to my kids she is coaching them in the back ground and is manipulting them. I need help. I am begging for anyone to please help me. I love my children to death. Please share this and I hope that someone is willing to help me.REPORT COMMENTS
