Cps in Texas destroyed my entire family..they took my grandson from me March 11 2016. To this day they still won't let me see him. It's all I can do to get up every day worried about him. I want my grandson back home. He our baby ( he's 5yrs old) please stop the kidnapping of our kids. Not one person in my town has there kids anymore becuz of cps. Please help all of wanting our loves ones back. Is this America? I'm white, born and raised in Texas. It's happning everywhere! -

i dont know if this will help anyone else but decade ago feb 22 2007 had st clair county michgian cps take my daughter send my paperwork 1 week later then the court date i lost my daughter and ended up having a nervous breakdown because of the lose of my 2 day old daughter was to much to take i dont know where piper ann is at this moment in time ijust hope she is healthy and happy was told i cant know since i signed off and i never signed off nothing but for a decade i mourn her birthday i still have her 2 day old pics and every birthday christmas and every other holiday i cry they are heartless is all can say i know my child and 2 other friends kids where taken between 2005 and 2008 for unjust reasonsREPORT COMMENTS

I would like to see a better program to assist single parents that are said to be "unfit" mothers/fathers then the CPS or ACS organizations that we have now. These state workers are telling untruths about parents in order to take a child from a loving home and place them with a foster parent whom sometimes himself/herself is already unable to take in another child or doesn't have the resources to take care of said child. Unfortunately, this is an epidemic that has be happening all over the country and several times a day. Children are being taken for simple things like an untidy home or a missed doctor's appointment and sometimes due to homelessness when it is the responsiblity of the state to provide shelter for its people and to find non custodial parents when necessary to ask where support for the the child is. These families are being victimized by the system and unfortunately it is the child who ends up paying for the state's greed. Please stop programs and offices like this from committing fraud and start looking at positive reinforcement rather then punishment. There's no such thing as a bad parent when they are clearly doing their best!REPORT COMMENTS

nebraska cps ruined our family help doris poloski told me one day before it even happened im not getting my kids back watch she says.. she told me those are her kids now i was a young mother of 4 my kids dad wanted to keep my boys i wouldnt allow it so be called hhs and started a bunch of lies they took my babies over lies but not just that my nephew was at my house and they took him also saying my sister abamdoned him she is at home now going through major depression tryin to keep it together for her other 4 kids whom she has full custody of but since my one nephew got removed from my house and made a stateward he wasnt allowed around any felons and his mother had a passed record they didnt like didnt even give her the time of day how can they keep one of her childeren because my mistakes she has all her kids mine got to go with my sister whom adopted them thank god but my nephew we are not allowed to see him ever again he is adopted out to strangers and brain washed bad masters stienike case in lincoln ne. needs looked over i dont even fill like im part of soceity they took my babies forever for me smoking marijjuana was there reasoning at the end they lied and made up stories to make us look bad. my nephew ran into my son and split his head open i took him to er and they called it child abuse and asked my nephew 5 times if i did it my son and nephew insisted i didnt intell being asked a bunch of times he sed he didnt know so they took him from hospital and a week later cops came to my house and gave me a ticket and sed cps made them said it would help there case the officer said she was shocked i asked y i didnt get one that night she stated she didnt think i needed one she knows i did nothing wrong so.i had a criminal ticket they were scarying me with intell they gave me a plea to not take my juvinile case to trial except the volentary plan and work there program and the would drop my crimimal case i was so confused on how i even received a ticket that i jus wanted it dropped i didnt know what i know now i could of beat both my cases but if u look up cps whistle blowers they will tell you that if the state really want to catch u up this is what they do is find anything they can ticket for a and .and make the police thats right make the police because cps is higher then the police so they force them to write fake tickets to scare the parents into taking the volentary plan were 90% of the time they set you up to fail be confusing you through out the whole case scheduling appoiments on top of a apointment knowing u have to attend both u miss one so that sets you back they purposly loose paperwork or type up the report and make you look extra bad for instence I took my boys to mcdonald i gave them water mixed with a little orange hi c and by the next courtdate the report she wrote says im unfit due to health reasons and feed my kids a unhealthy diet and so on so forth jus totally lied about all kinds of stuff wich made me mad and once i got smart with my caseworker that was it she was mad and told me i wont get my babies back I was doing everything they asked me but she kept adding more and more stuff so wen i went to court she said i failed to do my parenting plan blah blah its not fair my kids are at least with family but what they did to my sister neices n nephews and our whole family is pure evil and should be against the law daryn anthony masters was adopted out to bobbi and mark bianco and my nephew is not happy not content he need to go home with his sisters and brothers its been 3 years please bring daryn home any attorneys out there this is a good case so many typos and hear say being taking seriously when my kids dad was just mad and thought of he made me look unfit by all the lies the state was going to grant him custody and that didnt happen my babies will be scared for life but they have there mom im there life now since the adoption is over but in the process we lost our nephew because of me not his mom or dad he had 4 diffrent relative placements that were just ignored its way to unfair so anyone know of anything i can do to bring this to the states attention i dont know were to start please call sarah 5418620381 with any leads TIAREPORT COMMENTS

My children and I have been torn apart due to cps and corrupt lawyers, psychologists, counselors, judges, therapists. in 2012 my ex husband threw a steak knife at me and they said I should have known he was going to do that they removed them after they were place at home for 2 1/2 months needless to say I lost my babies (I have 4) and everything at court was what they thought or didn't think I would do. My rights were terminated and my appeal was denied even though I improved a lot of things I had gotten my license a car and a good job along with having everything they need bed clothes toys everything for school as well. They don't have to answer to anyone cps needs to be taken over and by someone else that is not in their back pocket 1 year after my rights were terminated my youngest daughter at 8 years old try to stab her foster mother and she had not seen me in a year so they are doing more damage to my children. my boys were sexually abused while in their care and they did nothing, my daughter was physically abused in their care and they did nothing. my heart breaks everyday and when I do have a good day I am having fun then I start getting depressed because I wonder why should I be happy its not right I want my children home I went into such a depression that I did not want to be here anymore.REPORT COMMENTS

Get visits them she syarts. Keeping them again.two weekends a month.lawyers and judge done nothing.I call DCS open a case,judge and lawyers stopped it Found out she had been cheating.bought with him and drugs Court hid and turned me into a sorry father.to give her outpatient rehab.insurance fraud.o told all I knew,lawyer quit.I go to jail. 40 days.no visits. My grandsons were sick one day and missed school. My daughter's mother-in-law surprisingly offered to take the boys to their pediatrician since transportation was a problem for my daughter that day. Instead, the MIL took the boys to social services with claims (supposedly by the boys) that my daughter beats them with a belt with metal holes, burned them with cigarettes, starved them, drug use, and it has been just awful with CPS. Long story and I'm on a phone typing with one finger. This all happened less than 2 wks after she sued her ex for child support. And 2 wks before suing for child support she had turned the ex and in-laws into the DEA for drugs/trafficking. The boys have been gone since Dec 1st...in the care of the mother-in-law she turned in for trafficking!! Ex was arrested right in court on the 1st hearing for failure to appear on a drug trafficking charge. He has quite a record! On the 2ND hearing, the CPS workers named the boyfriend as the one who supposedly burned the boys with cigarettes. On the 3rd hearing more allegations on the boyfriend. I called Frankfort, KY and spoke to the Ombudsman who then emailed the local CPS supervisor. This supervisor came to town to interview my daughter and her boyfriend. She said that the boyfriend was not even an issue in this case. What?? Then how did all those accusations disappear? I know he would never hurt the boys and neither would their living mother. There are no belt marks, cigarette marks, and my daughter passed their 2 random drug screens. My daughter had spoken to another CPS worker and asked if she could take over her case. She asked my daughter "Who is your case worker?" My daughter told her "Leah Jones." The other case worker replied "Oh no no no! I am not taking on another one of HER cases.!" Yet the supervisor told my daughter that Leah Jones had "never really had any personnel complaints on her." This is a lie. This CPS worker told the judge that the MIL should be given temporary custody and that later "if the father proves himself that he can get full custody." He is soooooo strung out on Rx pain pills and other stuff. The judge told the CPS worker, Leah Jones, "Now, you do know that he has a trafficking chase, right?" She said "Yes, we are aware of that " Then she turned toward my daughter and shoved her finger at hercandcsaid "And YOU (emphasis) will probably be paying HIM (emphasis) child support. This gal has absolutely NOTHING to do with child support enforcement!!!! Then she handed my daughter a random drug screen order and I asked her (while pointing at the dad) "Are you going to make HIM take a drug screen?" She replied "NO!! He is not the one in question!" Okayyyy? He has a trafficking chase but he's not in question. My daughter and I were furious and my daughter said "If you don't make him take one thinks I am not taking one!" The CPS gal wrote "Refused drug screen" on her paperwork. My daughter had an hour to get to the clinic and take it. She finally decided to go on and take it and within 32 mins of being yander the order she passed the drug test. (She also didn't have the $35 fee to pay it and I didn't have it to help her. Her step sister and a friend helped her out moneywise l. The CPS gal and the judge can't stand it because she passed it. They both drilled on the fact that she first refused it. My daughtervreminded her that she had just ticked her off tellingvher she would have to pay HIM child support. The CPS gal said "Well I'msorry but you made me mad." But before she handed her the drug screen all my daughter could do was sob in tears and unbelief at the allegations. So that was another lie. The only thing the COS worker was reprimanded for was threatening child support, and that's only because it was caught open tape. Tomorrow, Feb16th is the last hearing. The CPS gal has never sat down with my daughter and worked outta case plan to help her get her boys back home. And she never gave her the parental rights she is entitled to know. I incidentally found them online and printed them out for her. When she realuzedcshe had rights she began to squalk. She asked to find out the boys educational progress and was told she "hasn't earned that right yet " My youngest grandson was in the emergency room last week and she was not informed. The boys have had doctor and counseling visits that my daughter's not invited to be a part of. And in 2-1/2 mos the CPS gal has not done one home visit to even report to the judge what kind of living conditions the boys were in. They live in a 2016 brand new trailer, a nice one, clean home, food in cabinets and fridge. It seems like the deck is stacked against her. She is an awesome, wonderful mother who lives for andxwould die deform her two sons. She's a morher who goes off and cries if she has to spank them and it's not often either.REPORT COMMENTS

I am a victim of this petition in entirety, My son was dropped while I was at work and blinded and brain damaged. CPS wanted nothing to do with him until he became a check, I fought for over 4 years and a superior Judge took my appeal case to find that the court appointed attoneys I had were sued by him for ineffective assistance of council, they never spoke a word on my defense and since I was indigent I allowed my unselfish act of love let him be adopted by supposedly 2 adults of good character only to have them treat me like an animal or worse.REPORT COMMENTS

CPS was referred by the police and they took my grandson and she has complied with everything and they just say she is not far enough along. The father and his family are not suitable for their criminal records of Domestic violence, drugs, DUI's, and Prostitution. I know disgusting. this is a mess. i too am going through same scenerio. three children taken from me due to a false statement by a social service investagater .lazaro gonzales of stockton california. i was represented by a court appointed attorney charles anderson who with held my evidence i had obtained proving sw gonzales accusations false. he also retired in middle of case and never notified me .with him he took all my evidence . i have been on rx medication labetal for high blood pressure for three years plus . this medication causes false positives for methamphetimines and amphetimens. with three years random testing and one year drug court no violations no dirtys full time job stable housing i knew i was up for a fight with this man .i will not stop fighting for my rights my children or this cps corruption to be ended.REPORT COMMENTS

Jennifer Hamilton, Larusso and my court appointed attorney Haile Ambriz all contributed in this viscous crime endangering and illegally placing my two little boys Fidel David and Giovanni now ages 11 and 12 with my ex husband John DeGunya whom I had a restraining order on him and he has been incarcerated twice for felony assault and battery. Their whereabouts illegally withheld from me. I don't know where they are. Now not only did John take my children illegally he is trying to get child support from me. This has been harassment and endangerment of our lives. Yes attorneys know about this, it is difficult to find an honest Attorney to assist in my rights. Our Government perpetrates. CPS took my Grandchildren away from my dayghter and had at least 5 case workers working against her. They made up false claims and lied in court. They had the judge and her court appointed to go along with the CPS lies and the judge kept telling my daughter he was sorry for going along with the CPS. The attorney would not present the legal documents that proved her inocense to the judge and took her parental rights away. They all worked together to get their promotions at CPS and to keep their jobs plus all the corruption to get the money they needed to keep this corrupt business of greed for money and power going to harm children and destroy families in the "name of helping to protect our beloved children".REPORT COMMENTS

Cps has stolen my children with the help of a local daycare who is owned by a retired foster parent. This particular foster parents history has been that of adopting children and building an empire with "children" who now work at cps and at tbe daycare as well. They also own the local housing authority with which i rent my duplex from. I removed my children from their daycare and they tlld me that i would regret it. 4 months later....i do. I went to jail for a traffic fine a d was not allowed to make any phobe calls. Cps came and gave my children to the daycare owner. There is an indepth conspiracy and if i get heard i will tell my entire story. I promise i have been targeted and i have proof. I record all my phone calls. I hope someone will listen. Emotionally, economically, and created barriers to further silence my attempts to report the corruption and damaging effects the abuse of power by those with great power and influence targeting and harming my family in order to cultivate federal funds for services never offered, administered, or justified.
