I was not against repaying $7500 and was grateful for the loan. However, to go from paying back $7500 over 15 years to other people getting $8000 in 2009 and not having to pay back a dime is ridiculous and absolutely unfair!! The amount offered should have gone way down, not UP, if it wasn't going to have to be repaid!!!REPORT COMMENTS

I bought in sept 2008. I took the tax credit for what it was designed for and installed energy efficent windows on my home. I had every intention of paying back as required for taking part in the program. What I am upset about is the following year they did not require payment back. This plan should have been modified to include all who took part even in the old program. I still have every intention to pay it back as required.REPORT COMMENTS
