The state of alaska defrauded me out of my workers comp settlement. Charged me 15,000 thousand dollars for a kid I proved has been living with me. Judge said there was a statue of limitations which is ******** he should be in jail and so should my ex wife her names agrafenia pletnikoff. Since when is it the responsibility of the government to micro manage our private relationships? Family courts are designed to tear families apart, place huge burdens on noncustodial parents, and generate revenue from the federal government for enforcement. It is one of the most profitable financial rackets for each state. We get taxed and penalized if we separate from our spouses, then we get taxed and penalized in exchange for promises by the court to see our children. The courts, friends of the court and the state are all winners, the families are the losers. And when the court finishes tearing your family apart and setting rules in place which now govern your relationships, and when the custodial parent refuses visitation orders, the courts simply say "who cares, we are only concerned about the money". As an example, some 'enforcer' from the AG office once told me that it's all about the children. So, I asked him how much interest I owed in arrears and he answered instantly without even looking at my file. I then asked him if he knew the name of my child or even the gender of my child. He obviously didn't know and angrily replied "who cares, just pay it". I then asked him how I go about enforcing visitation, he says no one does and that the courts are not concerned about that...so much for it being all about the children.REPORT COMMENTS

I have several states asking for child support for one child, and each are requesting 18 full years of payment, just differing monthly amounts. I was diagnosed a couple of years ago with a severe mental disorder and can no longer work. How can 4 states all claim to own my child? And when I call each state to ask, they all tell me to ignore the other states' court orders and to only pay them. I now have zero income and was told recently at a hearing by an Attorney General representative from one state that poor people don't deserve to live in society anyways, and that he would do me a favor and lock me up forever if I didn't come up with several thousand dollars. My husband pags child supportt his ex who lives in PA. He is paying $1200 a month and in his 2015 w2 he only made $26,000 for the entire year. His ex used child care reimbursement he received from his work which was $480 a month for two kids which he can no longer get because you can only get that through his work if he can claim them on his taxes. His ex refuses to give him more time or rights outside of court and why would she? She gets a big day paycheck every month. Forget the fact that his children hide their shoes so they don't have to leave Daddy, or throw fits, and already show emotional damage from limited time with their father. She can't cut back her shopping habbit. My husband would be HOMELESS were it not for me. How is this legal? He has tried to have is decreased TWICE both times the master said he was going to increase it if he went through with it. Even though he has another child at home and legally they aren't suppose to take more than 50% of his income and legally they are suppose to leave him $900 to live off of. None of which they follow when calculating his support. He is disrespected and treated like a criminal. A man who has never vommited a crime, other than marrying a very greedy selfish woman which is why they aren't together now to begin with. JUSTICE will be served, if not in this life then the next. The unjust masters and judges, the greedy ex's, and the lawmakers who are enforcing this on non-custodial parents. I know a woman who recieved child support and once her daughter turned 18 and she didn't get tht big check suddenly she is losing the big hug house she could afford and is paying for everything did to hurt her ex financially. It's creating a system where the father can't afford to live when they are paying it and then the mothers can't afford their lifestyles once the payments are gone. All around bad for the kids. Lord I pray that ever bigger ex who uses these ridiculous family lawsfor a paycheck get their just rewards. Not to mention divorced mothers with sons, one day their sons could go through this. Coming from a divorced family makes you more likely to get divorced yourself. Then all the financial strain and parental alienation goes back on them in the form of seeing their son go through it. My fiancé pays almost $700 a month in child support for his daughter who lives a mile away from us and is miserable at her mom and step dad's house. They bought a new home with high taxes and are having another baby and my fiancé pretty much pays for that. We can't even think about having another baby because of how much he has to give to her on a 50k salary that is highly taxed due to commission. It's horrible. I didn't want children, I read comments about how I should have used a condom. She was on birth control and no conversation was made regarding the intent to have children. Sexual relations where for pleasure only. It's a modern concept and oral birth control serves the same intentions as a condom. Outrageous child support for a child I didn't want. She chose to follow with pregnantcy but at no point during the intent for pleasure only did I wish to devote time, money or emotional investment into a child. Now she just wants an easy way of life at my expense. I may end up homeless veteran after loosing my car now.REPORT COMMENTS

I think that women who collect Child Surport should have to show receipts on what was spent on the child down to the last dollar. She shouldent be able to use that money for anythingelse but the child. Her receipts should match the amount of the child surport order. Too many mothers abuse Child surport because the money that is meant for the child is spent on personal thing for her or a new spose. My ex wife left me with both the kids then filed child support and said she could not find me but later found me for a divorce. I pay for her and her new husband to get tattoos and go to concerts while my kids wear rags. She wont let me see them and neither will the courts until I pay for the divorce even though she left. I also got nailed with 2 years back support even though we were together. I have an 8 year old with a new wife and I cant even buy her a barbie doll. She sits on her butt collects welfare and gets new unneeded surgery from the state so she can collect disability. Why does she not have to work to support kids as much as me. How can she get me for back child support when I was with her? How can she make me pay for whole divorce when she left? How can she not let me see my kids? Its like a Porsche Im buy for someone else and cannot drive. The government puts a limit on their money and wants to know where it goes......so do I. I work harder then the government.REPORT COMMENTS

I understand and have gone through many of these stories myself. Now, my daughter is going through exactly what most men are talking about, so its just not men going through this. My daughter's ex-husband was so angry over their divorce that he quit his job so he would not pay any child support, went under disability, works under the table, receives cash aid and now wants child support from my daughter because she just got a new and good paying job out of town. She could not find a job here locally. For years, my daughter has tried to maintain fairness and never lied to the courts, she paid her share of expenses and child support. It never ends until the children turn 18, the headaches, stress, manipulations, lies, and caused by my daughter's ex-husband. Still is going on, and we just can't seem to get her ex out of all of our lives!REPORT COMMENTS

The only thing that is not fai with child support is, if a woman whom was married and cheated on her husband and had children while married. Why is the ex husband having to pay child support for children who aren't his. This is so unfair. Make these women find the real father's and make him pay. My oldest daughters mother has 5 kids at 32, with 3 different fathers. Min was her first. She collects child support and death benefits, and complains she has no money while buying $30 in red-bull and beef jerky daily? Child support takes HALF of my check leaving me 700 for the MONTH!!!! I CANT EVEN PAY RENT!!!! More less buy ANY "red-bull OR jerky" daily. Family court makes up rules as they go, THAT should be illegal.REPORT COMMENTS
