    I have been stalked by a psychopath for 2 years and he has organized a community of persons to harass me. I am now living at the third address and he is still harassing me. He has convinced the police that I am crazy. This sort of mobbing reminds me of the Stasi and I am leaving the country.

    I definitely agree with this petition. This is a very serious issue going on world-wide. It's the "follow the leader" syndrome. We later discover the leader is a Bully, Monster, maybe even a Psychopath in some cases. Everyone follows this person collectively to gain respect, admiration, bonuses, popularity at the expense of sacrificing another human being and causing harm to that individual or individuals. They do it so they can gain favor from lots of people and control their victims. They don't really have a conscious or awareness of how their bullying tactics can negatively impact that persons life (ie: housing, financial status, emotional status, spirituality, and social awareness). Many people who involve themselves in mobbing are selfish, rude, disrespectful, arrogant, think they have invincible power, and crave public attention. It's time that we catch them and stop them before many people go without jobs and housing for no valid reason.

    I've been viciously mobbed since 2006 in the Mt Airy and Chestnuthill neighborhood of Philadelphia and from City Hall because a favored developer was causing dangers next to my house. I innocently reported , thinking they would just resolve the problem. but they attacked, all the way up to the District Attorney , CITY council , Police and the power players in the neighborhood. I was driven out of my house and been in hospital many times. Threats of rape, assaults, vandalism, burglaries, constant vile trolling. I am a single woman, now 60 yrs old. My life and health has been destroyed and I have to watch these people on TV and in the news all the time, smiling and acting like they are good people. Some people have died because they refused to listen to my basic and legitimate complaints about the dangerous construction.

    It's frightening to think that people can create a post/website with your picture on it, add text as if it's your comments and/or beliefs on the same post/website, send it around your place of business (at The Hershey Company)-but when you ask where this site is located to what should be 'normal', God-fearing people they would rather illegally and unethically send it throughout the workplace than tell you where it is. This is not only sick and twisted-but it has to be illegal! Yes, this is actually happening and people have been getting away with it for some time.

    How can a conspiracy to ruin a person's career and life be remotely legal under any circumstance? Mobbing is what it is and needs to be recognized as such. If a "mob" physically beat a person, they would be subject to all sorts of assault charges...worse if they managed to kill their target. Emotional assault is the same thing at the end of the day. People claim "freedom of speech," but we also have the right to bear arms. That right is taken away if we go around shooting people, so people should be subject to accountability when their words are the weapons. At the end of the day, it's the same thing.
