I Exposed Gov't Theft & Corruption. I & a Jewish Woman,KAREN SHOWERS had no choice but to contact an Attorney, WILLIAM SPALDING (info@abslawfirm.com & 800-229-2762). We won. Transcripts Exist! During the whistleblower complaint, I was then stalked & harassed by Corrupt Local Law Enforcement Agents, Christian Extremist members of the community & Corrupt Christian Masonic Pa State Cops. Some of these Cops were local, Morris Coleman Lebanon City Police Dept & Paul Savini. They would charge me w/ frivolous charges. Every time my attorney Horace Ehrgood(717-274-5641)had the charges thrown out of court. These Corrupt Law Enforcement Agents, then forwarded these bogus charges to their friends at the PA STATE POLICE. The bogus charges were left open on my criminal record as if I were a FUGITIVE. Each time, I was hired, I was then harassed, discrim against & stalked again in the Area. Finally, I filed whistleblower complaints: PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329 against Dean Brad A. Wolf Christian Mennonite, his relative Catherine Sensenig Lancaster Christian Mennonite at Harrisburg Area Community College. Again the same Cop stalking & Community Harassment happened. Again, I was charged w/bogus crimes, but this time Christian Freemason Public Def RAYMOND D. ARMSTRONG Wilmington Delaware would intentionally pick up my case & NOT defend me. This is a fact. How are these hate crime (Jew Baiting & COINTELPRO Tactics)helping outsiders to the Area, Jewish Women, Whistleblowers & Vets (Like Myself)?DANIEL E. SHAFFER -

Mobbing is at the apex of all stressors. I have been at the receiving end of the contagion and mimicking of unfriendly, hostile acts and the relentless undermining of my self-confidence. Group euphoria of over the collective attacks against me have been purely evil -- to put it mildly. I have served in the military for nearly 13 years and have also served my country as a Department of Defense civilian employee for 8 years. My governing principles and values are often quite at odds with the majority. I have been subjected to repeated psychological terror and retaliation for years and blacklisted at every job for which I have been employed because the network is fierce. This repeated psychological terror has devastated my life and that of my family's life. Congress must enact laws to protect targets of such hate crimes such as mobbing; development of fair and just processes for dealing with complaints is paramount. Thank you for listening and taking action. Please feel free to contact me at any time for further information of how I have suffered and continue to suffer from mobbing and retaliation due to a lack of legislation. For the Communication Arts professor, the charges were suddenly quashed in pretrial proceedings. This article is part of an investigatory foray into academic mobbing on college and university campuses, here in England and abroad. Most pretrial proceedings involve a 9-12 month process where both the plaintiff's attorney and defense pursue a disposition agreeable to the plaintiff(s), defendant(s) and counselors. The counselors then present the disposition to the judge. Fruition of a disposition generally requires 9-12 months, particularly those involving misdemeanor allegations. The pretrial procedure follows the following steps: arraignment, discovery, compliance/election, continuances and status appearances. Significant delays are most often caused by unsuccessful efforts for prosecutor and defense attorney to agree on a pretrial disposition. Awaiting evidence analysis is another common cause for delay. Even more seldom is when prosecutors enter their intent to no longer purse charges after so much time has passed since the filing date. Usually a long passage of time is pursued when the state is strengthening their case against the defendant. Common reasons a prosecutor/plaintiff may not prosecute include the nature of the offense, lack of or no valid and reliable evidence, the defendant?s (lack of) criminal history and (lack of) prior appearances in court. The defendant?s residence, employment status, and ties to the community are also contributing variables. Mr. Johnson could not be reached for comment when contacted on the morning of 4/29/13. No phone calls were immediately or subsequently returned. According to former student Aaron Chase, "Jeff [Johnson] is the most docile person I ever met." Mr. Chase stated that since the individual who filed these charges may still be teaching, he [Johnson] may not want to comment because it was not in the best interest of former, present or current students. Mr. Chase studied Public Speaking under Johnson in the summer 2009. Chase added, "When I heard about this matter, it felt like I was kicked in the stomach. But I always knew Jeff was innocent and these charges were bogus." Another student Alla Stackland added, "Everyone in the loop knew that Jeff [Johnson] was innocent. Nobody commented on the charges other than students." Strackland added, "Employees may have kept quiet out of fear of retaliation and job loss." I am sorry to hear of your situation. This is happening here too... when people object they are subject to mental evaluations and can even be placed for evaluation. Let me tell you of a story that a tenant told me here.... She is about 80 and has a whisky voice that sounds like the actress on 'Who Threw Mamma From the Train" a Tugboat Anny voice in a smart and well kept little frame. She inherited, as witnessed by other tenants, oil rights from a close friend who died. She told the manager of the apartment because we have to report income increase and she was due to get checks in the approximate amount of $25000. Suddenly the manager's friend here took her mailbox key as it was missing after a visit. The checks were never received. She went to the office to report this to the manager and the manager told her she was imagining she inherited something and she needed mental evaluation. Mind you, a tenant here saw the papers and saw the oil rights and the court documents awarding them to her. Well what happened next is like a movie. She told people she was going to make a police report. Then a man entered her apartment and raped her. She went to the doctor and reported it to the manager. So. the manager had her taken to a mental hospital. This woman had a background as an FBI informant had also worked in a mental institution during her life. So, two men knocked on her door and told her, "You have to come with us"... they only allowed her to grab her purse and they escorted her to a van. The van drove for over eight hours and when they arrived she told me that it did not look like a proper institution and the people there were not dressed as they do in a mental hospital. She then told me that they kept her a few days and told her there was nothing wrong with her and they returned her home. She told me that it was odd, they did not have her fill out papers nor did they serve her with any and when she went home, no paperwork. Other tenants spoke to her when this happened I met her months later... So, she again complained to the manager that she wanted to get to the bottom of the theft and rape but once again they took her away for mental evaluation.... Time passed and they evicted one main witness to all of this... I have heard they took this precious bold woman away and none of us can find out if they put her in a mental institution or what and they evicted her after they took her and they gave away and threw out her possessions... Some of us are still looking for her... she was so lucid mentally she could testify in Congress.... and she was always immaculate and so was her house, she just stood up to the clique. So if they are telling you that you are mental... report it to police as bullying and also make a written complaint about everything because if you don't write things down it is as if nothing ever happened....
