I have and am constantly a victim of this the past year, six times actually. The reason it happens is because there are nonconsequences. I believe the consequences for false allegations should be just as bad as the crime itself. Any type of accountability would put an end to eat. I am currently involved in a DV waiting for the final pretrial. My ex-fiance accused me of saying I was going to smash her head into the concrete. I never said that, I never would do that. All hear say. No evidence. Crazy style of arrest. As a person being accused of domestic violence charges such as, Strangulation, and Assault. The prosecution took the Strangulation charge to the grand jury and they returned a "no true bill." I am still awaiting the Assault charge allegation. Sometimes it pays to take it to trial, especially if they lie about the time the occurrence happened, and make sure you have a witness or 2 verifying where you were the time the victim alleges the incident happened.REPORT COMMENTS

I'm a Former United States Marine retired. Fighting custody for my son from a abusive mother. In court before we could even state my case the Judge Questioned my Valor on to how was I able to wear my Dress Blues Uniform if I was out. I explained the MCO code (Marine Corps Order) stating I rated to wear my EARNED Uniform. That's why. Then the Judge falsely accused me of me wearing this that I was trying to "Sway" the court into ruling in my favor. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?!? This has got to STOP!! She has hit my son, Verbally threatened my son etc. The Judge still ruled in her favor. I'm taking a stand against this and what these people failed to realize. We, as United States Marines do NOT take "Failed" as excuse. Battles are lost but Marines, we win Wars and this one is far from over. my husband of 7 yrs a drug dealer drug user tried to get me into crystal meth since he is a user i did fall for it for a while the day i said no he got upset so like he lost control of me i kick him out of the house he then filed a temporary restraining order against me lying stating i had abused of him which was and is a lie this man self inflicted wounds on his body with a box cutting knife that he tried to slash my face with it i have very good reflexes and i got a hold of the box cutting knife and threw it far from both of us it landed near my vechile he ran for it but iam a faster runner ran grab it and got into my car i dint notice that the blade had fallen from the plastic that day until morning he inflicted wound s on his body stating i cut him .his doing all this as revenge to get back at me and to become a legal resident of the usa since he is here ilegally also family gave him full physical custody of my 3 children i was never serve properly the person who suppsosly serve me was the apt manager but envelope i open only had eviction notice no restraining order i was never serve properly i was notify of family court a day before by my mother which she is on his side the day i had court my vechile was vandalise and i got late to family court judge automatically gave him physical custody of my 3 boys Iam a victim of domestic violence of my ex husband which i was married for 10 yrs physical and mentally and this person knew about it ..the weird and suspicious thing about all this is that my ex mother in law and my ex are friends and he has knowledge that my ex is restrained to get near my children and nyself and they even do family events together i have all emails of my ex husband new wife admitting my children have visit their home she has knowledge that my ex can not get near my kids i told my attorney that this people hate me and are getting revenge for me filing restraining order against my ex and helped my new husband to do all of this i have been very depreesed schoked my attorney does not believe i was framed set up i do not have criminal history i went into jail for violating restraining order this has cause me alot of trauma 35 years good record career iam so so confussed people are capable of doing so much harm not only physical but mentally my parents family against meREPORT COMMENTS

I was falsely accused of spousal abuse. The DA through it out because the police report read, like this ladie is lying, and there is no evidence of injury, and she refuse treatment. Supposally I hit her with s sledge hammer, did not leave a mark on her skin, nor a bruise. But when here lawyer got a hold of it, it toke 8 hours to swell up. She teach medical assistance for a living, no broken or fracture, but wearing a splinter and hold lower hand wrapped. I read that is not how you treat a swollen hand. You use heat or ice. Wrapping it cut off blood circulation. Plus she is one of only a few that have been hit with a. Sledge hammer, and lived to tell about it.REPORT COMMENTS

I married a foreign national and was verbally and emotionally abused by her for a months. When I finally had learned she was involved in clothing counterfeiting and smuggling, I had had enough and tried to put an end to the abuse and my association to her by annulment/divorce, she fled the state, violating many immigration laws. She has claimed Domestic violence and I was investigated fully. During the interview, she even denied the presence of abuse. She is now using the filed report as evidence to circumvent the immigration laws to have the immigration violations and customs violations ignored and to gain residency and child/spouse support. Is this how we reward people who violate laws and try to scam the U.S. Government?REPORT COMMENTS
