I'm living this nightmare now. The woman who falsely accused my son now has 2 felonies pending. He wasnt even there. We have a PD who is worthless and a overzealous prosecuter. I have given him evidence, pics, texts etc. To top that off this is not her first time accusing, her exs case almost mirrors my sons. How can a woman, self inflict wounds, call the police,get someone arrested and hes now going to get sentenced in March . He was going to plea not guilty until the DA said there going to add another charge unless he pleas guilty. The charge, continued back pain for being thown down stairs. Scared never been to jail or prison and not getting good council. He will get 6 months to 1 yr. For being innocent, plus a felony record. Wheres the justice.?The PD said if a jury saw those pics it would be over. Is that the faith he has in a jury?? or is it not doing his job to defend. My life is being destroyed by this very thing right now! DA's need to have 90% of their disproportionate power removed! The idea that you're automatically on the hook for heinous consequences is preposterous! In many of these cases the disturbed woman is, and has been, the aggressor all along. Judges are compelled by discriminatory law to levy punishments that far outweigh the alleged crime, even if it were true let alone when it's absolutely false! In conclusion a man has NO RECOURSE to this discriminatory law practice!REPORT COMMENTS

The injustice is still fresh from yesterday's ruling for my son's divorce. Not only my son, but myself and my other grown children and their spouses were all accused of "taking the pants down and spanking [child's] bare bottom and locking him in the bathroom" only several different occasions. These lies were brought up less than a week before the trial date which has been going on for 2 1/2 years. The judge even asked the mother if she ever so any marks, etc. and she said no--yet, the judge said he believed that my son and I do spank him. Neither my son, nor myself, have EVER done anything untoward towards this child that could even be misconstrued as a spanking. The visitation prior to the ruling was limited and now it has to be "supervised" visits--no overnights--and I am one of the people who has to supervise the visit! How does that make any sense if I am one of the people being accused? The injustice in the rants of a mentally unstable women with admitted and known prescription drugs for insomnia and anxiety (self-prescribed and admitted to the judge under oath) boggles my mind as to how they can be added as evidence.REPORT COMMENTS

Thousands of men, I happen to be one, are thrown behind bars or at least thrown out of their homes based on unfounded accusations of abuse from their spouse. I?m a living witness whose spouse called police for attempted murder when I told her I did not want a visitor for that particular day. I was also removed from my house by a police when she accused me of touching her against her will. I had to go to court and enter a plea not to do that ???? again. Something is terribly wrong with the system. All a woman has to do is call 911 and allege something ? and she doesn?t have to prove anything.!!REPORT COMMENTS

Since when is it ok. When the father in a failed relationship seek equal custody of a child & the Mom to retaliates with a domestic violence charge to prevent a child custody agreement with the father put in prison, due to her false accusation. No evidence as proof & a medical examiner stating no visible signs of abuse, no cuts, no marks, no bruises etc. Women need to understand the consequence of their actions are years of someone's life and not use the justice system as a pawn for her revenge. The system has failed when a number of charges are listed for one event, scaring the accused person into signing a plea deal without fully understanding it... Everyone is entitled to a fair trial, Where is it written in our constitution that in order to save money and time on a trial everyone signs a PLEA Deal.. the system is broken and needs to be fixed.REPORT COMMENTS

How is it that a father is holding THEIR child in HIS arms, gets attacked by the mother, and as self-defense to protect the child pushes her away while the woman blindly attacks him, can all of a sudden the father be arrested and the mother become the victim, just because she started crying and pulling out lies once the police come in? And how is it fair that there is NO PROOF (no wounds or bruises on the woman), but the man still has to face days in jail and pay X amount of money wrongfully charged? My daughter had a DVP signed by a magistrate which ended up in her being locked out of her own house and ordered to stay away from her own children for no reason. The law judge simply read the accusations and signed another petition which then pushed the date farther away from getting back in her house with her kids. This one thing (a request for divorce) ignited a horrific fire in this man that made him happy to watch how sad his wife was and NOTHING could be done because he swore to lies in court and made it difficult for them to reconcile. It is now 6 weeks later and my daughter had to drop her divorce papers in order to get to go home and be with her children who were also used in this case. This might or might not work out but for a magistrate to abuse his powers by listening to absolute drivel and let this man manipulate the law for his own problems which should have been handled at home inside the walls of their house. NOT USING MAGISTRATES for their own personal chess game.REPORT COMMENTS

I was accused of DV by an ex who had habitually hit and smacked me, while I always wanted to, I never hit her back. I did hold her down, restrain her. But the final incident: her punching in the eye five times, then me telling her she's going to jail, then her beating me to the police station to press charges, was one of the biggest miscarriages of justice I can remember. She had two, TWO OPEN assault and battery cases (one on a fourteen year old girl). And while the judge in my case hit me with a 90 dangerous hold (MA thing where they can lock you up for 90 days just because the judge wants to). So while I'm in jail for being "dangerous" my accuser, sorry victim, was out robbing two banks in two days. Now I just saw her today, three moths after the bank robberies. And of course she screamed and attacked me physically again, then she said she was out on bail on the bracelet. So I have no record of violence yet Im a danger to society, but she physically assaults two women (one was a child of 14) then robs two banks, but she not dangerous. American justice is a joke these days. to even question a victim today is practically a crime. I can't tell you how upset I am. I a peaceful, respectful man who would never hurt a woman, she a violent criminal who robs banks. CoolREPORT COMMENTS

ARIZONA - my ex refused to allow me to get a divorce when he would not stop emotionally harming my children. He hired a lawyer, moved us to another state and then launched false allegations to force me to stay within the marriage. He is a known felon with a long history of illegal acts, harassment and influencing witnesses. I have no record nor any cause outside his fight to force me in a marriage that harmed me and my children. I have not seen one child for almost two years and have not seen my other two children for almost 1.5 years. Lawyers say I need 500k to fight this in court. There is a long paper trail yet there is no way to prove my innocence since I was guilty until proven innocent. He used cps by threatening them legally and gave them an out. I had no funds to fight this, and in the end my health was destroyed with no viable income for over three years. THIS is not right. My kids are good kids doing as they are told and since they are good and strong they are surviving doing well in school. YET with reviewing pictures over the last three years you can see how they have suffered quietly in such a horrible system. The stress, the emotional abuse and the psychological warefare of my ex on the family is researched and proven to produce exactly what has happened. COURTS should not be bought and sold through manipulate actions that harm family... THIS needs to stop.. I was the president of the Florida Chapter of Psychological Abuse/Parent Alienation Support and Intervention. These stories are not just stories that I heard on a regular basis. This is an out of control epidemic. This is ruining lives of parents and children because one parent wants to hurt another parent at the cost of all the family. The state courts are set up to be bought and sold by the person ready to lie to prove their case, while the traumatized parent trying to protect the family and tell the truth is destroyed. This has to change. I am going to send out my 5th round of letters across this country requesting every agency and the states to step up and do something.REPORT COMMENTS

My dad is being falsely accused of DV against his wife. Eleven months into the marriage he filed for divorce but because of her mental state was waiting to tell her when he thought he would be safe. In the wee hours of the night she was out rummaging through his truck & found the receipt where he filed. Hours later he was arrested for DV. It's been 9 weeks tomorrow & he still has not been allowed any of his clothes nor possession of his premarital house & vehicles. The woman has done this before no doubt & we have police reports stating she lied previously on my dad, she admitted it. She only married him wanting his money & house. She isn't scared of him like she is stating or she wouldn't be living in my childhood home, 3 miles from where I know live. She also would not be running the roads in MY dads vehicles. It is sad that our court systems are like they are. My dad was worthy enough to fight for his country for 4 years but the veteran has no voice for his innocence. This woman has claimed the two husbands before my dad beat her too & I am sure put them in pure heck just like she has done my dad. This law needs to be changed & anyone that falsely accuses anyone should be punished by law.REPORT COMMENTS
