My ex-wife "Siriya Tibbadee" falsely accused me of assault that never happened. When i came home from work she said "she wasn't feeling good, she felt depressed, she thought she was going crazy and she wanted to die". All in one sentence which was shocking for an educated woman so i thought she was going through postpartum depression after having our daughter but in actuality she had other plans when i found out she stoled my social security card and drivers license i knew she was using me to obtain a free green card. She planned it so well but her mistake was she forgot to delete the evidence in her emails trash bin. Thank god my phone recorded the text where "she admits that i didn't hit her or any other bogus charges, she stated she did not want to press charges she just wanted to leave" In the end i got to jail and convicted that cost me over $10,000 in court cost and attorney fees while she gets her way in manipulating the local police, the D.A. and prosecutor. I haven' seen my daughter in 1 year and four months.REPORT COMMENTS

I was injured in Iraq and retired after fifteen years of service. My life has been torn apart. In the past year I have been arrested three times for domestic violence even after I had to call the cops for my wife kicking in the door to my apartment. I'm going through a divorce and my wife has made false claims about me. I presented evidence that my wife has been abusing me and her ex husband was in the Navy and arrested for domestic violence as well. She gets part of both of our retirements. And the guy she left me for is retiring from the Navy now. She preys on military and knows how to use the system. I have been bullied by the Escambia county's Sheriffs when I was arrested they stole money out of my wallet and even stole my zippo lighter. My wife lied under oath admitted to lying and the judge still put an ankle bracelet on me because I have PTSD. Fighting for this Country has done nothing but cause me pain. And to come home to a disgrace. The only thing worse then what has been done to me is that no one cares and they are not willing to share my story. I wrote this poem please help me tell my story. Those invisible wounds that never heal the doctor says try another pill. Your family and friends look at you like a broken man and you try to hang on the best you can. Your love for your Country made you this way this is the price that you paid now the Country wants you to stay away. Look at the veteran who has PTSD don't get to close he might hurt me. He is a ticking time home waiting to explode he loves us but love we cannot show. Instead call them monsters and out of their mind because who they are lost in time. Rocked by explosions and bullets everywhere we did for you now you don't care. We might be warriors trained to kill but you can't fix a broken heart with a pill. We come home to an empty house with just a note left from our spouse. I can't deal with your PTSD your no longer good for me. Thank you for all you have done but it's too much we are done. You can see your kids once you get help and by the way I'm seeing someone else. We might have fought in the desert Sun and be deadly with any gun. But we have feelings and trust me we cry everyday we want to die. A burden on our family is how we feel how much time till we heal. We fought for people we did not know and what do we have to show. Show for the pain the blood and sweat a bumper sticker that says we are a vet. We fought so hard to stay alive and we come home and want to die. With a tear n our eye we think about the past never knowing how long this loneliness will last. We hung our uniforms but the war wages on it seems like a foreign battle field yet it is our home. Push us away like damaged goods always to be misunderstood. Go watch American SNIPER with a smile on your face while we live each day with this disgrace. So many veterans dying behind bars because they were not given the help they were promised from afar. America treats PTSD like a std don'tREPORT COMMENTS

I am in the navy and have one daughter with my soon to be ex wife. I came back from deployment we already agreed to get a divorce. She wanted me to sign over full custody and give her half of my monthly income so I said no. She said to me she is going to make up a lie and they will believe her. I was like no police was called there was no pictures I never went to jail but 2 and a half weeks later she put out a police report saying that I choked her and pushed her over a table. The restraining order was dropped because the judge caught her and her mother in a lie and there was no evidence. But when I went in front of a judge for the charge he found me guilty I appealed it and the next judge said the same thing now my military career is suffering and now the divorce judge sees that on my record so I haven't seen my daughter in over a year waiting on court dates I am starting to lose faith.REPORT COMMENTS

Recently, I was sentenced to a 5 year Domestic Violence Restraining Order when I never touched my accuser. The court issued the order based on their perception that I "expected" a dating relationship so it would meet the legal definition of a dating relationship. Even though both the accuser and myself agreed that we never dated the court said it did not matter what we considered dating but what the law says. I never asked this person on a date. She asked me to date her and I said "no" but still I am accused of expecting a dating relationship.REPORT COMMENTS

I was charged by the State of Ohio. My ex wife recanted her false story but the state picked up the case. There was no evidence of the alleged assault but I was still charged. My quality of life has been greatly affected because of it. I've been turned down for promising jobs, etc.REPORT COMMENTS

Please help..I was arrested by police knocking on my bedroom door A DAY after my little 19 yr old cousin with a disturbed mind "accused me of abuse".. My cousin who is living with me and 3 other family members who is on house arrest mind you for 2 assault and battery's with a dangerous weapon "BB gun". I simply asked him after months of cleaning up after him to clean up his own messes and called him a lazy slob. He emediatly got defensive and started acting like a tough guy for no reason..Now I'm 27 and had my share with the law from crazy ex girlfriends and been threw the system already for false accusations. I have paid into attorneys who have done nothing to proof the false accusations that my ex made against me. Amazing how many similar stories are written down here and it shows a clear pattern that the law enforcement (what a joke) is completely biased to this subject. Prosecutors vowed one time in their life to represent the People but they are representing individual victims instead. Not only the false victims should be prosecuted but also the prosecutors themselves who are deliberately telling lies to judges in order to get a conviction and boost their statistics of crime fighting. My girlfriend of 14 years is an insulin dependent diabetic. She was diagnosed when she was 9 years old. She doesnt take care of her diabetes at all. Takes insulin shots without checking her blood or eating which she has low blood sugars all the time. Sometimes I have to hold her up and keep her arms down because she hits me and starts yelling and crying. Last night she fell out of the bed on tile floor and hit the dresser. I got up and turned the light on to see what happened. She had her face down and backside up. I tried to get her up so I could giver her some drink/snacks to get her blood sugar up. She fought me every second. Hitting me and acting nuts. When she revives from the low blood sugar that I catered to her. Like many diabetics when they're blood sugar drops low enough and they start to come out of it they dont remember anything during the low blood sugar. She feels sore. So of course I was accused by her of hitting her. First she says she remembers it, then she doesn't but she feels soreness, then its not her neck its her back that hurts she claims. Smh. Now she is up and showing no signs of anything. She playing with my son and drinking coffee now. Yet she claims injury and is threatening to call the police. I have never hit my girlfriend but I guess I'll be a victim of "false accusations" and "being in love with a diabetic." Who is gonna protect me from having to go to jail, pay $$$, and having my name drug through the dirt? Nobody, thats who! By the way I happen to of told her Im leaving her and all this happens the following night. What are my rights? Who do I talk to because if I go to the police they will arrest me whether or not if she makes a fale report.REPORT COMMENTS
