The Burns Amendment was attached to a "must pass" Omnibus bill at the 11th hour - not illegal, but unethical. Most in Congress didn't even realize it had been introduced, and there was no normal opportunity for debate. It should be invalidated.REPORT COMMENTS

We built our country on the backs of these wonderful equine and our own government is destroying them.
