This was the worst and most deceitful act to happen to our wild horses & burros and it was implemented in such a cowardly way, by sneaking it into a rider just before a vote where Congress was going home for a holiday. A despicable action that has resulted in thousands of horrific deaths and suffering from unnecessary round-ups and separation from families and sterilization of the American peoples' beloved wild horses & burros.
