Congress intended to afford protection to our wild equines. The Burns Amendment contradicts what was intended and what is believed in by the vast majority of Americans. Please correct this egregious mistake. Thank you.

Please listen to us--we pay our taxes and demand that our voices be heard. Put the wild horses back on their ranges--No more round-ups, No PZP, No slaughter. Re-instate the WFRH&B Act of 1971..fed judges have recently said the blm is breaking the law. but not enforcing it caused these theives to kill housands. enforce the damn law. we are tired of this overpopulation habitat destruction LIES. millions of cattle a couple hundred horses? DEAD KILLED ILLEGALY we want JUSTCIE AND FREEDOM this is one sickening genocide and you must return them. they need to be guarded from the ranchers and blm ranchers hate horse. cows destroy habitat and we the people refuse to be ignored anymore. a moratorium is needed as hundreds of thousands have been cruelly slaughtered rounded up tortured without food and shelter. they cannot claim they are saving them. this is another LIE they get like this in the pens not on the range. bk when you cared about them and the laws nrs 504.490 and nre 509.040 you actually prosecuted ppl for harrassing and killing them. why not now. do twll us the absolute hatred of these penned animals so iconic to the west. so beautiful but now heads hung tears depression and fear. all spirits broken. really make the fed judges rule that the blm IS illegal. and watch them if returned as these murderers want them all dead. we dont know why they are sold for 25$ to horrific mexican kill buyers who torture them so badly hang the ones that dont arrive DOA upside down and skin them alive..before doing that they stick them in cement and play knfe games stabbing out their eys etc. is this any way to treat any animal? especially our gorgeous HORSEs and lil burros. this is a fed crime now MAKE IT STOP AND DO THE RIGHT THING THIS HAS BEEN TOO MUCH!

What kind of message is being sent when back door, sneaky deals are made to kill innocent horse's and burros that were to be protected? Does it not say if the politicians can sneak to undermine tax payers and kill protected animals that anyone or anything is free game? To lie is a lie, no matter how one tries to spin it. To kill is to kill, not tee what the species is. Repeal the Burns Amendment that served one man and his welfare rancher counterparts.

To the special attention of Senator Debbie Stabenow, Senator Gary Peters, Representatives Daniel Kildee, Dan Benishek, Bill Huizenga, Justin Amash, John Moolenaar, Fred Upton, Tim Walberg, Mike Bishop, Sander Levin, Candice Miller, Dave Trott, Debbie Dingell, John Conyers Jr. and Brenda Lawrence. Please take note of this very important legislation. These animals are one of our most precious natural resources and it's a shame that we in the east and the mid-west have let special interest in the west bring them to near extinction. Please stand up for our wild horses so they do not become a foot note of history. The State of Michigan needs to take a stand, these horses belong to all the American People, and the people of Michigan want them protected.

the government needs to do the right thing and let the wild herds live on the lands that were set aside for them in 1976. These lands were NOT set aside for grazing cattle or mining they were set aside and protected for the wild herds. I as a tax payer and veteran demand that the wild herds to be left alone and protected as the National Treasure they are. thank you
