The Burns Amendment MUST BE REMOVED! Conrad Burns was so sneaky by adding this amendment deep in an Omnibus Act at the very last minute and what he accomplished totally changed the WHBA of 1971! Please REPEAL 803(a) of Public Law 104333, as well as 142(a)(1) and 142(a)(c) of Public Law 108447! Thank You on behalf of the remaining wild horses of the United State of America!REPORT COMMENTS
