I personally have epilepsy. Marijuana has been proven to help with it. Think how many lives maybe saved or last longer because of it. Plus if it was legal there wouldn't have so many crowded jails and prisons.REPORT COMMENTS

Marijuana prohibition is putting money in the pockets of the cartel. I wonder if certain members of congress aren't seeing some of that money. We are tired of being persecuted and It is time to take back our country, we want medical marijuana so give it to us or we will replace you.REPORT COMMENTS

Legalizing marijuana needs to happen in Indiana. We are so behind the times and we need to get with the program. Indiana will gain money, cops can focus on the real criminals like rapists and murderers, and the good tax paying citizens will finally catch a break. So many people smoke marijuana (whether that be for medical or recreational). HARD WORKING ordinary people smoke this PLANT. It doesn't mean we are bad people...just something to enjoy; like alcohol or going to the casino. #getonboardREPORT COMMENTS

I am a full time college student with severe anxiety which can cause me to shut down and not be able to do pretty much anything without having a panic attack. So many anxiety meds have not worked for me but i found smoking a sativa strain helps with the anxiety and helps me get my work done.REPORT COMMENTS

Suffering from chronic back pain, and using marijuana for pain relief helps tremendously without worry of addiction to prescription pills. The nice thing is that it also helps pretty well with my ADHD and it's nice to just relax and smoke a little on a really stressful day. Pot over booze any day of the week, much safer.REPORT COMMENTS

I have fibromyalgia and cyclic vomiting syndrome. Nearly every medication option available to me has horrible side effects and could cause dangerous complications. Even though I am in pain every day, these medications are too horrible for me to take. Medical marijuana, however, lessens my pain and still allows me to function. It would allow me to function better and think more clearly than I can without it and much better than I would with other pain medications. I don't want medical marijuana so I can get high and be lazy. I want it so I can be without pain.REPORT COMMENTS

While I don't want, or need Marijuana, I do believe that it should be legalized for at minimum, medical uses. With a growing drug problem in our country, we need to look at the lesser of 2 evils. If Marijuana helps with sleep, instead of a drug you can overdose on, I say use it. If Marijuana helps with pain, instead of narcotics that people are getting addicted to, and overdosing on, I say legalize it. While not something I personally want, having a natural option in the future would be a welcome improvement.REPORT COMMENTS

If marijuana is legalized then people will stop using the k2 (synthetic marijuana). K2 is very harmful to people and shutting down their organs. Marijuana isn't harmful at all and keeps people calm. Make Indiana better!REPORT COMMENTS
