These men and women fought for their country; the least we can do is make sure that they get the education they earned and need to get the skills to be employable after their service. Come on.REPORT COMMENTS

What is isane about this is that this loop hole they are trying to close actually had a positive impact on the industry and provided a great alternative to the standard college route most veterans are finding they do not fit well with.REPORT COMMENTS

This bill will seriously impair the general aviation industry. Not only will it impair our veterans rights to a quality education, but also flight instructors who are non-military and rely on the Post 9/11 GI bill to keep them employed and help pay off student loans. Not to mention all the other services that are used by flight schools such as FBO's. The adverse ripple effect of this bills passing will cause irreparable damage.REPORT COMMENTS

Just another way to take our earned benefits away and give to those who have done nothing to earn a thing! Post 9-11 GI Bill is not supposed to have a CAP. It is meant for us to be able to get out of the military and continue with our lives as productive members of society.REPORT COMMENTS

My son in law is in school to become a pilot. He dedicated years to military service in iraq and afghanistan serving out country. Appalled that the very government he served is trying to stop his career as a pilot. Stop this insanity please.REPORT COMMENTS

Our Veterans deserve this opportunity and have what it takes to fill our aviation workforce! After completing their internships, Airline pilots, corporate pilots and helicopter pilots earn 2-3 times the median wage. High wages replenish the economy. The Federal VA money invested actually results in a positive ROI to the taxpayer over the pilots career!!! I sincerely hope our elected officials will reconsider moving forward with HR 476. This Bill, if passed, will also have a devastating impact on an important industry that has a shortage of qualified Pilots. As an un intended consequence, this Bill could result in importing foreign nationals to fly our nations airliners and helicopters. Americans and Veterans deserve these jobs. PLEASE STOP HR 476!!!REPORT COMMENTS

This resolution would not only hurt veterans and their ability to earn training in a well paying and growing field but it would also have long term economical effects when the shortage of we'll trained helicopter pilots becomes a reality.REPORT COMMENTS

I've trained with many veterans who sacrificed a lot to be able to have these benefits. This shouldn't be the "thanks" they get from the government and people they've served.REPORT COMMENTS
