Are kidding me you would take this benifit from our veterans. You discust me. As a man who spent 10 years serving his country this is an abomination. I am currently enrolled in flight training at guidance flight school in prescott A.Z. This has been my dream. I was a CH-47 mechanic for the army aviation is all I know. The journey to earn my pilot ratings using my GI Bill benefits is an exemplary example of how this program is outstanding for veterans with the drive and tenacity to accomplish such a feat. I started my training with a flight school that offered training utilizing the benefits, and after all my hard work to earn my ratings, the same flight school hired me as an instructor to help further my career goals. I am a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, and I am overly grateful for the opportunities the GI Bill has given me. Since leaving the service, I have been able to earn all my flight ratings through CFII, graduate with a college degree, build hours instructing at the flight school that trained me, and the same school also helped me get my first job in the industry. Thanks to all of the training and support I received, I am now working for a company that will have me fighting fires this summer and doing marijuana eradication operations. Once again I have found myself presented with the opportunity to provide a service to the American citizens.REPORT COMMENTS
