This is insane. I could see if company were jacking up their prices just because of this. I got my private license in helicopter before I joined and prices have gone up but only because everything has gone up in price since then(2009). This is another way of cutting spending to fit the dumb ways our government soends money. These are not the places to cut from. DoD and our troops benfits shouldnt be touched.
