Chase Mortgage should try and work with homeowners who have paid on time. When a personal crisis arises and you try and work with them, they threaten foreclosure. With the economy the way it is, the banks should work with homeowners who want to keep their homes.

What would happen if the White House went into Foreclosure. We pay for it. How about if we stop paying for it. Help us out or it might happen. The American People are up in arms and ready to revolt. That is why you don't see alot of voters voting anymore. we just don't trust you at all!!!

It amazes me that these people can sleep at night! I was offered a "loan modification" which not only added and additional $227,000.00 to my balance but also DOUBLED MY LOAN AMOUNT TO 2 Million!!! The house was originally purchased for $265,000 in 02.......WTF??? Granted, we took a risk by refinancing because we wanted to rebuild our home (it was built in 1942), but our payments were so high and the property value so inflated that we were unable to do so and now they want to foreclose. I did not want to sign a document holding me liable for $2 Million dollars, when I was already being raped and pillaged for the $1 Million they were demanding me to pay........How can this be legal?? We all know it isn't ethical, but legal?? Really??? This proposed bail out does absolutely nothing for the people but makes the banks MORE MONEY!! Come on now......Please use your integrity and conscious to stop this absurdity.

I lost my house, which we paid 85000. as a down payment on which was a settlement from the wrongful death claim from my daughter was killed. My payment/mo ended up being 1967.00 because of refinancing lies. We were lost, kicked out of our house. lost the down pymt. The house was sold at an auction, don't know how much. Now the house is for rent. I want it back. Not to rent, but to own. Please help us at least get some of our down payment back to buy another house. My daughter died for that money. Because of a bunch of lies, we lost everything. Now our family of five live in our two cars. Suiside is sounding better lately, I cannot get a job. My husband works for all of us. He is so tired. Please, Please help us. I am begging.

Take the power of foreclosure away from banks and loan companies. They are robbing the hard working people of this country and creating a new class of homeless in America. Stop playing favorites with the banking system, they are crooks and are not out to help anyone but the bank and investors.

After 9 months of trial payments for a loan modification with Aurora Loan Services, we have been offered a loan that is similar to the predatory lending practices that got our country into this mess. They are trying to add over $10,000 to the principal balance to loan but can not tell me what these fees are for. I have heard of principal reduction but and increase. I have tried contacting them to find out exactly what this increase in principal would include but no one can give me a direct answer. I went to sign the documents today because we are desperate but got to the notary and the documents aren't even prepared correctly for the state I live in. It's time to put the heat on the banks that same way they are putting the heat on the the American people.

I was told that I would see no adverse effects to my credit report during the 3-month trial. So, I did it. During that time, I was able to get back on my feet, pay the additional balloon payment, fees, etc. I looked at my credit report today and I have a 90 day late on my credit report. That's just unfair. I pay my bills, and have had one little blip...can't wait to see it this effects my ability to lease a car in January.

We made our trial payments on time everytime after we finally got to that point.Right before it was to become permenent they said we had to apply all over and now we get denied and they will not accept our payments. The banks are making way too much money foreclosing and reselling at a profit. They say no to everyone and if you loose your job they say you don't make enough to modify. No kidding that is what the HAMP was suppose to do.The 2 people I know of that did get locked into never lost their jobs!!!!!!!So sick of all Bankers and Politicians!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to get Vericrest Financial to modify the mortgage loan. The house I purchased 7 years ago and put $30K-$40K into, is now worth less than the mortgage that Vericrest holds. I am disabled and on Social Security. The house is in Camden County, NJ in a deteriorating neighborhood, but it is all I have. Vericrest purchased the loan from CIT for 20 cents on the dollar, but will not agree to a modifiaction.

President Obama we went to court against Cit Group which is Vericrest Financial today. They would not give us the necessary modification or speak to the real estate agent whom was trying to modifidy my wife loan. They are very rude, disrespectful, such bad attitudes and arrogrant towards their customer and one of them is beverly and her number is 405-945-1494 that's her number. she talk to my wife like she was a criminal but yet my wife is the victim and they are predators seeking out like a roaring lion whom they can devour. so plese someone need to check these financial institutions out they are frauds and crooks. They receive bailout money to help the homeowners, but yet they are using for themselve as bonuses. So please investigate them before they throw away evidence that is needed. My wife was making $10.00 dollars an hour and the person whom was doing her loan put that she was making $7,000.00 dollars where is the proof. she has her tax return saying how much she makes. When they know she does not make that amount of money.

--Forwarded Message Attachment-- We have had to try and over come several setbacks over the last couple of years. When we first found out we were in trouble with our finances over a year ago, we tried to refinance and we were denied. I was very upset that we were not able to do this because we were told that after we purchased our home that we would be able to refinance after one year. Sadly that was not the case. My husband was Laid off in September last year from the company he was with for over 4 years. His old boss set him up with another company and again in January he was laid off from that position as well. He immediatly applied for unemployment and we didn't start recieving that until late April. He has been looking for work as well as working on starting his own business. As an Electrician I know that as soon as we get all of our affairs in order, he will be successful in this new path in life. With the uncertainty of the economy we are trying with our best efforts to get all of our bills under control. We are a large family with four children and it would not be in our best interests to lose our home at this time. Losing our home could in turn cause us to lose our children because we have no other place to go. We had another setback in June, when my cousin, who was like a brother to me passed away at the age of 30. I was babysitting for him when he worked and my husband worked with him on occasion. When he passed away my husband then lost about 2 1/2 weeks of self employment income because of the funeral, family in town and the fact that we were helping the rest of the family with the sad situation that we were dealt. I had faxed information in March to try and get the loan modified then and I never heard anything back. We are willing and to the best of our ability trying to get ourselves out of this predicament. I also found out that our home is now worth less than what we originally agreed to pay for it by quite alot according to our city housing assesments. On a good note there are lots of developments coming to our neighborhood that might help to offset what we have lost in value. I am concerned about what this will do to my children. They go to school in our area, have friends and are involved in activities that they would no longer have access to if we lost our home. Our home is in foreclosure, we have no family who can help. No place to go and I know we aren't the only family going through this, Something must be done!!!

BoA MODS? BoA MOD takes your delinquent mortgage and add to current mortgage increasing your unaffordable mortgage about $2100 to $3100, 6.75 fixed interest rate, plus will add the equity line loan to this total for additional $450. Despite that fact that BoA brought my bad home loan from Countrywide and received Government money. When do the BoA modifications reduce principal for underwater mortgages over $150,000, interest rate to 3%, extend mortgage loans to 40 years fixed or forgive any portion of the mortgage loan? I forgot the investor is private they have the last decision on the modification.
